This week they got the vendor to fix my bedroom windows without having to replace it. They always brainstorm for a better solution to any issues that comes up. They are very proactive with tenants concerns. I'm glad to have a great management company that looks out for my interest. They balance the needs of tenants and advocate owners to improve tenant's living situation.

They finally sent someone out and the workers determined that the whole window needed to be replaced - which is expensive. They said it could take a month or two and would need to be approved. It was never approved. They never addressed it and despite me calling about it in the future they made no effort to rectify it. I was a student and didn't have the mental energy to fight them harder - but I shouldn't have to. If mold is growing inside of my room due to the poor condition of the apartment (moisture from the cold weather and rain), that's a safety hazard. Again, please be mindful about renting with them. I know finding housing is difficult right now - especially if you are low income. But they will make your life harder and force you to actively fight them to fix things (like mold growing in your home). Also, multiple of my neighbors have also brought up the issue with the mold - but they too didn't have the time and energy to fight them on it.
