Mushroom broth and beef bone broth
    Gabby N.

Very clean and organized hot pot restaurant! We stopped in on a Monday afternoon around 2PM, and caught the $27.50 lunch deal. The server and robot waiter were super quick every time we placed an order for more meat and veggies. The sauce bar wasn't as big as some other ones I've seen, but it did the job! Soft drinks are included in the price, and you can choose water, soda, or juice from a self-serve fridge near the front. I wasn't a huge fan of the homemade noodles, and opted for the egg noodles after a while, but the mushroom broth was MOUTHWATERING. I wish the restaurant offered mochi instead of single serving vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry cups, but it was nice to have a cold dessert option. I know I mentioned a couple of personal preferences, but the overall experience was 5/5 , and we're now loyal customers! I can't wait to go back and try the lamb and also the beef bulgogi.

I have been here three times now and will be back at least three more times!! This place is sooo yummy. One of my favorite korean foods to eat is bulgogi. I have been missing eating my grandma's homemade korean food as she is from Seoul and this almost* fully scratches the itch. With your meal you get unlimited access to soda cans, water bottles, a sauce station, and ice cream! There is even a cute little robot that comes and brings you your food. Overall, it is a pretty self-serve set up (like a typical all you can eat place). I also got some soju on the side, how could I not?!

As a hotpot enthusiast, l've been exploring different spots in Madison, and my latest stop was @fukihotpotin. I was impressed by the convenient location and ample parking available. One of the best things about hotpot is that it's pretty foolproof since you cook it yourself. The meats and vegetables were fresh and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. However, my experience was slightly dampened by the need to order online, especially considering that many items were out of stock, including staples like corn that I usually love adding to my broth. Will this be my first choice when I want hotpot no but overall it was an ok experience.

I was in the area for the weekend and happened to stop by this place. An AYCE hot pot for 34.99! Not to bad. It was a little busy when we arrived, but didn't have to wait too long for a table. The waitress seated us and gave us a menu and was told to order by scanning the QR code. It wasn't too bad picking the items we wanted, but we didn't know for the soup base we had to order through them since they didn't mentioned anything. The items you ordered were delivered by a robot which was kinda cute. Everything came so fast but portions were a little small which was fine. So we had to order a few more items. Which we had to wait a little longer for some reason, but it turns out they never got our order so we let the waitress know which she said it was probably their system. Other than that, they had a sauce bar which you can make your own sauce for the meat. Drinks were in cans which you had to get in the fridge. Overall, it wasn't bad of an experience. Might have to go back again one day.

Went there on a Friday night, not overly busy. Great service and prompt delivery of the food. Sauces were fine. Plenty of options. Some of the meat was very frozen, but others like the chuck impressed me. The broths had good flavor and fat (a good thing). Very solid!

Madison is finally in it's hot pot renaissance! Fuki is the newest spot in town and the first spot with a little robot waiter! It's all you can eat and you can order off a QR code with the software allowing the entire table to order off their own devices. How savy! Despite the robot waiter, the humanoids are also extremely attentive and were constantly checking in and refilling our pot. The selection was good but I was surprised not to see some items like dumplings, enoki, and more veggie options. The servicing were small but since service is so fast - it wasn't an issue to order more. Excited to come back to get my hotpot fill!

We were waiting for months for Fuki to open! Everytime we went to Global Market we would peek over to see if their open. They are now! Classic AYCE hotpot. The sauces, the broths, the protein/veggie options are satisfying. Place was clean and the staff was super nice! The only thing I disliked is that they were using cleaning products on tables while we were eating and the smells were kind off distracting from the beautiful smell of the food bubbling food in front of you.

    All the fixings I ordered

The flavors were great. Broth was really flavorful and the employees were nice and made sure we understood. I would definitely go back. The waiter was charming. The dining room was very big space was great and the atmosphere was all we were looking for!! Check them out you won't be disappointed!

Was as expected for Madison hotpot, good service, meat quality was okay, sauce bar had typical self serve bar items. Solid option for large parties with big appetites.

The service is really nice and the food is super tasty! The price is reasonable cuz there are so many choices of the food! Additionally, the space is really wide. Highly recommended!

Our group of five tried Hot Pot 608 on University Avenue last night. I always love a good hot pot…read moreand Hot Pot 608 did not let me down. We were greeted immediately and led to our table. Our waiter came by and learned that we had not been to this hot pot, so he walked us through the process. Like other hot pots I have been to, they have a sauce station with various ingredients and directions for making a number of sauces and you pick your broth(s) in advance, and they bring it to your table. You can have two separate broths in each pot using a divider. But this was different in that this is an All You Can Eat (AYCE) Hot Pot. Other Hot Pots also have options for AYCE noodles and maybe potato or sweet potato, but this was AYCE for everything including appetizers, vegetables, seafood, and meats. It was $35 per person which seemed high at first but once you realize how much food you can get it is well worth it. We started by ordering some appetizers. Honestly, I probably could have made a meal just w/those. We tried pot-stickers, pork egg rolls, fried chicken teriyaki, and shrimp dumplings. I wasn't' a huge fan of the egg rolls, they coating was pretty dense, but everything else was great. When I go back, I'd like to try the pork buns. We ordered our first set of meats as well as rice which they bring to you and then headed up to the refrigerators where they keep the vegetables, additional meats, seafood and noodles. I won't list all of the options, check out their menu, but suffice it to say it was truly impressive. I was really pleased w/the quality of the food including the seafood like squid, shrimp and fish balls. I also loved the variety of vegetables including lotus root, black fungus, enoki and king oyster mushrooms, Bok-choy, napa, and broccoli. It's a fun dining experience to cook your food in the broth. My favorite was the spicy marrow. We ordered more appetizers and more rice. There are some options for dessert but other than the custard bun I didn't try any. Honestly there were so many options to choose from, but I was so full by the time I left that I didn't try even a quarter of the different items. I would definitely go back to Hot Pot 608. A fun, tasty, and filling dining experience.

We only choose the meat first and then pick the stuff that we want for the hot pot on the right side of the restaurant, honestly everything seemed like the food was sitting there for a whole day, seemed not fresh like enoki mushrooms were yellow shrunk like it sat there for the whole day, mussels seem dry but as we cooked it, it tasted fine. Honestly reminded me of journeys...which is ok but for hot pot it was just weird, usually places we would place orders for everything. Honestly the spicy marrow broth was really spicy but to me really oily which made me throw up the food after we left, I had to puke behind the car but I never usually throw up food after hot pot but for some reason it just was not sitting good in my stomach. Will give this place a 2 star due to the food being out in the open and not looking appealing or appetizing. Not a lot of options to choose from for putting stuff into your hot pot but still decent enough for those who don't eat much at hot pots. Honestly me and my boyfriend thought it was uncomfortable to eat there but other than all it was good.

The server who took our order was very friendly. I was hesitating about whether to add more dishes, and he honestly told me that what we ordered should be enough. He was right--we couldn't even finish it! The restaurant space is quite large, and most of the customers seemed to be students from the nearby area. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the front desk staff had a pretty bad attitude. I called earlier to ask if the restaurant was open, and her responses were impatient, and she even hung up the phone abruptly. That really affected the overall experience. Overall, the food is good and the portions are great, but the customer service at the front desk needs improvement.
