I brought my PC here to fix an overheating issue with the graphics card, and it was an absolute…read moredisaster. After a whole week of "working on it," all he did was downgrade my system from Windows 11 to Windows 10 and REMOVE my graphics card entirely! He didn't address the overheating issue at all. When I questioned him, he blamed everything on Windows 11, which makes zero sense. To top it all off, he charged me $350 for this nonsense. My PC is now in worse shape than when I brought it in.
