What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.

He hit me, threw me into a concrete wall, put his hands all over my body ripping at my skin, and chased me up a flight of stairs... I was bleeding from multiple areas. This is a premeditated assault. Violence.. There has been no apology from structure properties, no explanation for his behavior. Why do I have to explain to human adults that unlawful violence is bad?

Tenants: I was charged $37 PLUS I was told I would hear back either way within 4-6 days. It took SIX WEEKS for them to get back to me. Of course now I know it's because they were making a cool $3000 from applications. I would NEVER use them as my property management company and will NEVER apply to one of their properties as a tenant again. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
