I asked to speak with manager and was told, the owner was sitting at table in the restaurant drinking alcohol. I approached the owner(Terron ?) of the restaurant (Caseys Community House) and he admitted to having no knowledge of celiac disease and acted as if he did not care. Owner (Terron?) response was I have been drinking and did not want to discuss my concerns. I then suggested, him as being manager of restaurant that offers gluten free food, it was his responsibility to be educated and have staff educated as well. He disregarded my concerns again with "I am not working now and I have been drinking" my advice to all is to avoid this restaurant at all costs, if you have food allergies of any kind as owner/manager/chefs are not skilled at there profession, and treat it as a joke at your health expense. Unprofessional ownership and attitude towards my health issue's. Avoid if you value your health with food allergy requests.

The summit club was just okay but my step son added a little of the apple chutney and liked it better that way. My BF got the bacon sando and there really wasn't bacon on the sandwich. It's mainly arugula hardly any meat. Wouldn't get that again. The taco salad had good flavor and the shell was crispy. The potatoes that come on the side were bomb!! So delicious. Overall it's an experience to do once but quite expensive. So probably won't do again unless I am going skiing.
