I was invited to be part of the focus group. This was my first time at this place, they have people from all sectors of life to get feedback on things, basically before launching a product or an idea. These user experience researchers collect feedback and we people are paid incentives for the same. This place is on camelback and easy to find. Fieldwork Phoenix is a company that does surveys if you qualify they call you or email you and you get paid for it. I've been with them since the late 1990s. I don't get in all the time but I was happy to say I got in this one today. It had to do with the lawsuit. Very interesting! read more

I did a study back on Friday, 2/24. Payment was supposed to have been made 5-7 days (not even business days) from the completion of the session, once selections for the follow-up interview have been made. It has now been 18 days! NO PAYMENT has been sent or made. I called last week and they put it on the client/company who held the study and said it's their fault, that they haven't decided who to bring back yet. They took no responsibility that it is their name on the line. This is BS. We spend our time coming to the facility to fulfill their quotas for the companies who hire them. Fieldwork Phoenix should pay out the $ then get reimbursed from their client. 18 days is unreasonable considering it said 5-7 days. If their client can't make a decision, Fieldwork should be on the line to pay and make good with us. They are acting with fraudulent behavior not paying out for services. Additionally, they should go back to cash. Instead they give you a prepaid card and then charge you to transfer the cash to your bank account. I believe it's about $5-$6. What a rip. I will not be doing any more studies for them. There are other companies who offer these studies. read more

For those of you not familiar with Fieldwork, they are involved in various studies for all sorts of things and they are seeking opinions, information and ideas regarding products and services of all kinds. I'm updating to a 5* because fieldwork phoenix reaches out and made sure I was compensated correctly for the study. Pleased they were willing to make it right I have done many surveys through fieldwork Phoenix and was surprised by my current experience. Was offered $175 for an in home study and shopping homework assignment to last approximately andhour. Video team showed up and spend well over and hour of the agreed upon time. The team brushed aside my homework assignment although it was presented to them completed. I found out today the company will only compensate me for half due to the survey team not taking my "homework" with them. I've offered to email it as completed to no avail. To be honest it's a pretty big intrusion to let someone into your home and I feel like the Phoenix fieldwork team has been unhelpful in making this right. If they do I will be sure to update. My caution is that you may be out a large amount of time and energy and be misled on your compensation for that time. read more

You sign up online and then from time to time you'll receive short questionnaires via email to determine if you qualify for one of their studies. Last week, I finally qualified! It was a fitness study that required some homework, like documenting what I eat before/after/during a workout. The night of the actual study, I showed up 20 minutes early (early bird drawing for $50!) to check in and fill out paperwork. Then, the group of us were taken into a conference room where we discussed a new product (sorry, it's confidential!) and our thoughts on design and marketing. Two hours later, it was over. Painless! Pay and time depends on the study, but for this particular one it paid $125 for two hours. Not bad! Every employee I've come in contact with, either in person or over the phone, has been friendly and able to answer all my questions. For those that don't know what Fieldwork Phoenix is You're missing out. This was recommended to be by a friend as a place I could earn some extra money. Who doesn't love extra money? Fieldwork Phoenix is a market research company that compensates you for your time by sitting in on group discussions about products etc, sometimes online discussions etc. some of these surveys pay up to $500. Tonight I received $125 for an hour of my time participating in a group discussion about a product being sold. If you are interested there are multiple cities even in other states that participate as well. You can look up this location and what market research options are available now on their Facebook page Fieldwork Phoenix. If you see something described you think you might qualify for click the link, fill out the questions and if you qualify they will contact you and set up a date and time to either come in or do activities online. No gimmicks, no hassle. Again, it was such an easy process and very interesting to be able to learn about new products etc or to get to hear others opinions and maybe learning some new things. I love meeting new people and hearing ideas and opinions so it's a win win for me. Another thing I thought was cool was they did a raffle for those who came in early and a person in that early bird group won an extra $50. There was also a table with free water bottles and chips while we waited to start our market research group. The only part that stinks was that I forgot to take pictures. read more

Don't waste your time! I was screened for a study and offered a $100 gift card to participate. I took time off work and drive an hour, as well as arrived 30 minutes early to ensure I would be on time. Upon arrival I was told they didn't have a spot for me, despite calling the day before to confirm. I even asked for the supervisor who stated I needed to remember who I spoke with when confirming. Why on earth would I have written that down? She offered me $25 for gas. What a complete insult to the value of my time. Take my advice and stay far far away from these scammers read more

I find the team working at Fieldworks Phoenix to generally be personable. It's been some time since I've done a study with them but my daughter just qualified for one and enjoyed her experience. There was some homework involved with her study which she promptly completed after we received it via email. Fieldwork Phoenix is a company that conducts opinion panels and tests products with consumers. They usually send weekly emails to inform you of different studies. I generally get to do about 2 studies a year. They ask you a lot of preliminary questions to see if you are what they are looking for. The pay is pretty decent as well. I got $125 visa gift card last time and this time I'm getting a $175 gift card. It's a great deal and it's worth the time. Usually interviews and questions are an hour to 2 hours max.
