I have purchased various items over the past 20 years from David and his team of professionals. This includes televisions, stereo components, DVR's, indoor and outdoor speakers, wireless iPod docking stations to integrate with my home's surround system, amongst other things. They are extremely knowledgeable on the products that they carry and run an honest business practice. You can always find something on the internet for less, and we all do that. But go ahead and buy something and find out what kind of support you get. People go in person to stores like this, pick out what they like, and go home and research it and order it on the Internet. What's missing? Service and knowledge. That's fine and dandy on many things, but on items like higher end electronics, you want the relationship with a store that strives for customer service and satisfaction. I have been a repeat customer many times through the years since this store opened, and have referred The Little Guys to many of my friends who have also been happy. The owners care about their customers - go in and see for yourself.

Terrible customer service, terrible manager. I had an appointment scheduled today at 4:20 to get my…read morescreen repaired; I booked the appointment through Apple Care. I arrived to my scheduled appointment and was checked in by Brandon. He ran my diagnostic then says well we already have 4 screen repairs to do so we can't service you today. I was so confused because i had an appointment so how could they not have time to service me after I drove all the way there. I asked to speak to a manager, then Dylan arrives. He is very rude and condescending towards me the entire time and kept saying "Well we had appointments before you, so it's nothing we can do" He never apologized once. I asked him to call his manager or call apple support to rectify the situation and he refused. He said "he's not going to bother his manager on his off day for this" still never apologized for my inconvenience nor acknowledged I had an appointment. Another manager comes, i believe his name is Ivan and finally admitted that they made a mistake and overbooked themselves. It was the first time in this whole encounter that I received an apology. Dylan is not a good manager and should be fired.

Several months ago I had Lambo doors installed on a 2024' Corvette Convertible. The process was…read moreeasy and quick. Tony recommended at the time that they could also install led lighting on the bottom side of the doors for better lighting and added highlight. The after effect was beautiful as you can see from the photos attached. Over the last couple weeks the doors stopped functioning smoothly so I called Shockwave this morning to see about realigning the hinges. Ten minutes later, I received a message back to bring the car back anytime before 6pm closing. I stopped in during lunch break unannounced today. Their service technician stopped his current project and immediately grabbed the correct tools and readjusted both doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road - No Charge. 4 years ago I took my phone here to get repaired, it was broken worse when it was returned. The…read morewarranty that was included with the work was used. The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.
