This review is ridiculously overdue, but as my boyfriend and I have been celebrating our 1-year anniversary of owning our home, we still reflect on how we could have never done it without Annie. I was able to get some good perspective on just how amazing Annie is, since we started with another agent. My family just relocated to the East Bay area from Chicago and we were having a very difficult time coordinating our house search. My husband was only in the area during the week and the rest of us were back in Chicago. In such a competitive and scarce rental market, we weren't sure how we were going to find a house, especially given that we weren't there 100% of the time to go and view houses as they became available. We saw Annie's name attached to many rentals on CraigsList and contacted her directly to see if she would help us out. We learned it wasn't common practice to use a realtor to find rentals in the California market as it was in Chicago, but she agreed to assist us all the same. Annie got to work immediatley and set up some showings for us on very short notice for a house hunting trip we had just set up and spent a good part of her day showing us the area and different neighborhoods. Once we had focused on a few different neighborhoods she helped us immensely by contacting owners, property mangers and agents to gain further information on rentals and also to help set up showings.
