I've purchased two cars from PM Auto Sales. I bought a 2009 Toyota Camry back in 2018 and I just bought a 2010 BMW X5. Edgar was super helpful with the process. My very first car ever was purchased here and to this day is working just fine. I definitely recommend checking them out if your in the market for a car.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Had a awful experience with them and thank god it's finally coming to an end. I was in the market for a truck for my business. Ended up getting one with them and finance it without any issues. Until it came about renewing the registration and it took them about 3 months to give me a final answer. As they should by law. They sold me a truck WITHOUT a title. They're out here selling cars they're not able to register with the DMV. They kept blaming the bank and I got in contact with the bank numerous of times just to find out it was on them. I ended up losing HALF of my down payment. As if, it was my fault they fucked up. Fuck this dealership!!!! Always read the reviews before going somewhere. I learned this the hard way.

Great quality cars and well maintenance thank you !

I bought a car here 6 months ago. This was my experience…read more Sales man Rene originally showed me the car, the features, buying options and I pointed that I'm very interested if they fix the next details: Tires sensors (light was ON) the headlight were blurry / yellow (needed to be replaced) and the car key showed low battery. He said. No problem. You purchase it and we will fix that, so I gave my down payment. We agreed to leave the car 2 days so they fix the details. When he gave me the car back the headlight were not new. He said he polish them but were all scratched. I complained then he said "that is the best I can do". The car was still displaying (key battery low) he told me. "Put in this compartment and will be charged" (not true) at least the tire sensor was off. So I took the car an next day the tire sensors lid ON. I called him saying that that was not fixed. He replied " Take the car with "some tire dealer ship". They have a contract with us to fix those details". Yes they fixed it but I ended up paying $60 for the "adjustment" besides the car key stopped working. I called him again and he said (not very nice from him) that the car key needs battery and the tire adjustment was my cost not theirs. Point is Customer Satisfaction from the sales man is extremely low to 1 star. I understand is a used car but what is promised to be fixed. Needs to be fixed. Increases 2 stars thanks to Sales Person Teresa. She is honest and patient, she explains in detail the numbers, even assisted me to find a cheaper insurance, besides the rest of the car: engine, body and price are very satisfactory. If Rene just replaced the headlights, buy 2 small batteries for car key and fix properly the tires sensor this would have been 5 stars.

Three months later, a couple of weeks ago, the engine light comes on. I contact Jose and he tells me to call the warranty company. I call the warranty company and they say take it to the dealer to do a diagnostic check and start a claim. I let Jose know but he tells me to call his brother Leo, who also was there when I bought the car. Leo keeps telling me to take it to any mechanic and they can start a claim. I take it to one mechanic, he said he's dealt with Protective and doesn't want to deal with them and didn't think any other mechanic would either. He told me go to the dealer that sold you the car, he hasn't even looked at my car, just refused. I took it to another mechanic to get a diagnosis check to see if the issue is even covered because I needed my car fixed and was going to just do it myself. When the mechanic checked it, he said the boot was taped instead of replaced. He said that is very dangerous, he could not believe they sold a car like that. He said the part is only $80 and a quick fix but he told me go back to the dealer, he needs to fix this for free because he should've never sold the car like that, it should've been repaired first. At this point, Jose and Leo do not respond to my texts or call. I contacted the warranty company but they're saying they can't get involved in issues between the dealer and buyer. These guys are not honest and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make sure you buy a car. I do not recommend buying from them.

Sam and PJ were very nice and the Jeep was pretty close to what i was looking for. However, things went downhill when I tried to purchase it. They pulled a bait and switch where the Jeep was listed for $24k but when they brought me the financing paperwork they added $7k in fees BEFORE tax/dmv. When I said I didnt want the gap ins, theft fee, or warranty the finance guy lost his mind and went full aggro on me. It is not only illegal to sell a vehicle for more than it is listed for (with "non removable items") but it makes a customer feel scammed. $31k for a Jeep with 70k miles is crazytown. I sadly do not recommend Jims for their unethical practices.

All of the dudes here were friendly, but Sam (aka James -- inside joke Sam will get if he reads this) was my salesman. I almost walked away because I saw the dealer installed options, which usually means no option for the customer. But Sam quickly confirmed they were indeed options. So, after taking it for a test drive, we worked out a pretty good deal and now I have the truck I've been searching for, for 6 months. On top of that, they offer a 30 day warranty in case anything goes wrong, which I thought was pretty cool. If you're looking for a good used car, they have a great selection and reasonable prices. I highly recommend you check them out. So far, I'm happy with everything. Time will tell...
