We met Lisa through a referral and we're glad we did. We were in a tough situation and Lisa and Justin did the heavy lifting for us. We've now known, and use Lisa , for the past 5 years and I would happily recommend her and Justin for any leasing situation you have. read more

Lisa knows her stuff, onboarding was fantastic as she recommended all the right things for us to fix before renting out our property. She secured perfect tenant placing whom we've had for almost 3 thankful years thus far. She and Justin are a very responsive team to issues that crop up, both small and big. It took me forever to write a review maybe because we want Lisa's property management service all to ourselves. ;) Half kidding, she and team do a really good job and keep our books clean with all the receipts and statements she regularly keeps in portal. Glad we went with Lisa! read more

We had such a great experience with Lisa Kim Jones. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and somehow managed to find us a house that checked way more boxes than we expected. The whole process felt way less stressful because she stayed on top of everything and was always quick to respond. We honestly couldn't have done it without her and would 100% work with her again. read more

We've worked with Maureen Peters for many years. She's arranged 5-10 renters for us and they've all been wonderful. Maureen just filled a luxury rental for us about a month ago. Maureen is super knowledgeable, hard working, competent, calm, thorough, and a strong communicator. Specific examples of how she helps are: - Determining appropriate pricing for the property based on her extensive current local knowledge of the market - Marketing of the property on multiple platforms - Showing the property to interested parties - Managing all communications thoroughly & in a timely fashion - Keeping calm through what can be a turbulent process, assisting both the owners (us) and prospective tenants - Informed advice and creative problem solving during lease negotiations and other business matters On top of that, Maureen is a super nice and ethical person. We look forward to continuing the relationship in the future. read more

What a great realty company to work with. Maureen Peters was excellent in finding a good tenant for my property here in San Francisco. Very thorough in her review of my property, what to expect for rent, and the best way to market my property for potential renters. She consistently updated me on potential candidates who came thru during the Open houses, and if there were any concerns/comments that we needed to address regarding the property. For leasing or sales, I would definitely recommend Maureen and LKJ Realty and will definitely use them again for my future real estate projects. read more

Lisa was referred to me by two property owners separately, who have used her services many times to rent out their condos. So, I had to check out www.lkj-realty.com and I am so glad that I did as Lisa is one of the most professional people in the business and so easy to work with. Lisa and her team helped us rent out our Inner Sunset condo. did everything from the pictures to advertising to showings and subsequent screening of potential tenants. It was a great experience and I highly recommend LKJ Realty if you are looking for professional help to rent out your home. read more

Lisa contacted me off of a rental listing I have on Craigslist to ask me questions and request photos for the unit as if she was interested or had a client interested in my unit. However, she was just using my listing as a benchmark and wasting my time to poach my verbage, my information and to have me do my work for her. To her clients or future clients, be forewarned, she lacks motivation and is not doing a true analysis of the market but rather wasting other landlords time and energy. Do not recommend. read more

Lisa is a pro. My wife and I can not say enough great things about her. She's knowledgable, diligent, and most importantly gives you great input. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thanks for all of your help, Lisa! read more

LKJ Realty is the best in the biz for rentals & property management in SF & the North Bay. Lisa & her team were on it when my partner and I were looking to move to a certain neighborhood (Outer Richmond SF) after another deal fell apart at the last moment. She's wasn't only knowledgeable of the market, the city & the school districts - she was also sensitive to our personal family housing needs as well as our budget and time frame. Can't say enough about Lisa, she's the one! read more

Lisa Kim Jones was a lifesaver during a difficult transition. She helped my partner and me, along with our two dogs, find an affordable home, which was challenging in today's market. I highly recommend her and her team; they were very generous and provided a very personalized and professional service. read more

She walked me through the whole process and helped me see what I needed to fix prior to putting it on the market. Her experience is unmatched and she's just fun and professional. Working with her made the whole process painless and stress free. Within a week of meeting her, my condo was cleaned, listed and rented to great tenants. Lisa Kim Jones is seriously on point! My girlfriend and I were caught in the crazy situation of looking for an apt in San Francisco... Something I never wish upon anyone. Our transition from San Mateo into San Francisco was not an easy one with the aggressive house hunters in the city. Fortunately we found Lisa at a showing and DUDE did she pull through BIG TIME! The first place wasn't the right fit, but she nailed it on the 2nd place we saw. I'm happy to be writing this review from an absolutely gorgeous apt! Definitely recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a place in S.F. Thank you Lisa! read more

Lisa has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! My experience of getting a place with her help was nothing else but excellent - Lisa handled all procedures (showing the place/managing the contract and, most importantly, negotiating the lease start date in my favor!) with superb professionalism, great positive attitude, and her natural sense of humor! I highly recommend Lisa if you want to find a very nice place in SF and want to have the best experience while looking for it :). I am so grateful I met Lisa! read more

Lisa is a pro! My roommate and I were looking for a 2-bdrm apt in SOMA and was getting nowhere with some really rude and snobby leasing agents at other property management companies before we met her. After talking to her about the listing, we were shown the property right away. Lisa was completely honest about everything that was going on with the market and the rental and was extremely responsive via email and phone throughout the process. She answered all of our many calls, explained to us what was needed, and was always extremely polite. Lisa took care of us from beginning to end and helped us find an amazing place in less than a week. It was a real pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her if you're looking for an amazing place in SF fast! read more

Working with Lisa has been a real pleasure. She has been very helpful in securing us reliable tenants for our rental properties. She's fun to work with, but more importantly - efficient and responsive. read more

This review is a long time coming. Lisa helped us secure a great apartment - all over the phone and via e-mail, at the end of 2011. She was VERY patient and VERY helpful, and made the impossible possible. I repeat - she literally did the impossible. If you try to move to SF from the East Coast, especially now, it's unbelievable. Proof of employment, proof of income, knowing that there 20, 30, 40 other people trying to get this same apartment that are actually IN the city and can set a totally different impression than you - the person that has no face, 3,000 miles away, and all of those other intangible barriers that are put up between the renter and the apartment. The competition - it's thick and tough. None of that matters to Lisa, and after handling (dealing with) our many, many (many) calls, and getting all the paperwork sorted for us, she landed us the apartment we wanted! Amazing! Also - I apologize to you Lisa because I'm sure we were very, very annoying! read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Lisa for many years. From her time at MBC to working with jwavro associates and now at Hill & Co. Lisa is an apartment rental pro. She knows the market and how to get deals done! read more

Lisa is great to work with! She'll find you a awesome place to live fast!! :)

Lisa was amazing. She helped us find an apartment in 2010, and was so awesome to work with, that we're working with her again! She went above and beyond the last time -- showed us so many places, was a great communicator, and always incredibly friendly. I really felt like she was on our side in our mission to find a great place. I highly recommend her -- she'll help you find a great place and feel like you have a friend in the process. :) read more

Lisa Kim Jones is the tiger lady of real estate. She knows the business in and out and she doesn't waste any time. She is kind and direct and has a beautiful spirit. She cares a lot about her clients and their needs. I had the pleasure of working with her upon my arrival to SF. As a new resident, she took care of me like I was a part of her family. It was an amazing feeling to know that home was waiting for me when I arrived. Thank you Lisa Kim Jones! read more

Hiring her was a big mistake. She is neither responsive, nor accountable. After reading these great reviews about her I had a hope for a good service but she is one of the worst that you can get when it comes to hiring a renting agent. read more

What a pleasure it is to work with the fabulous Miss Jones! I moved to San Francisco from New York City, and she was the first and last person I needed to consult for help finding an an apartment. She took care of everything and before I knew it I was moved in to a great apartment giving me plenty of time to focus on the other details of the move. Her help made it one of the easiest moves I had ever made ... and it was from across the country. I HIGHLY recommend her. read more

I highly recommend Lisa Kim Jones from Hill & Co to anyone who wants to lease their property. She did a marvelous job in renting out our house in the record time less than two weeks. She is very professional and friendly person. I would say she means business. There are so many run-of-the-mill agents around, who clearly don't care. She is a star. A big thank you for all your help. Don't hesitate contacting Lisa you will be in good hands. read more
