    Nightmare location. Paid for full delivery and install. Missing parts and three trips later, they were not able to resolve the problem. Took everything back and refused to refund the install service fee. I got screwed. Be ware of this place.

    Service here was outstanding. I was greeted by Chevy. He offered me water and a freshly baked cookie. I was there for a specific item. Chevy walked me to the area and let me shop ( without interference) the store was clean and had plenty of furniture varieties. The store was huge with a bonus area of outlet items. The parking lot was spacious and safe.

    Material failure on couch cushion.

    Bought a sectional couch from Living spaces three years ago paid well over $7k plus another $1k for their 5 year warranty. Made a claim for couch material ripping and failing at seam. Was rejected for wear and tear. I have attached pictures of material. You would think material would last more than a few years, especially at price I paid for the couch. Complete BS. I failed a dispute on warranty and waiting to hear back. If rejection finalized and not accepted I will not shop at living spaces. I WARN ALL POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS AVOID THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND A MONEY GRAB BY LIVING SPACES.

    I'm kind of surprised by the low ratings for this place! I've had good experiences when shopping here over the years. I decided to upgrade my living room furniture. Out with the old, in with the new mentality. I had been looking at options available online and saw they had what I was interested in at this showroom. I think the whole process was streamlined because I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. In choosing between two sectional sofas, I landed on the one I saw online. A quick couple of decisions and we were onto the accent chair. They had a great option available that matched perfectly with the sectional sofa I picked out and the space I had. I had a credit from a protection plan I'd bought on a furniture set previously and didn't have to utilize, so it's nice they give you the ability to get some of that cost back later down the line. I was able to use the credit on this purchase. Delivery wasn't free, but I wanted the full setup as well. They're very communicative about the delivery process and time they'll be arriving. We love our swivel chair as well as the sectional sofa. I always wanted a reclining sofa! The storage within the sofa as well as all the USB charging ports and electric outlets are really beneficial as well. I'd definitely consider shopping here again.

    Now 1.5 years into owning this sofa and buying the 5 year warranty the warranty company denied my claim and Elizabeth from customer service said there's nothing they can do to help me.

    They said they cover these but it's false.

    WARRANTY!! DO NO BUY!!! I want to start off by saying the living spaces options are great. The problem is the WARRANTY. DO NOT BUY IT !!! Living spaces sells you warranty through a third party called (Carefree). The thing is, that once your purchase it, it is no longer living spaces problem because you are now dealing with the third party. (Carefree) denied an intial claim for WINE and SCUFFS, which their warranty covered! When I submitted my claim it was denied. I called living spaces and they told me it's not up to them because now that's the third parties job. When I called Carefree, it is nothing but an automated system with NO OPTIONS to talk to a representative. So that's it, there's your options. It's been over a month and they finally appealed by claim. Only to come for 10 MIN!! And then say they're not cleanable, need to get new covers. So they half cleaned (1) sofa seat and called it a day. Unbelievable. Save your money and headache. It really isn't right what they're doing. They sell you warranty to make money and forget the responsibility of their product. Not a good business.

    Do not buy mattresses from Living Space. The one I bought was defected and a technician from living space came out to look at it after three weeks of not responding to my complaint. Tec Measured the defect and said new mattress are not supposed to slump down. He measured it and took a photo. Several days later, Received a call from living space saying the defect was less than 1 1/2 in and therefore the claim is denied. Ask to see the photo and I was told it was against their policy. So they denied me a copy of the photo. They are not transparent and all customers should not trust them. Small claims court I will file to get my money returned. Unfair practices at this living space store in Rancho Cacamonga!

    I ordered a dining room table and chairs and paid $40 extra for it to be brought in the house. They did...but at no time was I told the table and chairs would arrive in boxes and I had to put it together. I did call and after being in hold for 15 minutes, I was told the best they could do was send out a pre assembled one tomorrow but it would cost me another $50. Really poor customer service and shame on the salesman for not telling me that when I bought it. It isn't like he couldn't tell I was well beyond my prime and my husband could hardly walk. I may just have them come pick it back up but they would probably charge me for that, too!

    Zero stars if possible. I bought my couch in July 2nd, 2025 at Living Paces in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. It was delivered on July 4 no issues no problems today I unzipped the outside of the cushions took them off to wash and they came out ripped up. I put it on a delicate setting. I used cold water and did not dry. It didn't even get to the dryer because it was already torn up by the time I took it out of the washer. I also purchased the extended warranty which apparently that doesn't go through yet until a year after the purchase date, so I open a claim with Living Spaces, their warranty department called me back and said that they could not replace the cushion or the outside of the cushion because I was not supposed to put them in the washer. I explained that due to having pets I would never purchase a couch that I could not take the outside of the cushion and throw it in the washer to keep my couch clean once a month mind you today is not even 4 August. I've not even had it a month. So unfortunately they told me they cannot replace them because I was not supposed to wash them. Also informed the sales agent if I could unzip and wash them she said yes!!! I would have never bought the couch. I will attach pictures. Worst customer service ever!! I had furnished my house in 2017 with living spaces they HAD great customer service then. I had a table replaced and chair no problems. Today they have lost our business forever. Update: Supervisor Maria contacted me and said she is approving the cushions be replaced l!! She was very nice and helpful. Not like Orlando from the warranty dept. It can take 2-4 weeks to receive. I will update once I recover them. For now I'm okay.

We thought the process would take 2-3 hours, but thanks to John's knowledge and attentiveness, we found the perfect mattress in under an hour! The bed is being delivered the very next day, which was such a bonus. What really stood out was that John never once tried to upsell us on things we didn't need he was thorough, detailed, kind, and knowledgeable every step of the way.     My experience at sit n sleep Ontario was akin to a never ending nightmare. I would not advise…read morebuying any mattress here, but if you do - Compare the Law/Legal tag on the mattress you try, and the mattress you receive. If you decide not to read, let your eyes tell the tale via the attached photos. To keep it relatively short, there is data on the law tags that tells you specifics of the mattress. One is "Net weight of internal filling material". This is essentially your wools, latex,polyfoam, fibers, feathers, ie the expensive stuff for the Comfort Layer. We tried a mattress in the storeroom that was a medium firm, very comfortable - we bought it. Received a mattress, Hard as a rock, mind you we gave it over two months to 'wear in'. After comparing both LAW tags. Our mattress had 55 pounds of internal filling material, store room had ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS. Yes, 130% MORE pounds of comfort material. Can you imagine HOW MUCH MATERIAL that 130 pounds IS? No wonder our bed was rock hard. The salesman and customer service will claim to have no idea what it means (despite their combined 50 years of experience) laughable. Yet these industry professionals have no idea what information a basic mattress law /Legal tag is providing. Intentionally dishonest. We opened an investigation with them so they asked to give another chance and send a replacement. Their delivery truck arrived and we rejected a worse mattress with even less filling material. We verified our information with other stores/professionals to validate. We were knowingly deceived. At every step of this nightmare, the personnel became more unbearable. The customer service was incredibly rude, inappropriate, and hung up on us multiple times. Its all clouds and rainbows until their warranty or money is in jeopardy. Their customer service even tried to tell me lies about me confusing the law tag with the store price tag. Intentional dishonesty. We finally had enough and requested a refund, they couldnt promise a full refund they stated. The 3rd time we were hung up by customer service on was due to our unavailability to a same day pick up of the return. Once their team arrived to pick up the mattress, they grabbed the pillow cases, adjustable base, protective sheet, extra hardware - and said the mattress was not on the refund sheet, REFUSED to take it, LEAVING the mattress. To be fair this was likely the company that botched this, willingly or not. After going somewhere else i realized how low quality the adjustable base even was. Please think twice about going to Scam n' Sleep. Deceptive, Fraudulent, Dismissive, Inappropriate, Dishonest. I have never had this experience with this size of a legitimate company before Id wish it on nobody else. Go elsewhere. If nothing else - see with your own eyes with the attached mattress tag photos.

The salesperson, Moe was able to assist us in picking the correct mattress for our bodies and the way we sleep. He was able to answer all of our questions about how mattresses should work for us to provide better sleep. We laid on several mattresses before we made a choice. No pressure, only suggestions and logical advice on what we should be looking for. We then made our choice and they mattress was then made to order and delivered a little over a week later. The delivery guys did all the work and were great and hauled away our old mattress! The price was also far more reasonable and will last longer than shopping at some of the other big mattress stores who don't know how to fit a mattress to the person. We are so happy with our new mattress, the delivery people and the salesperson, Moe that we would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress give Cost Plus Mattress place a try. Two different couples on our recommendations shopped there and were also very happy with their purchase for the same reasons we were. This is a family owed business and they really know their stuff.

Out with an old original Tempur-Pedic king and plain foundation, in with a split king ProAdapt Hybrid on split Ergo ProSmart bases. Marc spent time explaining all the benefits and features without being over the top or pushy. Sleep has the biggest impact on recovering from surgery and given how long we had our last one, it made sense to spend the money. I recommend this store and Marc without reservation. And a shout-out to Orlando as well. They were all very professional and a pleasure to meet.

We bought it and purchased the pillows, tried it and didn't work for us. Came back to the store today and was told by the store manager that we couldn't return it for refund, only for exchange. Completely false advertisement! Though the store manager is kind enough to make exception and refund us, but false advertisement is false advertisement.
