We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. I appreciated that you were so easy to do business with, created a professional product, and moreover, your competitive pricing!

I am a frequent customer and this man was just rude and loud. The young lady let him know the instructions for his return and he automatically raised his voice and questioned why? These people work here and deal with Amazon returns all day long and am pretty sure they know the rules for each return. Once a customer doesn't like what they hear they decide to criticize the employee. I'm including the actual return instructions with this response for anyone who may be unfamiliar with how the different Amazon return options work. Hopefully, this helps clarify the difference between "no box needed" and a return that requires the customer to have the item boxed and sealed. I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. If you need reliable service, I would recommend visiting another UPS Store that follows its posted business hours. Date of Visit: June 2026
