Follow up review: I stopped in to get new tires and an oil change a few weeks ago. It was quick and easy with good communication on the process so I gave them 5 stars. I stopped in again and received the same level of service so I am following up with another 5 star review. The service bay is first come first serve and I was a bit leery at first but after 3 visits and amazing service each time, I am a fan! My brother has been driving many miles for many years to faithfully bring all his rigs here for tires and service. I have heard stories of great service and great people. So when the Subaru dealer quoted me $700 plus for my CrossTreks 30k Mike service, I decided it was time to try Point S in Creswell myself. From the initial phone call customer service was very apparent and Luke sure knew exactly what I needed. I arrived at 8am and was whisked through express service line like a breeze and went on to get tires rotated. Their guys found an issue created by the dealer who did the previous rotation where they out 2 centering rings in one wheel and none in another. They spotted it and corrected it. I've been using Point S for some years now because it is so convenient. I find that they don't seem to try to take advantage of me and try to sell me more things or more repairs than what is needed. I've used them mainly for oil changes, tire purchases, patching up punctured tires. They did replace one other car part one time. That pretty much sums it up. A few days ago I took my car to them because my tires felt wobbly when I drove. They said there was "separating" going on in two of the tires and I was at risk of a blow out. They did not charge me that day for them to look at it. That day they ordered tires for me. I went in today to get my new tires put on. I bought two and the total on the receipt was only $222. And they aren't cheapy lousy tires either. Carrera brand if I remember right. read more

This is a long over due review...it has been a little while since we have been in. We came in with our truck on the recommendation from our Son, who also takes his truck here for tires. We have had them do alignment work, and put in a new steering box. The steering box ended up being a defective one, so they made it right, and had the replacement right away, and did a great job of putting in the new steering box. The customer service goes above, and beyond. While I was waiting for all of the work to be done, I had my Son pick me up. They were really busy, and I noticed how well they treat the other customers as well. They have a Point S in Eugene, but I think it is worth the drive to the Creswell location. We have gone to the other one, it isn't a bad spot, and service wasn't terrible. I just liked the feel of this one better. Seems more, Mom, and Pop atmosphere. Great team work, and thank you for getting us back on the road so fast. I know it was a while ago, but thank you. read more

Visiting from California and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my Durango, so I went down to my Dad's long time favorite tire shop. The service was professional and extremely friendly. They have a large waiting area with wifi and clean restrooms. The prices were very reasonable and you can tell they really care about doing a good job on every customers car. If you find yourself having a little extra time they are located right down the street from the Creswell Bakery which makes an easy walk for a cup of coffee or lunch while you wait. read more

One time I had a flat tire in my driveway and didn't have the equipment to change a flat. Point S came out to the house, filled up the tire with air, and followed me back to the shop, where they fix my flat at no cost. Try to find better service than that! My husband and I have come to this establishment for years when it comes to tires, and tire maintenance. There was only one time we didn't because we thought we were going to save. I must say that despite being lower cost tires, there is NOTHING that compares to the customer service, and quality products that the team at Point S Creswell offer. They have always done their best at going the distance with their customers. My car needed struts, brakes, stabilizing bar, rotors, alignment, and tires. I went to another place in Eugene and had only bought new tires about a year ago. I didn't know my car was out of alignment, so the tires had worn excessively. So we came back to the guys at Point S Creswell and asked for help, advice, and get an alignment done. They went out of their way to ensure I was told all the things they saw that needed repaired or replaced. They took their time to be sure I got the best value for what I needed. This was greatly appreciated because I am not working, and my husband is supplying everything. We knew the amount of work needed was going to be expensive. While waiting, my husband got called into work, and so I didn't have a ride home. But that was okay with me because Point S Creswell had excellent WiFi, and I could work on my schoolwork. They also offer popcorn, coffee, tea, and bottled water to all their customers. Jeff came in after a while and told me they were putting extra people on my vehicle when they had the chance so that maybe I won't have to be here so long. That was so considerate. Yet this isn't all... They came in and told me that my brakes on the rear weren't bad (they still had over 40%) as the ones up front and didn't really need to be changed right now. They didn't have to do that, as we were expecting to have to change them all. Instead, they were conscious of my needs and went the extra mile to save our family whatever funds they could. There has never been a better experience. Their services offered are many; their customer service is excellent and their kindness and consideration for others are honest. The people you speak with that are helping you are real, there is nothing false about them. Not their smiles, and not their efforts to serve. I am so grateful to Point S Creswell and all their help. If you want work on your tires or an oil change they are great. If you want actual mechanical work done then dont waste your time. I had made an appointment with my car and took time off work to take it down there only to find that they forgot to schedule my appointment. The guy in charge came out and threw out several idea on what could be wrong with my car then finally settled on one thing. I made another appointment and had the work done, paid and took home the car and had the same issues still. Took it back in and did more work, took it home and still had the same issues. Now i would have taken this as a one off but my parents who are on a fixed income took their Suburban in for issues starting and they did work on it, sent it home and it still had issues starting. My dad invested thousands of dollars in this old truck because they cant afford a new one but it got to the point he could no longer afford these "Repairs" that didnt repair anything!!! He found someone we knew to look at it for free, whom he didnt know had mechanic experience, this guy found that the starter was broken in half. Honestly how does a paid mechanic not check the starter and throws a bunch of useless parts on the this vehicle, charging people a fortune. If it was just 1 bad experience thats one thing but two things where useless works is being done and the vehicle is being sent home saying "its fixed"..... they need held accountable. read more

During a recent move we borrowed a trailer and within the first 20 miles we had a tire on the trailer blow! Luckily it happened right before the Creswell exit. Point S was right off the highway. We pulled in and had a tire replaced for $30 within 20 minutes. They even gave us an extra tire for free, just in case we had problems during the rest of our trip!
