In my 20+ years of working with building management companies, I have come across many HOA team members and lobby attendants at many different buildings. Fei Meng, who is a lobby attendant at Infinity, truly stands out among them all. She knows every resident by name, greeting them with a big smile each time. It is so obvious how loved she is by all of the residents! Even aside from residents, Fei is so friendly and helpful to every vendor, delivery personnel, and guests alike. Our complex has transitioned over to Action Property Management. We picked them for a few reasons; good online website and processes, actual 24/7 staffing, a dedicated transition team, ability to tweak policies to match for our complex, and recommended for being easy to work with from our legal team. Oh, boy, their transition team has more than earned our set-up fee. To say that our previous management company put the house on fire while they were in it is being polite. Action's transition team and our direct property manager have been putting out fires and setting us up as our previous company kept most of our files hostage until literally the last day of the contract. Our property manager & transition team have literally put out the fires of our power about to be turned off that exact day because the previous company didn't provide any of the PG&E account information and they sent the "pay or we shut off power" letter to us after 5 pm on Friday when it needed to be paid Monday or else. They scrambled to help us pay bills even while we were still improperly cut off from our Operating Fund. Despite all of the deliberately created chaos, Action has come through and taken care of us. We still have some bumps in the road, but that's literally because they didn't get some of the information until the actual first day of the contract. I do not regret our choice. read more

Honestly, Angelo sets the bar high for what a 24 hour front desk professional should be- he's incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and unbelievably efficient. Shame on me for not writing about this sooner. I colocate between SF and Denver -- both locations differ greatly re property staff. Watermark reigns as the absolute best -- in the many places I've lived, each with their own staff/processes. More recently, some health issues surfaced, making life a bit more difficult. I didn't talk about or share it w anyone, yet Angelo must have super radar powers! He could tell something was "off," yet, never imposed or asked. He just poured on extra attention, tenderness and gentleness -- jumping up to open a door for me, grabbing a package before I knew I had one, asked if he could help me w bags when traveling... countless examples of letting me know he cared. In a city where technology rules, and all too often, we have our faces buried in tablets & phones, being "seen" is not the norm. Angelo most definitely "sees' his tentants -- he certainly "sees" me. He personifies kindness that sometimes is lacking in society. I am deeply grateful for his attention to detail --- and more importantly, his attention to people. read more

I don't write many reviews but feel compelled as someone went truly above & beyond their role as a Watermark staff member. I had recent medical intervention and placed on meds post op. While not being cleared to travel yet, a family situation warranted immediate flight to east coast. Upon checking in, my post op meds weren't in my carry on -- but in the chaos, I couldn't be sure I packed them. I called Watermark, spoke to Angelo. W/o my asking, he offered to run up to the unit ASAP to confirm if meds were there. They were... and he -- again, w/o my asking, offered to take them to FED EX to next day deliver them. I got them the next morning -- less than 24 hours later. I reimbursed him for the expedited package -- and wanted to pay for his time for running over to FED EX before they were due to be closed. He refused to let me compensate him for his trouble. The WaterMark tentates are looking to have them. read more
