Victoria in the copy department has been so patient and helpful! We really appreciated the great service!

I have been a loyal Office Depot customer for many years and visit this location frequently to make copies and print documents for my court matters. Most of my experiences have been very positive, and the employees are generally kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Assistant Store Manager Albert Zaragosa was extremely disappointing. I came into Office Depot after one of my trials to print and prepare copies for my next court hearing. From the time we arrived, Albert appeared visibly bothered by our presence. He repeatedly paced back and forth near us with what came across as a negative and irritated attitude. Eventually, he approached us and asked if we needed help. We politely told him that we were okay and did not need assistance. Shortly afterward, Albert told us with an aggressive demeanor, "You know you guys are loitering." I tried explaining to him why we were there and that we had come to Office Depot to prepare and print documents for my upcoming court hearing, but he refused to listen. I was shocked and embarrassed by this comment. We were paying customers who came into the store for printing and copying services, just as I have done many times over the years. His words and demeanor made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt as though we were being treated like people who did not belong in the store. This was especially disappointing considering that Albert is an Assistant Store Manager. Someone in a management position should set an example of professionalism, customer service, and respect. I do, however, want to specifically recognize Store Manager Sara Escarzaga. From the beginning, Sara was pleasant, helpful, considerate, and professional. Even after Albert went to her regarding the situation, Sara's attitude toward us did not change. She continued treating us with kindness and respect, which I greatly appreciated. Employees like Sara are the reason customers feel comfortable returning to a business. I sincerely hope Office Depot takes customer experiences like mine seriously and ensures that individuals placed in management positions understand the importance of treating customers with dignity and respect. After being a customer for so many years, I never expected to be made to feel so unwelcome simply for coming into Office Depot to prepare documents for court. Sara demonstrated exactly the type of customer service and professionalism that I believe Office Depot should expect from its employees and management. read more

Clean and very nicely organized store. I placed an order for 4 posters to get printed, it was pretty easy using online ordering. You can choose pick up or delivery and since I needed it asap, I chose to pick it up in store. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and I had no issues picking up my order. Overall good experience! read more

Based on their best reviews on Google , I went to get photo hard copies for the passport. Fortunately I met "Marco" the store associate who went the extra mile to fulfill my needs, very polite, skillful & cooperative . A highly recommended place for your office printing & other services . with affordable prices to pay . Dr. Mazin Alsarraf Dec. 09, 2025 read more

They try to bait and switch you when you are buying things . Recently when to buy white paper for my business and there advertised price was 34.99 and when I went to check out it came out to $60.99 unless I bought $150 worth of other items but not paper !! They just lost my business!!! read more

Went to office Depot OfficeMax to recycle my printer. They say they recycle but what they don't tell you is they charge you $20 to put it in a box so it's not free recycling you have to pay for it so the next best thing would be to just wait for a recycling day at the banks or Kohl's or one of the other stores What a rip off read more

Ridiculous! They are charging a flat $5 fee for any type of service! Unbelievable! So, since I am normally a "good news" person, I have an alternative for you: "Postal Perfect" just down the street in the Terra Vista Shopping Center. It's clean, good music, great attitudes and affordable! My transaction only cost me 32 cents! And it was accomplished with a happy greeting, a smile and regards for a "great day!" Have used this location several times. It's now very clear that the customer service is awful and gone woke. Won't service what they don't agree with. Total trash. read more

Marc was very courteous. I went in to make copies of my mother in law on Aug. 6th - I was waiting to be helped. Marc took initiative and asked me if I was being helped. He was so nice. I hope your manager appreciates that that kind of customer service will keep customers coming to your store. Thank you Marc 5 stars for you!! read more

20 min to drop off a package, no joke. Just awful service. There were four employees on the floor 3 of the Were in front of monitors, a fifth finally was added to print a receipt. Never again. read more

The woman behind the print desk sat there, ignored us for eight minutes like we were not there. And then when we asked if they made Christmas cards. She gave us a long drawn out, no in the worst voice possible instead of just telling us no we don't have time to make your Christmas cards. All we wanted were photos printed and This woman was just so terrible. read more

Went at 6:30 pm to get some items laminated and they said the print center was closed for the night. You are only open til 8- is it really that hard to staff all the way til close? There were several upset customers along with me who were turned away. read more

Came here to look for one of those envelopes that don't bend for a sensitive document and lo and behold they had mailing services here! They offered Fed-Ex and USPS services which not only saved us time (it was Saturday afternoon and the post office closed at 3:30 p.m.) but also the hassle of standing in a long line of people. They have a sign-up system where you log your name and number and they'll call or text you to meet them at the counter. The person that helped us was very nice and patient and went over all of our mailing options with us. We also got some of our Christmas shopping done since they had a wall of gift cards from all over. Five stars for the emptiness, cleanliness, peaceful ambiance, convenience and great service! read more

I had to stay in line for 15 minutes just to return for a FedEx box... I've been ignored by two employees working at the drop-off office just to help one person. Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

Steve was a great help! He was very kind, helpful, and helping multiple people at once which sped up the process. Thanks!

Pam is awful!!!! Had pictures I needed and not immediately - but needed certain sizes for frames. She didn't greet me when I walked in , asked me the sizes - printed the wrong ones then told me I had to do a job and they would be ready in a couple of days which is fine but she never communicated that and is super rude! I asked for the manager because I couldn't even use what she printed and she said she was one of them -sheesh good luck with that! Horrible service 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

This has to be the worst place to come and get full service printing... they work so slow... they have no urgency, you'll have a line of 10 people waiting 30-40 minutes to get something laminated/printed/ etc because they're soooo slow! read more

Customer support is not appropriate when speaking to clients. I was here for 20 min waiting for a print out after I got yelled at to sign in and they still serviced people coming up to the desk instead of the people that signed into to get serviced. I don't recommend this location. read more

I went here to print out a label for my package and to drop said package off. The worker who was working the print section on 7/3 right before closing, made me extremely uncomfortable and kept commanding me to stand it different spots for no reason other than I think to just tell me what to do. Continued to give me false information about having to sign some form to be able to drop off when I've never had to sign anything the 50+ times I've dropped off there. Again I think he was just trying to get me to do something just to get a power trip... either way, very uncomfortable experience and I'll be avoiding this creep and store from now on read more

Everytime I get something printed here, ITS NEVER DONE ON TIME. Heres the most recent one. Yesterday I came in at 1pm to pick up something that was supposed to be finished in the morning. An Employee name PAM told the other associate that was helping me "NO I emailed them and told them they'd be ready at 4pm. No one printed them over the weekend. I had a co worker came and try to pick them up last night (way past 4pm) and she was told they were not ready. Seriously??? This location is the worst. Its now 10AM and they are still not done! read more

I need ink!!! OMG, I need ink....off to Office Depot. Dont you hate it when your in the middle of an important project and you see your printer dieing out on the last few pages. Walked into Office Depot, saw a couple of salesman, with their faces on the phone. Ok...so I walk to the ink section, find my ink and here comes a salesman asking if I need assistance. Well...its a little late now but thanks for making your way over. The cashier came over to the counter a minute or so after standing there. She was kind. Overall, not the best experience and not the worst. The product spoke for itself, it was what I needed and they provided it so 2 stars for Office Depot. read more

Worst customer service. Went in on a Friday to print out a large photo and was told the photo would be ready by Saturday morning and that someone would call me when the order was ready. . It's now Sunday afternoon noon and haven't heard from them. I called the store and they said my order is ready. I will not return to this location for my printing needs. Every time I go , the service is still not improved and I end up wasting a lot of my time, waiting to be helped. Lesson learned. This store lacks employees and customer service. read more

I called this Office Depot because I was in desperate need of something very important. I called at 7:50PM to make sure they had what I needed, and could've been there in 3 minutes. Instead, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and finally answered at 8, which is when they closed. They had a real opportunity to show great customer service, but instead it seems like they were more focused to close up and go home. I understand I called very close to closing time, but I was very close to the store and would've been in and out before 8. I've worked in customer service for many years now, and never would have done what they did to a customer. You guys need to update your hours on Yelp and work on your customer service or else you'll be losing a lot of business. read more

We came in at 7 to ask about printing some stickers keep in mind we've never done this so we did not know how to buy anything or what we should do. We got told to go ask the guy Ed for help printing he had the worst attitude from the minute we walked in and yelled " GO SIGN IN " like we knew we needed to sign in for a question? Then he did not help us until 7:58 which they close at 8 and stated " send me your document " which we were confused because he wasn't clarifying anything to us and when we made the document we sent it and he said well we're closed now.. WORST customer service and most importantly WORST attitude towards us. Never again. read more

Pam, in the printing department, is knowledgeable and helpful. Her attitude is matter of fact, but she has good customer service skills. The same cannot be said for Andrea, the print department manager. She lacks patients and severely lacks customer service skills. Apparently lines don't exist for the print department and in order to save a place in line a text message must be sent. I've been going here for a few years and this has not been the case. I was unaware of this new system and was spoken to in a loud and slow tone as if I have difficulty comprehending. I refuse to continue spending my money where someone would feel comfortable disrespecting a customer. read more

Lynn is amazing. I totally wasted her time asking for a reprint, and she was so kind the whole time. I was "that" costumer, and Lynn was the epitome of professional. She exhausted all of her options, and was determined to help me. Give her a raise!!! read more

I came for their pack and ship services since I've never used it and it seemed more convenient than going to the post office or buying everything separately and packaging it myself. My advice: just buy everything separately and package it yourself . I had to ship a game console and opted to have the pack and ship services. When I went to the counter they didn't have anything that fit my item properly (as far as the free boxes go) The person helping me suggested a tight fitting box which made no sense to me because then the item wouldn't be protected at all. So I purchased a bigger box. I asked for bubble wrap, they didn't have any so I had to buy some. I asked for packing peanuts, they didn't have any so I had to buy some (ended up not buying it because it was too expensive). The only thing they had was wrapping paper which didn't help me very much. I ended up standing at the counter packaging my own item which seemed very pointless to me seeing as how I had to check-in for this service and wait 20 min before it was my turn. Also, they tend to not have a lot of the necessary packaging in stock so I suggest checking online first before you go in store. read more

I needed to get a contract form w/carbon copy done for my friend's restaurant ASAP. I went to Office Depot store on Foothill Blvd. and hopeful they can do the job. This Office Depot location is located at a shopping center. Just to give you guys a heads up, there is plenty of parking available. When I arrived to the store, I was welcomed and acknowledged. I went to the Printing Dept and Andrea assisted me. I explained the situation and she made it happened. I needed 10 copies with carbon copy attached. So I waited for a bit and I could tell that she was on top of it. When she completed, I thanked her for making it happen. My overall experience was great and the customer service provided by Andrea was Professional and Awesome! In my personal opinion, I would recommend Office Depot if you're in the Rancho Cucamonga area. I'll definitely come back if need to print more contracts or other printing materials. Keep Up the good work guys! read more

The only reason I'm giving Office Depot one star is because zero is not an option. I stood at the counter for five minutes while two employees socialized with a customer five feet away. After patiently waiting, I was finally acknowledged. I told the employee, Sam, I had two documents I needed bound. She milled about for another five minutes before telling me my work couldn't be completed for three hours. She then consulted with another employee before telling me she would complete my job now. This was a very dissatisfying experience at a store I usually like. I will NOT be back. The employees obviously need training in customer service. I was made to feel as though I was a burdon. read more

Update your hours!!! I came here on an emergency and came to realize y'all closed at 8pm when Yelp said they closed at 9pm! Come on!

Things weren't going so well for me at the self-service copy area. Worst place ever!!! They sell half way inks.
