Through multiple home purchases I've found myself drawing a line at, someone trying to get you to buy a home vs someone that truly wants you to find a home that fits YOU. Ellie is the latter. This, coupled with her quite extensive building knowledge (feel free to find her on IG. She does a large volume of educational series discussing the finer points of home building, what to look for, why this/that is done a certain way, etc.) makes her not only a very personal feeling realtor, but an obviously knowledgeable one. My take is this; you can find anyone to sell you a house, but it's a step above to find someone that will tell you a house might not be right for you or someone that takes the time to look at the long term details you may encounter as a home owner. Additionally, she's concise and timely with her communication, does an over the top job getting info out regarding inspections, etc. I'll happily use her again and plan on it for my next home sake and purchase. She was very responsive and texted through the day and evening as things arose we needed to know about. The sale of our home went smoothly and the new buyers had a no contingency offer since our home was so well prepared in advance. We felt the money we put into getting the house ready was recouped at the time of sale and made the process go quickly and smoothly.
