Some of the best viet coffee in the area!!! The kettle corn coffee is sooo unique and the kettle corn cream is so delicious and tastes like a sweet corn. The viet coffee is also great with the perfect amount of sweetness and the strong coffee taste

TLDR: price higher than value for drinks. Limited food/snack options. Loudish music. Vibe: Kpop playing in the background, and the ambient sound of conversations. The aesthetic is minimalist grey and industrial. They have Vietnamese coffees, matcha, and fruit teas. For food, they have croissants and some fried snacks. I ordered a panna cotta lychee fruit tea. While ordering, they asked about sugar level, but not ice. I wish I ordered light ice, because the majority of the cup was ice. It's also nugget ice, which interferes if you ordered toppings. All my grass jelly stayed on the bottom. My drink was $8.70 including the grass jelly, and honestly I don't believe the price was justified since I was not even able to enjoy my drink. The tea part was drunk within 10minutes, and then all the toppings were left with all the ice. I had to dump out the ice into the little water cups they have, before I could eat the toppings (grass jelly, lychee, and panna cotta). I felt like I not only had to pay for the drink, I also had to work for it. Such a poor choice for the drink. The background music didn't bother me when I first sat down, but after some time I felt like it was a bit too loud - it ended up being more foreground than background. I also wish they had more pastry options since it's a cafe.

Plus 84 is a modern and chic Vietnamese cafe serving up some unique drinks. To get here, there is street parking all around the area. Inside, they have a beautifully decorated interior with a solid amount of seating. For their menu, they have a nice selection of different coffee, matcha, fruit, and milk tea drinks to choose from. I ended up getting the Salted Kumquat and wifey got the Roasted Rice Milk Tea. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and will be back forsure next time we are in the area!

Stopped by before an appointment in Seattle and it was fairly empty at 10am on a Wednesday. Service was quick and we got our drinks within 10 minutes. There's plenty of seating here if you are looking for a space to work and I thought it was fairly quiet even with music playing. We tried two iced teas - the salted kumquat and the longan tea - and both are pretty good! The salted kumquat really remind me of the types of tea I had in Vietnam. I would love to come back and try their coffee and matcha.

Initially wanted ube but they only have taro latte which is surprisingly delicious! If you love Vietnamese coffee, this spot is a must-stop in Belltown. PLUS84 totally nails the balance of STRONG, bold coffee and creamy sweetness without making drinks overly sugary. Their menu focuses on Vietnamese coffee, matcha, milk teas, and fun specialty drinks, and everything feels thoughtful and high quality. I got the iced taro latte which didn't taste super sugary and sweet my gf got the egg foam Vietnamese coffee and that was bomb! Its like eating custard with your coffee not super sweet but high airy fluffy foam. The vibes is just as good as the drinks. Went hare on a Thursday afternoon. It's a great place to hangout, work or study. The space is cute, modern, and perfect for hanging out , or taking a quick coffee break while exploring downtown. It's one of those places that feels trendy but still welcoming and relaxed. What stood out most was how rich and flavorful the coffee tasted. Vietnamese coffee can sometimes be intense, but here it's smooth, balanced, and not too sweet. So glad to have stopped by here!

I needed to get some work done and I decided to come here to complete it. The studying/work vibes are perfect here! It might be different if it's on a weekend night since it looks like people like to hangout here. The place is clean and organized and there is a good amount of seating. I had their banh mi and it was good. But I do wish that it had more pork floss and pate. For the sandwich being small and costing $5, I think there should be more portioning involved. The service was okay. The sandwich didn't take long to make. The employees aren't that enthusiastic. I've met the manager multiple times and I wish the other employee's energy/attentiveness was as good as her.

We swung by Plus 84 to quickly pick up a drink on a walk. They have tons of seating and the ambience is open and fresh. We ordered the marble coco. Overall, the menu seemed interesting and the prices were reasonable. We were excited by the ingredients of marble coco and decided to order that. In all honesty, the drink was a bit of a letdown. The coffee jelly they put in the drink was too bitter. The coconut milk and espresso combo in the drink kinda worked but the balance was completely thrown off by the bitter coffee jelly. Giving it three stars since I have only tried one drink, but I am open to trying more drinks to see if it lives up to the hype.

Earl grey matcha & strawberry matcha

Been seeing this Vietnamese cafe all over my tiktok fyp and wanted to try it on my day off work! I personally think Vietnamese coffee is a bit too strong for me but we heard the matcha drinks were good as well so we decided to stop by. We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was not busy at all. There is a good amount of paid street parking outside the cafe and a paid parking lot right next to the building. It could be hard to find parking on a weekend, so visit during the weekday if you can. The interior was modern, clean, and there were a lot of tables to do work or just catch up with a friend. We ordered the earl grey and strawberry matcha latte. We didn't order any but we did see they had some food options like baguettes and savory croissants. I liked the strawberry syrup they used but I found it a little bit on the sweeter side so if you like sweeter matchas, this is the spot. My only critique is that I ordered the smallest size and was a bit disappointed how my drink wasn't really filled to the top, especially since I paid almost close to $10 for the drink. The matcha was high quality though and a bit on the grassier side but it did pair well with the sweetness of the strawberry syrup. my friend did enjoy her earl grey matcha too. Overall, I would say this is a solid matcha spot in Seattle!

I had the plus 84 Vietnamese coffee. Drink was creamy and strong. Friday night was busy and most tables were occupied by people working on laptops or socializing with friends. Nice atmosphere in Belltown.

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet! We've gone here so many times already and it's one of our fave Vietnamese coffee shops and they never disappoint. We've ordered all sorts of drinks and they are all good! The durian coffee, corn coffee, egg coffee, matcha, pandan milk, and espresso drinks are delicious! We've had some of their snacks as well, such as the baguette, and they're delicious! We came back here recently and their Christmas decorations are so cute! They have teddy bears with a huge Christmas tree so you can take some cute holiday pictures there if you want. I have no complaints about their service!

Normandean C.

1st impression was that the place was spacious and cozy. Christmas decorations up so I felt some holiday joy. It's a vietnamese coffee shop but ended up trying a seasonal latte. Hojicha Earl grey latte with oat milk. My take: light hojicha flavor, light Earl grey flavor. Wish both elements were bolder. On top of that felt like there was too much ice. After tax and optional tip it for a little over $9.00 I would hope for a more developed flavor. Maybe I would recommend less ice so the drink isn't as diluted Staff was nice Will try again in the future since I didn't get a vietnamese coffee drink.

Excellent vibe but Skip the Tea! This cafe is an excellent, flexible spot for everything from hanging out with friends and studying to a lazy Sunday afternoon. The interior features a striking aesthetic that blends a brutalist design with a hint of contemporary flare, and there is plenty of seating available, including public benches for outside enjoyment. While they offer an abundance of drink selections and some bites for sale, it is crucial to note that they have a puzzlingly severe lack of tea options, making this decidedly not the place for tea drinkers. The coffee itself is reliably strong, 100% wake-up call but tastes generic. Finally, the service was great, with baristas offering samples of drink I had questions about, which really helped in choosing the perfect beverage.

I got the Longan Tea this time -- it was good! However, I have to mention that the service this visit was really disappointing. I've noticed before that one of the baristas, Andy, wasn't very friendly, but this time it was worse. He was passive-aggressive and gave short, unkind answers when I asked simple questions about their new seasonal drink. It just felt like he didn't want to help or be there. Not only that, but my friend had a similar experience. She ordered fries that were supposed to be regular cut, but instead got about nine small waffle fries. She felt like that was a bit misleading and definitely not what was advertised. It's unfortunate because I've always liked Plus 84. The drinks are great, and I've had many good experiences here in the past -- but the repeated poor service really makes it hard to enjoy coming back.

Look no further than Anchorhead Coffee. They've been around since 2013 and I've always enjoyed their coffee and the ambiance in their cafes. Today, I stopped by their Pike Place Market location and also got friendly service. I tried their seasonal Salted Brown Butter Caramel Latte. Their caramel is made in house. I got my drink hot and it was delicious with the melted caramel. I was pleased that this drink was not too sweet compared to most flavored drinks in other cafes. The location of this cafe is a little off the beaten track, which means it may typically get less foot traffic compared to other cafes in the heart of the market that often has long lines. If you want to avoid those long lines, go here. This place also has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. check it out for yourself soon!

We tried the Honey Bunches of Cold Brew and the Blue Berry Matcha. I love my sweet coffees, and the Honey Bunches of Cold Brew hits the spot. It was delicious and you can taste the flavors of the cereal. I'm not a matcha fan, but the flavors from the blueberry paired nicely with the matcha. I would definitely recommend this as well. The dining area and bathrooms were clean, wifi was good, and the staff was nice. This place checks all the boxes for a welcoming coffee stop.

Both were delicious and definitely on the lighter side rather than a dark oolong. Crimson Mist leaned more earthy, while Golden Bloom was noticeably more floral. I mainly came for their premium kung fu tea, and honestly, the menu is overwhelming in the best way possible. I wanted to try everything. This time, I went with the Mountain Haze Green Tea. Grown at high altitudes, it's very light, smooth, and low in bitterness. The tea is steeped for you and served in a pot, and you can request multiple cups if you're sharing, which is a nice touch. Since green tea is a popular choice, here are a few extra notes. Dragonwell, typically from Hangzhou, has a nutty sweetness with subtle chestnut notes. Taichi Sprouts is milder and more grassy, but still carries a gentle sweetness. And if you're unsure what to order, Jasmine Green is always a safe bet, you can't go wrong with its classic floral aroma. Huge shoutout to Jessie for taking the time to clearly explain the different tea categories. I'll definitely be coming back, and next time I want to try their ice cream as well.

We were initially enticed to visit Chaco Coffee & Tea given the mention of boba on their website. There aren't many options near Seattle Center, so having an additional one is always welcome! Walking in, unfortunately we found no mention of boba anywhere on the menu. I guess it's a future option or perhaps the website is just wrong, considering that they show photos of rolled ice cream, which they also don't serve. Ordering can be done either in person or at a kiosk near the front. There's plenty of seating and while we entered in the late afternoon, there were still several people inside settled down on laptops. Osmanthus Oolong Tea, 16oz ($6.25) - This is a very lightly sweetened beverage with plenty of fragrant flowery flavor emanating from the osmanthus. It's a really clean flavor, not quite grassy, but somewhat green in essence, coming with just a slight astringent bite towards the finish. It's a good, clean iced tea. (4/5) Da Hong Pao Tea Latte ($7.50) - This latte has a nice strong balanced nutty flavor. I saw the barista pour milk into the cup up to maybe 3/4 full, so I'm surprised that the tea flavor is so strong in this drink. The milk adds tons of body but doesn't contribute an overwhelming dairy flavor. They add a lot more sugar syrup into this drink - it's probably equivalent to 75% sweet or so at a boba shop, although it's not harsh at all due to likely being pure cane syrup instead of fructose. (4/5) The tea quality at Chaco is pretty good. It's always nice to see a cafe (rather than a tea shop) with such great variety! The major downside - pricing is really high especially for some of the premium teas. It's like double the price of actual tea shops in Seattle. I guess that's the Seattle Center tax? Bathrooms - Shared with the rest of the building tenants.
