I bring brand named clothing and especially from their website from "brands we love" Took 4 hours to look through a single bag and just for them to take 3 pieces of clothing that are worth $100+, only got 16$ out of it. Poor environment all around. I was the only customer in for about 20 minutes and never got greeted despite their audio commercial proclaiming how they greet guests and help with needs while keeping the store clean. Prices are not worth it at all and there's no product here that you wouldn't find at any other thrifts store in town. Pointed out a product that was mistagged in size (lululemon 7/8 when in reality were a 10 which does make a difference) and offered to show where the size dot is for future tagging (as I'm an employee of lululemon) to be aggressively told by what seemed to be a lead or at least the training employee on shift that "she doesn't have 20 minutes to look for a tag" to properly display items on the floor. It was only after I declined to sign up for an account that she came back to say that she "appreciated my feedback." This was after her advising the newer employee to not empty the bins every week as she "is told to every week but does it every two weeks so they don't expect me to do it weekly." Extremely unprofessional store and disappointed as I was looking to potentially bring in clothes to sell here. Get better training in guest service and maybe you'll finally sell product. Terrible and untrustworthy business--Stole $200 worth of clothing from me. Sell items here at your own risk. This business stole $200 worth of clothing from me and donated it without my knowledge or consent. Upon dropping my clothing items off, I was told by a sales attendant that I would be contacted if a buyer was interested in any of my items. Weeks pass by and I hear nothing. No texts, no emails, no phone calls. Finally, I decide to call in myself, and I am told by Rebecca that my clothes have been donated and there is no way to retrieve them. She proceeds to tell me I should have received text messages telling me to come in and pick up my clothing. I never received a SINGLE message from this establishment. When I asked her to provide me with a log or history of messages sent to me on her end, she conveniently had no access to anything of the sort. She couldn't even give me the name of the organization or person who supposedly picked up my clothes to "donate to the homeless." I highly doubt my clothing was ever really donated and was simply stolen by Rebecca or another staff member, given that 2/3 of the items I left were of really high quality and in brand new condition with tags. read more

i got a text my clothes were ready to be picked up, 3 huge bags worth. when i get there, all of the employees were too busy gossiping and having their own conversations they completely ignored me. the manager i believe was also being very rude to another coworker. i made eye contact with another girl in line and we both gave eachother the look because we were both being completely ignored!!! FINALLY they come over to help me and they basically only took my clothing items that had tags still on them.. 3 huge bags full of pacsun, american eagle, garage, and they decided to take shein and tj maxx...? The lady that was sorting through the clothes when I walked in was extremely rude. I had some clothes in the car that I was going to bring in to sell to them, and she basically gave me a very mean look and with a bad attitude was going on and on, and on about what they would not accept and would only accept clothes teens would wear, name Brand, less than three years old... she acted like I was about to bring in old ugly clothes or something. I have pretty much brand new, name brand clothes my teen girls had and worn maybe once or twice. She didn't even wait to see what I had before starting to (what felt like to me) lecture me on what not to bring in. I would rather support a local thrift store than to ever walk foot in there again. Made me feel really uncomfortable. They young girl at the desk was really sweet, and looked embarrassed that this lady was acting like this. We took in some gently used Victoria Secret bras, Brandy Melville skirts, American Eagle shorts & sweaters, a brand new flannel (never been worn), etc. All items are in very good condition. They did not take in any of our items. Honestly, it didn't even look like they looked through out bags. This was very disappointing as we had a pile we were going to buy from there as well. This isn't the first time this has happened. Not sure what's going on there, but it seems as they say "a little fishy" & definitely frustrating! Not sure we will take our good there again. read more

I was very hesitant to come and try to sell my clothes here after reading all the frightening reviews but I figured it was worth a shot so I could see for myself. I counted my items beforehand too because I read reviews accusing this place of stealing items. Anyways, I dropped off my clothes and they offered me a pretty low amount (less than $20) considering what they took (5-6 pieces of nice, name brand, trending clothing brands/ pieces). That being said, I understand it's a business that profits off of reselling and upselling clothing items. Still, I do think you can get more for your clothes at other places. I went to Four Leaf Clothing downtown and got over $30 for only 3-4 pieces of clothing. All in all, the customer service allegations in these reviews regarding poor treatment I did not experience personally. The service was not great or awesome but it wasn't necessarily bad either. So- I would say bring your clothes here and take what you can get or bring them somewhere else if you're really worried about getting what you think you deserve. read more

These girls that work here are too cool for school and they are too cool for you. Their theme song must be "I don't f*** with you" because they 'don't give a f*** about you or anything that you do.' I came in to shop, not sell. They didn't have a very large selection, especially in large sizes. There was no acknowledgment when I walked in to the store. There were two girls up in the front with one sitting on the counter with her back to the store while the other sat facing the store in a chair against the wall. They were just chatting away without a care in the world. Another employee came in shortly after that and hopped right in to their conversation. I felt like I walked into the female equivalent of a bro house. It was hard to even want to browse through the clothes because I was so distracted by their loud conversation about their latest juice cleanse and their roommate's boyfriend and countless other pointless things. Le sigh- big eye roll. Their customer service was so bad that I don't believe they have any true positive reviews. I have a strong inclination that that the only positive reviews on here work here now or in the past, or are they are friends. The reviews themselves sound like complete bologna and I'm not convinced they had a customer serving bone in their body . I've been here a couple times before with mediocre experiences at best. The manager kept some items from the bags I took in and didn't give me anything for them she thought she was being sneaky!! They don't even give you anything worth what you bring in!! Seriously, I never write reviews but Lord help me, if I could give them a 0 star I would! Being one of the only places in this god-forsaken town to get cash for clothing and after reading other 1 star reviews I was calling on all things holy to maintain the most positive of attitudes. As my mother keeps reminding me of late, I need to "be more positive and give people the benefit of the doubt".... Well I tried mom. So after realizing I can never get those 30 minuets back, I decided, eh, might as well waste 10 more minutes writing this review. It only took a few moments after walking through the threshold of this tacky, and clearly dying, clothing resale store that I knew I made an undeniable mistake. After bringing in a wide variety of brand name, and never worn jeans, shirts, jackets, and dresses (some from Macy's), I was told for the 5 items they chose they would give me $8.23.... Which put most items at no more than a mere $1.50. The most offensive thing was they honestly expected me to accept $1.10 for a dress that can be sold at the world's worst yard sale for at least $10 and online for $25. Yup... they seriously wanted me to give them an other dress for $.95. I have to say that the most surprising was the hefty sum of $1.85. for a $120 jacket that the middle schooler behind the counter thought was a "Cute color".... Honey, it was orange... ORANGE!!!! Crazy as it may sound, I didn't sell a thing. But imagine the possibilities if I had! I could have made $8.23 today! I could have bought a few things off the dollar menu at the seedy McDonalds across the street, or a clearance beta fish from PetCo, or perhaps some dignity. Oh well, we'll never know, sigh. Here's to POSHMARK and a free market society! (Raises glass of nothing because I am indeed still poor) For reals though, DO NOT waste your time, PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU!!!! Definetly would give this location a zero if I could. I've been to the location in Redding many times and I LOVE that location. The girls here are very unprofessional and rude. I find it ironic that I can take a bag of clothes here and they don't choose anything yet I can take it to the Clothing Revival in Redding and they choose many things. I understand picking through what they want, but some of the clothes they re sell look very worn. Get new employees or train them in customer service. read more

They gave me basically pennies for my clothes and then turned around and sold them for well over 5x the price. They also hardly took anything, leaving out designer brands such a Express, MK, Levi, and many more. Out of the several bags of hardly worn stuff they only took 5 items. My mother bought me the most amazing coat from here for my birthday and said the store is a must see. As a curvy woman, I was alittle skeptical at first as it's always so hard to find things that fit the right way and aren't like old lady clothes when shopping in revival stores. After finally checking this place out I can say it was amazing! I found the cutest jeans that fit wonderfully (which finding specifically jeans my style in of itself is already a feat) and the most comfy top all for great prices. This store gets rich off people who are going through hard times and have no other options but to sell their expensive clothing and apparel. They don't give you nearly what your valuables are worth but then sell it for way more, making a huge profit off the struggle. Reason why I say that is because they expect it to be in almost great condition. They pick and choose what they want to buy from you to save them even more money. They're quadrupling their profit. No wonder why they are expanding. And to think they claim to be a thrift store. If I could give them a zero star rating I would in a heartbeat. I highly recommend counting every single piece of clothing you give to them. They love to STEAL. Not once not twice, but THREE TIMES, I have caught them stealing from me. They are crooks who take from you and sell for a profit this place is a joke. Don't sell here. Let them go out of business. Dirty and way over priced. Take your clothes else where, they give such a small percentage of selling price that it is a total rip off. By all means, never actually shop at this store. It's dirty and way over priced. Do not be fooled. You are way better off going to a thrift store and selling on Poshmark. They wanted to offer me $2-$3 for things I made $30 on Poshmark. There where brand new dresses that I know she would have took if she did her job. The girls working there are rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a fitting room they looked at each other and laughed, before one of them finally groaned and agreed to open a room for me. I've sold clothes here before and never gotten much money back but it wasn't a huge deal since the customer service was decent, and I found some cute clothes to purchase while I was there.
