The resulting product of this was a very attractive proposal for the sale of my beautiful apartment, which was evident from the photos and the placement of objects and decorative elements proposed by Eyal. Most importantly, his keen negotiating tactics to bring the sale to a successful closing were key in the resulting short period of time that the whole process transpired. Eyal always made sure to schedule abundant open houses and private viewings to ensure that the apartment was getting sufficient attention and exposure. He also always kept me informed of any new steps and appointments regarding these. He effectively managed any issues, and when the first offer of sale fell through by the first buyer, Eyal was able to quickly re-market the apartment and find a more appropriate buyer that was interested in closing the sale on an aggressive timeline that suited me best. He was very communicative and responsive to emails, text, and phone calls and worked very hard to market and sell the property without being pushy or aggressive. I appreciated his style of handling the whole process and can only recommend his service and expertise to other sellers.

If I could give Tomer Hatuka 10 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I had been living remotely in another state for a few years and suddenly needed to move back to Queens with very little notice. I contacted more than 40 brokers over the course of two weeks, and no one was able to help. I was ignored, told my budget was unrealistic, or advised to wait until the rental market improved. Unfortunately, none of those options were possible for me--I was running out of time and desperately needed a place to live. I came across Tomer's ad online and reached out late at night to ask about seeing the apartment. By the next morning, he had confirmed a showing, and I was on my way from Manhattan to Queens. From our very first interaction, Tomer was responsive, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The first apartment I went to see ultimately wouldn't have been ready in time for my move-in date. I was already preparing to leave New York empty-handed and was running out of options. I had broken the lease on my current apartment and was facing the possibility of having nowhere to live. I asked Tomer if he happened to have anything else available. Instead of telling me to lower my expectations or wait it out, Tomer was incredibly understanding. He told me about another apartment he had that wasn't even listed online and asked if I could come back a few hours later to see it. A couple of hours later, he texted me to confirm the details. I had just checked out of my hotel and was rushing back to Queens with my luggage and my dog in tow. The entire day was chaotic and incredibly stressful, but Tomer remained calm, accommodating, and professional. Within hours of meeting me for the first apartment, he had arranged another showing. And that second apartment checked every box--and, most importantly, it was available for my move-in date! I told him I wanted it, and he immediately sent me the application by email. From that point forward, everything was seamless. Tomer has been incredibly responsive by both email and text, and he has always been clear, organized, and upfront about everything I needed to know. He turned an extremely stressful situation into one that felt manageable, and I genuinely couldn't be more grateful. If I hadn't met Tomer, I honestly don't know how much longer I would have been searching. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tomer to anyone looking for an apartment. He truly went above and beyond for me, and if I ever need to move again, he will be the first person I call!

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this listing within two hours or so of it being posted. I called, left a detailed voicemail and less than 5 mins I got a call back from Jonathan. Immediately I was at ease just from his voice - yes, that's a thing. He sounded calm, collected and easy going. Next thing you know, we're driving to see the property, same day. I mean, does it sound like it's meant to be or what?!? Anyhoo, we get there and the pictures are exactly like the real thing. So many postings make the place seem bigger than it is so I was so relieved. I knew I wanted to sign right away. Jonathan made the whole process so much easier and reassuring. He was attentive and extremely responsive - I never felt like I was left "hanging. " Even if he couldn't get back to me with a specific inquiry, he would text me an update. My bf really wanted to see one more property but his contact was taking DAYS to get back to him which just goes to show how unreliable other brokers can be. So I was like, screw your contact, Jonathan is our guy just say yes! Lol All in all, a great experience and I'm so grateful we crossed paths considering how emotionally draining apartment hunting already is. Now that we have the lease signed, all that's left is to do is fight about the furniture. Yay!

(FVE01) I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying or selling a home through Fave Realty Inc. (FVE01) carefully read every document before signing anything and make sure every term is clearly explained. My experience involved serious concerns about how the agreements were presented to me, the information I was given before signing, and the way my property was subsequently marketed. Loletta P. Griffith approached me regarding real estate services and represented the paperwork as being related to showing me homes and helping with the home-buying process. I later learned that the document I signed was a Buyer's Agency Agreement containing agency, compensation, duration, and other contractual obligations. I did not feel that these terms and consequences were properly explained to me before I signed, and I felt pressured to sign the paperwork. I was also asked to sign documents involving other primary owners of the property while those owners were not present. I have serious concerns about whether the necessary authorization and consent was properly obtained before their interests were affected. Another major issue was the marketing of my property. Before I had authorized the property to be listed for sale, old photographs from 2023 were used to create and publicly advertise a sales listing. No one was sent to the property to take new photographs, and we were not given an opportunity to approve the photographs or listing before it was published. I also did not intend to enter into a one-year selling arrangement or be locked into a long-term listing relationship. After discovering the listing, I requested written, unconditional releases from both the Listing Agreement and the Buyer's Agency Agreement, along with confirmation that I and the property owners would have no continuing listing, marketing, selling, commission, exclusivity, or other obligations to Loletta P. Griffith or Fave Realty Inc. Despite my requests, I have not received the unconditional releases I requested. Because of these circumstances, I have filed a complaint with the New York Department of State requesting that the matter be reviewed and investigated. My concerns include how the agreements were presented and explained, whether proper authorization existed for documents involving other owners, whether the property was marketed with the required authorization, and how my requests to terminate or be released from the agreements were handled. This review reflects my personal experience and the issues I have raised with the appropriate authorities. Anyone considering using this brokerage should do their own due diligence, carefully read every agreement before signing, and consider getting independent legal advice before entering into any long-term real estate agreement. I would not want another property owner to find themselves in a situation where they are trying to understand contractual obligations only after signing the paperwork.
