I can't recommend Christine highly enough. She's friendly, accessible, flexible, and always professional. She tailored her advice to my level of experience and my (ever evolving) needs, accommodated my super busy schedule, and helped me find and close on my new home in a very short time. Throughout it all, she was a reassuring voice of reason and encouragement. Sometimes they're just aren't enough stars! I don't write reviews very often, but Christine Holt absolutely earned this one. Our home has finally closed, and I can honestly say I don't think we would have made it to the finish line without her. This wasn't a simple transaction. Between unexpected challenges and everything else life threw at us, there were plenty of opportunities for things to fall apart. Christine never let that happen. She stayed on top of every detail, kept everyone accountable, communicated constantly, and always made sure we knew what was happening. When problems came up, she didn't make excuses--she found solutions. That's a rare quality. During one of the most difficult times my family has ever been through, Christine showed patience, compassion, and determination that went far beyond what I expected from a Realtor. She genuinely cared about getting us across the finish line, and it showed in everything she did. If you're looking for someone who will work hard, tell you the truth, fight for your best interests, and never quit when things get complicated, Christine Holt is the Realtor you want in your corner. Christine, thank you for everything you did for our family. We will never forget it, and I recommend you without hesitation read more

We were recommended Christine to us by our family, and it was one of the greatest decisions during our home buying process. As a first time home buyer, we had a million questions. Not only did Christine answer all of them, but she brought her knowledge, experience and professional opinion to the table. We toured multiple properties, found both good and bad scenarios until we ended up with the perfect home for our family. The entire time Christine was not pushy, and not too distant either. Christine was able to breakdown the entire process from touring homes-to closing on our home. During escrow we had a few issues with the property, but Christine always communicated with us and updated us. By the time we closed it was such a smooth transaction it was almost unreal the day we got the keys to our new home. Buying a home in the San Francisco Bay Area is one of the most competitive markets in the country, but with Christine, I guarantee she will steer you in the right direction and come out winning. Thank you again!!!!! My family will be eternally grateful!! read more

It was a pleasure working with Christine on the sale of my listing. She represented VA buyers. We received multiple offers and their offer was the best and highest. The trustee of the estate was married to a veteran. It was icing on the cake when the family found out they are a military family. The transaction involved a longer escrow than expected, but Christine was exceptional every step of the way. She remained professional, responsive, and solution-oriented throughout the process. Most importantly, she did an incredible job keeping her buyers informed, encouraged, and committed, even when challenges arose. As a listing agent, I truly appreciate working with agents who communicate well, advocate for their clients with integrity, and collaborate to keep the transaction moving forward. Christine embodies all of those qualities. It was an honor helping one veteran pass his home on to another military family, and I'm grateful Christine was part of making that happen. I look forward to working with Christine again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and compassionate real estate professional. read more

We can't thank Christine enough for helping us find our home. We searched for months, got outbid more times than we can count, and she never gave up. The fact that we were living in Idaho for most of the search made things even harder, but she went above and beyond -- traveling all over the Bay Area, touring homes for us, and helping us through every step of the process. She was patient, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. We're so grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor. read more

Christine and I had an introduction call in January 2022 to review my goals for selling my Mare Island home. From the beginning to the end of the home sale process, Christine provided exceptional service and expertise as a non-aggressive, unbiased agent. What I appreciated most about Christine was that after she provided her expert opinion, she always left the decision to me without pressure. I want to recommend this lady. She goes far and beyond the call of duty. She is the best realtor agent I had and I moved 13 times!!!!

We found Christine through yelp after a negative experience with another realtor. We really wanted a realtor who understood the rapidly changing market and who could help get us a good deal because we know prices are going to continue to go down over the next year. You know that old Texas expression "that guy is all hat and no cattle"? It basically means a person is all talk, but lacks actual substance or results. Well let me tell you Christine is all cattle! She is NO BULLSHIT and fantastic at her job. Her ability to immediately grasp the subtleties of home value, market dynamics, location, and seller motivation was impressive. She is also kind and fun and has a wonderful infectious energy that makes working with her very rewarding. You remember that girl on your high school soccer team who played half back and effortlessly ran her ass off the whole game, thanklessly doing all the work so that you (a striker) could score the goals? And you would watch her sometimes and think to yourself "damn.... I'm glad she's on my team!" That's Christine. read more

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Christine was at helping us find our first home. Christine was extremely patient with all our questions and very communicative throughout. She was our biggest advocate when negotiating with the seller and fought for us even when we didn't think it was worth it. When we had initially lost the bid on our first offer, she found an even better listing and positioned us to close very quickly. I am amazed at how efficient and dedicated she is with her clients, especially with how competitive the Bay Area is. I honestly couldn't imagine a smoother process with any other realtor. Christine is a very competent and thorough real estate agent, who walked us through the process of selling our home. With the help of the contractor she works with, she got some of the needed repairs done in record time. The house was already empty, so her stager made it look and feel homey. Her photographers did an excellent job of stills and drone shots. In two weekends of showings, she had several interested buyers, all over asking price, and helped us pick the right one for us. She helped us get through the disclosures to satisfy the buyers and close the deal. She is always upbeat and gives great attention to detail. We would highly recommend her, because she gets the job done and is a pleasure to work with. read more

Christine is an amazing agent who made every effort to make this deal happen for us. I've bought many properties in the past, and had a lot of experience with Realtors over the years, so believe me when I say.... Christine is the real deal. A true top notch agent!!!! Wow!! where do I start. She is such as awesome and energetic woman to work with. I highly recommend hiring Christine as your realtor. We are so fortunate that we changed our first realtor that was uncooperative and hardly showing us any listing, we knew that we had to look for another realtor. Luckily to our Karma we found Christine on yelp and called for help. I think that was huge blessing in the sky. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout our home buying process, she was great at communicating, responding right away with our questions either. There's a smile on my face every time I walk into the door of my new home. It's been two months since I got the keys. I'm still settling in. Taking my time to soak in every square foot of this beautiful new home. Deciding what ottoman compliments that extra space. Contemplating curtains or no curtains. This rug looks nice here. All the exciting decisions a new home owner gets to make. All thanks to Christine and Jorge! Not just the immediate responses and follow-up . Not only the record time for close of escrow. Not only the perfect timing. But it's how they made me feel during the whole process. Christine and Jorge held my hand and made me feel confident on my decisions. I wasn't sure what I was going to get when I requested an agent online. Christine made me feel "human" in this world of processes and automation....evening for buying a home. She came through.
