My boyfriend had ordered us food over the phone and had ordered me a plain dry cheeseburger while he was trying to specify that I only wanted bun meat and cheese the lady on the phone had cut him off middle of his sentence and said very rudely "yEaH I gOt It." when we picked it up my burger had bacon on it and had assumed we also got upcharged for the bacon that we did not ask for so I had gone right back to ask for it to be fixed and was told bacon was written on the ticket and that's when the blonde waitress got attitude with me and told me that's what my boyfriend ordered so I replied with no he didn't I was sitting right next to him when he ordered it. Side note if she wasn't rude over the phone and didn't cut my boyfriend off while he was talking and maybe even reread the order back to us there wouldn't had been an issue now this isn't the only reason I've wrote a review this type of thing has happened to us multiple times it always ends up getting fixed but with a side of attitude with your burger read more

Great Burgers, ambience, service, and cleanliness! Was visiting here from the San Francisco Bay Area (first time in Montana), and this restaurant did not disappoint. I have meant to write this review when I first started going to Brad's but life got in the way. Better late than never, right? In small towns, you don't see many restaurants that can fill you up with delicious food for a acceptable price. Well, welcome to Brad's. I first visited Brad's in their first week of opening. I did take out and drove the 20 minutes home. The smells coming out of the bag were literally making me drool. I had ordered two burger baskets (received a punch card that I got a free basket after 10 purchases) and brought them home for my husband and I to enjoy. I still remember that first bite of that juicy burger. Honestly, best burgers ever! The crunchiness of the lettuce and extra pickles, mixed with the juiciness of the perfectly seasoned meat and fresh buns...oh man. The fries were hot and crispy, not over seasoned or over salted. My husband got onion rings and those were excellent as well. Excellent dinner! We go to Libby at least once a week. I call in my order and it is ready when I arrive. Two burger baskets with cheese average $17. Their baskets include a drink as well. I have tried their chicken salads and many of their specials and other menu items. It's like the ultimate American menu. And just to add fuel to this fire, they recently introduced a new menu item. Ice Cream! Shakes, sundaes, banana splits and more. Perfect for a date night for sure. Whether you are a local or a tourist, it is worth the stop. Friendly employees just makes the whole experience close to perfect. What would make it perfect? If those banana splits were 0 calories (wink). Forgot to mention check out their daily specials on either Facebook or Instagram. On Fridays, it is usually a philly sandwich. I live in Libby and reviewed this place with a great review a little over a year ago. While the food is good mostly, I just will not put up with the poor customer service any longer. On a phone-in order the WHOLE PURPOSE of phoning an order in ahead of time is so that you can pay and pick up your food WITHOUT WAITING since the food will be ready when you get there.. The exact opposite happens here. Waiting in line behind walk-in customers to figure out what they want to order while you have made a phone-in order and your food is ready, sitting there, and getting past "freshly prepared" is more than frustrating; it is not acceptable. I put up with this for months mainly because there was usually only 1 or 2 people in line waiting to order. At my last visit it was very busy and I stood politely to the side and I waved to get my food with money ready (including large tip) and told the owner and the cashier I had a pick up order and was waiving my money at them and they just ignored me and gave me dirty looks like I was trying to cut in line! This was the last straw and my patience was at an end for good reason and not just because they do not understand "call-in orders". Months back not only had they served me RAW CHICKEN STRIPS (YES LITERALLY RAW!!!!!!!), which I had to take all back to the restaurant (a 15 minute drive), but when I presented the FREE sandwich card I received for the mishap at my next visit the owner tersely challenged the card and literally implied that it was a fake card and a scam because it was punched wrong. I believe in supporting local businesses and have tried to be understanding about this small business's issues but enough is enough and there is NO SUCH THING as a burger good enough to put up with this kind of horrible customer service. read more

Nothing special here. Crap meat that has gristle and bones. Service just as awful. I stunk all day like a fryer.

I stopped at this location for an early lunch. What I experienced was nothing short of AMAZING. I had the daily special. The burger was spectacular and HUGE. I haven't had crinkle fries in ages and these fries were the hidden gem of this restaurant. I travel to Libby 2-3 times a month for work. This will be my new favorite place to eat. I hope they stay open for the next several decades. I need a good lunch. The menu is extensive and it all seems delicious Keep up the great meals. I'll see you soon. read more
