I'm actually shocked by the reviews. My family has been in a few times the last few months. Each time, more than 1 employee came to assist us. Not too pushy, polite & helpful. Even the workers in the outside in the outlet tent were super helpful in their tablet & offering their measuring tape. Other things: my kids LOVE the play area. We gave 4 kids. & I was pleased to see when I checked on them, there were free water cups offered to them. My husband and I were grateful for the free drinks considering we were there for a while. Another worker offered cookies to my kids. We were stuck between 2 couches but each had something we didn't love. & an employee Scott was quick to direct us to a sofa that had everything we wanted. With such a big purchase, I would say our experience was delightful. We also just got our delivery & everything went smoothly. Stay away. We decided to get a nice sectional sofa / sleeper. After buying from smaller furniture stores, we stopped at Jerome's. Living spaces. And Ashley's. We decided to purchase a queen size sleeper sectional. It has not even been one year. And the problems came quick. The metal bracket that holds the two pieces together came apart They have some off the wall contractor come and fix it. Who unfortunately put it back together upside down and the fix was putting lag bolt 3 x the size of the original screws , which put two huge holes into my brand new sofa. The cushions are horrific. The two that sit on the sleeper are worn down like I've had the sofa for 5 years. The warranty is evasive to the true issues you will face. Almost forcing you to pay extra for the extended warranty. Which I still am not sure if that will cover the issues. Last time I ever make a purchase from here. Save yourself 2000 and buy somewhere else. It's a horrible cost for such low quality. Had me send pics and speak to a warranty rep who basically wasted my time after reviewing the pictures. Bought a sectional couch from Living spaces three years ago paid well over $7k plus another $1k for their 5 year warranty. Made a claim for couch material ripping and failing at seam. Was rejected for wear and tear. I have attached pictures of material. You would think material would last more than a few years, especially at price I paid for the couch. Complete BS. I purchased a sofa from Living Spaces and also paid for the 5 Year Care Free Furniture Protection Plan. When two accidental stains happened, I filed a claim within 5 days of noticing them. One stain happened when the sofa rubbed against a painted surface while being moved, and the other happened when food was accidentally dropped on it. The claim was denied as "general soiling" and an "accumulation of stains," which does not accurately describe what happened. These were two specific accidental incidents, not wear and tear or dirt buildup over time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I followed the instruction of a Living Spaces employee at the Rancho Cucamonga location, who told me to file it as a single claim. Then it seems that filing it that way was used against me. I bought the protection plan expecting help with accidental damage, but when I needed to use it, the claim was denied based on what felt like a technicality and a photo-only review. I'm kind of surprised by the low ratings for this place! I've had good experiences when shopping here over the years. I decided to upgrade my living room furniture. Out with the old, in with the new mentality. I had been looking at options available online and saw they had what I was interested in at this showroom. I think the whole process was streamlined because I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. In choosing between two sectional sofas, I landed on the one I saw online. A quick couple of decisions and we were onto the accent chair. They had a great option available that matched perfectly with the sectional sofa I picked out and the space I had. I had a credit from a protection plan I'd bought on a furniture set previously and didn't have to utilize, so it's nice they give you the ability to get some of that cost back later down the line. I was able to use the credit on this purchase. Delivery wasn't free, but I wanted the full setup as well. They're very communicative about the delivery process and time they'll be arriving. We love our swivel chair as well as the sectional sofa. I always wanted a reclining sofa! The storage within the sofa as well as all the USB charging ports and electric outlets are really beneficial as well. I'd definitely consider shopping here again. read more

Super disappointed with Living Spaces and this will be the last time I will ever do business with them. First off, I ordered a kitchen table from them and paid for the full service delivery. Let's fast forward to the delivery. Once it was scheduled the two delivery employees came and were provided plenty of room to assemble the kitchen table. The two men bickered back and forth during the set up of the table which wasn't very professional of them in the first place. Once the table was put together, they dragged the table across our laminate flooring which caused MAJOR damage which surprisingly was documented in their setup pictures to the company, but the main issue was they had covered the biggest scratches with a blanket during the time of signing for the completion of the delivery. Once the blanket was moved it was later discovered there were large scratches. We immediately opened a claim with Living Spaces which has become a nightmare. The continued unprofessionalism of this company has continued during this process. Lack of sympathy and lack of communication. We were instructed to provide a quote with specific measurements from a flooring company how much it would cost to replace the laminate flooring. We have had several contractors come out and provide a quote with a business letterhead which apparently wasn't enough for the claims department. They suggested that their own contractor come to my house to get their own measurements. The contractor inconveniently came over, when told we wouldn't be available, and had samples with him that did not match our original flooring. This contractor ultimately communicated with living spaces we would be going to his showroom to select flooring and quoted us thousands of dollars less than what the other three contractors quoted us to replace the flooring. The claims department reached back out to me stating they would like to provide a check which would not cover the replacement of the flooring. The claims department never received any measurements from this contractor, no agreement was signed stating we wanted to proceed with this company. The process will continue to fight against Living Spaces to be reimbursed for what their delivery employees caused. All of this could have been avoided if they actually took their time and was mindful of other people's property. Rather now the customer has to go out of our way to find a solution to something we never asked for or created ourselves. A BBB complaint is also coming. Never doing my business with Living Spaces again. Avoid them at all costs. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Living Spaces and feel obligated to share this so other customers fully understand the risk. I purchased a sectional from Living Spaces for approximately $3,000, and I also paid nearly $400 extra for their Care Free extended warranty, specifically to protect myself in case anything went wrong. When my sectional developed a clear structural issue, I contacted Living Spaces while it was still within the manufacturer's warranty period to report the defect. Unfortunately, the way my claim was handled and documented by customer service did not accurately reflect the structural problem I was reporting. Because of how the claim was written and categorized, it was ultimately denied. By the time I followed up further and tried to correct the situation, I was then told the manufacturer warranty had expired. I was then redirected to the extended warranty provider -- the same protection plan I paid almost $400 for -- and that claim was also denied. So to summarize: * I spent $3,000 on a sectional * I paid an additional $400 for warranty protection * I reported the defect while it was still under manufacturer warranty * My claim was documented in a way that led to denial * Once the manufacturer warranty expired, I was left with no resolution I am now left with a defective sectional and absolutely no support, despite doing everything correctly and paying extra for protection. This experience has made it feel like the warranty exists more as a sales tool than actual protection for the customer. Customers purchase extended warranties for peace of mind. In my case, it provided none. I strongly urge anyone considering furniture from Living Spaces to think carefully before purchasing their extended warranty, as my experience shows there is no guarantee it will be honored when you need it. read more

I made the mistake of purchasing the warranty after I was told its care free and given a brochure that states " accidents happen care free has you covered" If you purchase this please go into the QR code and there there is a small link that says (here.) When you open the link 6 pages of exclusions come out and you will see everything on the brochure is not covered. Also the claim is placed on an app you will get AI generated responses that take 40 minutes between question and first response . Living spaces sells you warranty through a third party called (Carefree). The thing is, that once your purchase it, it is no longer living spaces problem because you are now dealing with the third party. (Carefree) denied an intial claim for WINE and SCUFFS, which their warranty covered! When I submitted my claim it was denied. I called living spaces and they told me it's not up to them because now that's the third parties job. When I called Carefree, it is nothing but an automated system with NO OPTIONS to talk to a representative. So that's it, there's your options. It's been over a month and they finally appealed by claim. Only to come for 10 MIN!! And then say they're not cleanable, need to get new covers. So they half cleaned (1) sofa seat and called it a day. Unbelievable. Save your money and headache. It really isn't right what they're doing. Do not buy mattresses from Living Space. The one I bought was defected and a technician from living space came out to look at it after three weeks of not responding to my complaint. Tec Measured the defect and said new mattress are not supposed to slump down. He measured it and took a photo. Several days later, Received a call from living space saying the defect was less than 1 1/2 in and therefore the claim is denied. Ask to see the photo and I was told it was against their policy. So they denied me a copy of the photo. They are not transparent and all customers should not trust them. Small claims court I will file to get my money returned. Zero stars if possible. I bought my couch in July 2nd, 2025 at Living Paces in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. It was delivered on July 4 no issues no problems today I unzipped the outside of the cushions took them off to wash and they came out ripped up. I put it on a delicate setting. I used cold water and did not dry. It didn't even get to the dryer because it was already torn up by the time I took it out of the washer. I also purchased the extended warranty which apparently that doesn't go through yet until a year after the purchase date, so I open a claim with Living Spaces, their warranty department called me back and said that they could not replace the cushion or the outside of the cushion because I was not supposed to put them in the washer. I explained that due to having pets I would never purchase a couch that I could not take the outside of the cushion and throw it in the washer to keep my couch clean once a month mind you today is not even 4 August. I've not even had it a month. So unfortunately they told me they cannot replace them because I was not supposed to wash them. Also informed the sales agent if I could unzip and wash them she said yes!!! I would have never bought the couch. I will attach pictures. Worst customer service ever!! I had furnished my house in 2017 with living spaces they HAD great customer service then. I had a table replaced and chair no problems. Today they have lost our business forever. Our sales representatives were LYSETTE followed by REGENE....with a brief 5-minute interlude with JOSÉ who shepherded us from Lysette to Regene once the former reached the end of her shift. The sales staff, named above, were exemplary!! Patient, enthusiastic and well informed about their respective scopes of specialty. LYSETTE sold us a the ASHFORD II 66" inch, 6-piece extendable dining set with farmhouse style bench and 4 side chairs. REGENE sold us the 75" PARKER II loveseat, then expertly helped us to customize our choices for the fabric (called Bravado Char, it's a musky dark gray with subtle strands of tan interwoven in) and accent pillows retooled with sharp "Bandito Musk" color patterns. The CSU Fullerton alum then adroitly handled our impulse buy of an ANABELLE II Wingback Chair then effortlessly fielded our request to have its fabric swapped out for Stone. Come to Living Spaces wearing your most comfortable walking shoes!! The retailer took over the 100,000sq ft space formerly occupied by Costco. Compared to their aforementioned rivals, LS takes the gold medal for: -Unbeatable selection -Superlative service And a silver medal for reasonable prices. If you're shopping solely on price, then Bob's takes the cake...but their craftsmanship resembles something outtve Pic N Save circa 1994! We've been blessed to call our spacious stately home in Diamond Bar home since 1999, so this marks at least our second or third major furniture purchase. The last time we bought this much furniture at one time we were choosing between Levitz and Wilkes Furniture! Lol. Finding furniture is always easy enough. The only thing that I am not truly satisfied is the extra warranty. So just to let the public know, that you're going to have to pay a deductible or delivery charge. If this extra charge is worth your investment, I suggest you pay the extra and get the product replaced. The best part of this shop is the customer service. The Representative always seems to have good ideas, input, and if they don't know how to answer your questions they will find out. This is what customer service is always about. We recently ordered an "As is" chair and cushions from your website. The item that was delivered was not the item that we ordered (the chair was correct but the pillows were different) We called customer service and they refuse to honor what was ordered or offer a refund. The most they have offered to do is a $100 gift card or to replace one of the incorrect pillows and we pay for the other two (this will cost us almost $200). I've visited this store twice, and I'm convinced they are discriminatory. They advertise a children's play area as a free amenity for customers' kids, but both times my child was refused entry. Bought a beautiful sectional in August. It's October, my lovely housekeeper ripped a cushion while cleaning. I said it's okay. I bought the warranty. Submitted a claim the same day, Wed Oct 22nd. Today the 25th our claim was denied. No reason, so we call Living Spaces where they can't tell us why it was denied but that it wouldn't be covered. Last I checked accidental damage was absolutely covered. We are beyond frustrated and tried to reach someone at the store to no avail. My previous review was a 5star. We've gone with living spaces here in this specific store for years now. Today I had the worst experience! It initially started really well, DEON was BEST at his customer service. He was both kind and professional. I wanted a couch for our front living room since it'll be our first new purchase for our new home we just got. and I found one at the outlet section. I found a couch and a love seat. I was willing to wait for the delivery but Unfortunately the loveseat was unavailable online. So I asked if I can purchase the floor model AS IS. Deon went to ask the supervisor and he said no. I wanted to speak with him myself to fully understand the reasoning. First off the bat MARK the "Supervisor" was already rude. He said I can't sell this to you because we have shipment coming in a week. I get it there are protocols but Mark's CUSTOMER SERVICE was HORRIBLE least to say. He basically told me to order online but I said I don't want 2 couches I wanted 1 and the love seat pair. He basically said "you can order the couch online and go online and sign up for email alert when the loveseat becomes available" but the thing is it is NOT GUARANTEED that it will still be available. And I didn't want to buy it if it's not gonna be able to be a set cus I didn't want it being mismatched. MARK then says "we get a lot of shipment you just have to wait" WITH THE MOST RUDE TONE. he then went on and said "I can't sell you this one YOU CAN LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE" like are you kidding me ? BEWARE - STUCK WITH A NEW DIRTY COUCH I spent over $2000 on 1 white couch, just for it to be delivered filthy. I wish I had photos before the delivery team scrubbed all the dirt off with their "Home Depot cleaner" and a white dirty rag. The only option was for them to send a tech out in a few days to again try and "professionally" clean the "new" custom couch I just purchased before they can help further. Again, it arrived scuffed with dirt in all the corners and cushions. So because there were no dark visible stains and they scrubbed the dirt off they are giving me a hard time. A brand new couch should not have to be cleaned and now they're agitating the fabrics. Customer service will refer you to a PO BOX if you want to escalate the matter and you would need to contact them through a letter. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I'm in such regret now. I purchased new sofas on 6/27/2025 in person at the store. I was given a delivery date however when that date arrived there was no notifications that it had been postponed. I called living spaces and the representative said the order was backordered until the end of July. My husband and I went in person to the store to cancel it and order a different set of sofas. We were given store credit and then place the 2nd order to our surprised the sales person had added vip delivery to our order without telling us. We dispute it and got a credit. When the sofas were finally delivered on July 4th. The items were in bad condition, the blue sofa Aramis midnight, came in torn with stuffing coming out of the not sewn stitches. The white sofa -Macri cream, came in dirty. We call living spaces and requested a refund. For the white one we were offered a cleaning service. It took 4 weeks to get our money back for the blue sofa! Now the white sofa was scheuled for a cleaning 3 weeks after it was delivered. Today the actual day of cleaning, the was a no show for the cleaning service. We called living spaces and they refused to help since its their outsource company. It is soooo frustrating that they have such POOR customer service and LACK OF ethical morals. They are a HORRIBLE company and we will not be ordering anymore from them. read more

I ordered a sleeper sofa and planned to purchase two more couches once it was delivered. The delivery was scheduled for July 1. When I checked online to track the truck, I was confused to see the order had been dropped, no delivery, no explanation. Since then, I've called six times, and my husband even went to the store in person and walked away with no resolution. It's now July 3, and no one can tell us what happened. Every time I call, I get the same scripted response: "We're waiting to hear back from the warehouse." Spoiler: no one ever calls back. I've never been one to "ask for a manager," but even that didn't help. At this point, I'm at my wit's end. Living Spaces has completely dropped the ball, and their lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. What makes this even more disappointing is that I've always loved the ability to customize, the wide selection, and how friendly and non-pushy the sales associates are. That's what kept us coming back for two decades. But because of this experience, I have to say: proceed with caution.
