This location is better than our locations in the bay or in the city because it's so much more laid back, parkings so easy and it's less crowded. And it's definitely a lot better than sac or Waikiki (where in both locations I've experienced quite a lot of unwarranted attitude across multiple visits). We were blatantly ignored in checkout showing priority to older customers. it felt as if we were unimportant due to our younger age. The lady at checkout would not communicate with my firends and I she showed obvious priority to someone who was not even in her line. She mumbled the total, would not make eye contact, and got irritated when she did not tell me the total and I accidentally gave the wrong amount. My friends and I ended up spending the same amount of money as anyone older than us would. We did not cause any havoc or cause any annoyance. She measures you while wearing your bra and determines cup size and band size. Then she will pick out some bras to make sure that is the right fit, since some of us girls are imbetween sizes. She adjusts the straps and has you turn your back to her, so no worries about being completely nude from the waist up. Most women I know just will not go at all b/c they are so shy and embarrassed, but it's better to get the fitting than to walk around everywhere with your "girls" not where they should be. At any rate, I turned out to be a cup size bigger than I thought! I decided to do this after losing 30+ lbs, and I have 15 more to go, so I will go back :) Be aware that you are paying a little more than you would in a department store, but don't be cheap...this is a quality service, so buying at least one bra is to be expected. I paid around 60 for each of mine. I imagine they are higher quality than Target has, but I've only had them for a few weeks, so time will tell.

I don't expect others to cater to my own short comings, but I don't think the employees at this location understand certain social cues. I was with my mom who was kindly treating me to some new outfits and I had 4 employees all walk up to me one after the other asking me the same question when I kindly explained why I didn't want to try anything on. I became overwhelmed due to my social anxiety and just wanted to buy my stuff and leave. When I got home I noticed that a pair of Jean shorts I was about to try on had a decent sized neon yellow stain on the side. I'm assuming maybe it's from a security tag? So I went in a week later (today) to do an exchange and felt like I was treated like I stole them. I gladly provided my receipt but and when I went to look for something to exchange it felt like I was an annoyance or something. While I was grateful for not being bombarded like last time, the cashier was pretty rude. She just looked at me and expected me to know what she needed and I fumbled over my words because I didn't know what number she was talking about since all she did was say "T" and look at me for my response. I assumed they were going to scan the barcode. When they did the transaction at the end there was a refund amount and since it was on my moms card I didn't have it with me. I asked if it had to be the exact card and explained it was my moms card used, the cashier responded again with a tone that seemed like I was trying to steal and maybe get money on my own card or something? Which is funny because she was able to just send it through automatically to the card even though I didn't have it...why did I need to provide it? I don't know if this was her intention, but it really came off that way. I know what it's like to work in retail and it sucks...but I never would've treated someone that way when they had a receipt right when they walked in...
