Chuck was very informative and seemed nice but was incredibly pushy and intrusive with his questions. He asked such personal direct stuff he shouldn't have been asking a divorced woman with a child in tow (I don't have a lot of help with childcare or babysitters). This was on the first encounter and showing that we went to. I was asked to give copies of financial data which I did (redacted) and had to rush to give him in person on a second showing which he was late for then rushed me through with my child as we were on our way to a birthday party. I had to fill out an overly in-depth application that had so many questions on it that I wondered if I was filling out an interrogatory for legal cases. The "attached townhouse" wasn't that nice or in a prime location nor spacious. Though very clean and I had the impression that the owners had a unrealistic idea of what they were renting out. It had no yard, the grass (weeds) was overgrown, a super tight little kitchen, and there was not even enough space it seemed to get a moving truck in had I moved in. There was no driveway or parking other than in the garage and no extra parking spaces for guests. Chuck kept asking to make sure it was just my child and I moving in and no one else and he seemed stressed as if there wouldn't be parking for anymore. That was not the most intrusive questions he asked but I'll refrain from details on the others. I am not someone who sublets to people but I do want to be able to have guest occasionally for 4500.00 a month plus utilities. read more

i called as a potential client. this guy couldnt tell me his fees, he said it varies. every property manager has a baseline and or a range of what they collect and what is due upfront. secondly, i asked if he was familiar was section 8 and he said yes, but then followed up with we don't have any section 8 tenants. knowing about section 8 rules and handling section 8 tenants is completely different. lastly i asked to see his property management contract and he said he didnt have one. he needed to meet my tenant first and see the property. this is not realistic for me to introduce my tenants to every potential candidate. he responded that he didnt want to do business with me. this guy seems really green and difficult. do not recommend working with him read more
