Received great customer service from Plumbing Solution Specialist. We called around noon & they were able to send someone out in the next 2 hours. Robert disclosed the fees upon arrival and was transparent on what we were getting charged for the visit. He figured out the issue right away and gave us options on how to fix the problem. Very trustworthy & reliable company. read more

Called for a slab leak detection for a home built in the 60s. Robert found a spot he determined was the location. We discussed a whole house repiping (PEX-A) $14,900 vs just repairing this line with the leak $6,400-$5,675 - low key, no pressure. He sent me the whole house repiping that afternoon. It took over 9 days and multi calls with multi excuses to get the written estimates for the alternate repairs that gave a max of 3 days to decide. I went with a plumber who arranged for a repiping company to do same job $9,700 5 stars. read more

After my last leak, I decided it was time to repipe my whole house. I have a 3bedroom, 3 bath house. I got 5 estimates in total and Plumbing Solution Specialist was referred to me by friends. We met with Robert and Marcos after work for the estimate. I liked that they were able to accommodate a later evening appointment so that we weren't disturbed during working hours. Robert explained the whole process and showed me everything that would be replaced. All hot and cold lines, bibs, water pressure regulator, new shut off valves, quarter turn valves, etc. He explained how they planned on repiping and where they would be running the PEX pipe. Plumbing Solution Specialists weren't the cheapest or the most expensive estimate we received, but my husband and I felt Robert and Marcos were the most detailed, upfront and honest of the 5 estimates. They didn't pressure us to sign that day. They were very honest and affordable. We liked how they broke down the estimate so you could see exactly how much the repipe was and how much the drywall patch work would be. They also gave a lifetime warranty by Plumbing Solution Specialist as well as a 25 year warranty for the Uponor Pex. We are very satisfied with the services. They arrived on time with a 6 man crew. All 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and water heater pipes were done on the same day, water turned back on earlier than expected! Patch work was done the following day. We can't even tell where the holes were. Both crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and always available to reach via cell-phone. I would highly recommend Plumbing Solution Specialists. read more

AWFUL! They never showed up. I received a call and spoke to the technician and he confirmed the date we scheduled and he never showed up. I also received an email (email attached) the day before confirming their arrival. I called, text, and emailed, nothing no response! I took the day off of work to meet, so this was just an awful experience! read more

Great Customer Service. I had a slab leak and called around on a Monday morning. Marcos came out that same morning and explained what to expect when doing a repipe. I met with another company Tuesday morning which was more expensive and did a lot of upselling thus we went with Marcos. Marcos' team was out here on Wednesday of the same week with a crew. They completed the repipe in one day and the following day completed the drywall repair. The entire crew was professional, hard working and on time. The work was clean and efficient and quite a bit less than the competitor. We are very happy with the work and the customer service and would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions Specialist. We needed emergency leak detection performed for our client (Target) in Los Angeles. Plumbing Solutions Specialists were able to immediate accommodate our needs. They were onsite in less than 2 hours from the time we contacted them. Robert, the technician on site was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the leak and provide excellent recommendations to proactively prevent further leaks. They are very reasonably priced, especially for coming out on an emergency basis. We would definitely recommend this company to others and will be utilizing them again when we need leak detection performed in their area of service. read more

These guys are great! Marcos came out to look at our problem and told us we had a slab leak and should consider a total repipe. After speaking with some of our neighbors and finding out that several homes in the area had already done repipes it made our minds up. We asked Marcos when he could get us on scheduled to start the work. To my surprise he said they would start on Saturday and would be done with the repipe Saturday night. I then ask when his crew would show to do the drywall and stucco repairs once again we were surprised when he said they would be here on Sunday morning. They just finished the drywall and are finishing up the stucco repairs now. It has been a long time since have seen workers work non stop all day long with the goal to complete the job as they said they would. These guys are the best. read more

Great experience and a true THOR when it comes to plumbing. My laundry drain has always been slow and clogged. After enough Drain cleaner it just wouldn't go down. After trying two different plumbers to try to clear out the drains I was defeated. Heck! One guy came, couldn't get his auger past the U joint and got back in his truck and left. Made a last ditch call and was saved with a great plumber that showed up in about two hours. He tried multiple ways to clear the drain. He used his brains and muscles to open the clean out which was cast iron and had never been opened in decades. After a hydro-jet (it needed it) he also ran the auger and cleaned out the laundry line. I would highly recommend them and WILL only call them for service. ***update*** Same drain clogged back up. Had to have the hydro jet back out. Charged an additional $265 after just 1 week after first cleaning. Also had the pipe in the garage sink fixed. It needed a gasket and a hand tightening. That was $35. So $300 later another "Hope its cleared out" feeling. If it clogs again I think maybe another company that guarantees their work for longer than 1 week will be called. Nice guys but kind of thought they would do the right thing. read more

What a terrible company. They convinced us they were good, reliable. What a sham job done by their Salesman. I will say the actual repipe crew was fine. But that's it. The patch crew were terrible. They dented the top of brand new washer, and dryer, over spray everywhere, ruined a bath cabinet, paint everywhere, and broke a hose. BIG problem ,RUINED my kitchen floor. Called, and they sent out 2 guys who admitted water got under wood from a pipe they cut. The front man comes back, contradicts everything THEIR OWN people say. Won't take any responsibility. Cant be anything they did. No problem until their work. No water under floor until them but nothing to do with them. Sound right? Their own employees admitted what happened. A Supervisor, or so he said, called threatened, lied and said we had a leak, and he would get my water records to prove! Don't fall for the Eddie Haskel act. They are scum. Hope that the call was recorded as he tried to trick me into saying something that would make it our fault. I told him what his own men said and He said they were wrong. The ones that came here! Run !! don't use these scammers. Especially if you are a senior! If there were negative start I'd give them a - 200. Mistakes are made, but a good company takes responsibility read more

Excellent customer service. Marcos provided a detailed explanation of the repiping process and scheduled the work immediately. The crew that came in the next day to drywall and patch did amazing work as well. Very happy overall with this company and will recommend to everyone needing to repipe! read more

Marcos stopped by and reaffirmed the on line quote I received a few days earlier. We had a slab leak for the third time so decided to repipe the entire condo. 3 bath, kitchen and laundry room. He explained the entire process, showed us spec sheets all the PEX pipe and fittings. They finished the repipe in ONE day. The drywall crew came the next day and they finished in ONE day. All that's left is the painting which we are using our own painter. The job was done as quoted, in the time quoted and the work was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. By the way, comes with a 25 year guarantee! read more

Got a quote from 3 different companies and ended up going with plumbing solution specialist. I have a pretty big house with 4 restrooms. Plumbing Solution specialist came out with an army and finished my whole house within half a day. The patch work was done next day and looked really good. I will end up recommending them to anyone I know who needs repiping read more

Rene and his team did an incredible job repiping our entire house. They were fast and professional and all the plumbing works really well now after years of having issues all over the house. They kept the house clean while working and made sure everything was patched and cleaned up after the job. Rene was always available by phone and/or on site supervising and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. They did an excellent job! Thank you, Rene! read more

I am very satisfied with the services. They arrived on time with a 6 man crew. I had a PEX Repiping done to my entire house. All 3 bathrooms and the kitchen were done on the same day. Patch work was done the following day. They are available to work on week-ends. The price was reasonable. I only recommend that next time they do a job they should have a plumber on site with tools in case they have to unclog any drains - before or after the Re-pipe. If you do a re-pipe make sure it includes both the horizonal and vertical pipes. Rene was a very nice person and kept me up to date on the project. read more

Marcos came out here Saturday night because we were having a plumbing issue in our rental home we just moved into. He determined there was concrete stuck in our pipes due to some construction. Our landlord wanted us to pay for it because according to them it was our fault. But Marcos ended up explaining to them that this wasn't our fault and the landlord ended up paying for it. I was happy with how fast someone came out here to figure out the issue. And thank you Marcos for being so patient. read more

I had a slab leak in kitchen. After getting 3 quotes from other plumbing companies, I decided to repipe whole house supply line. Marcos gave the lowest price and he can send a group to get it done right away. It's amazing they finished 3 bathrooms repiping in one day and complete patching walls in the second day. Recommend this company if you want the leaking problem to be fixed right away. read more

Marcos is a reliable plumber. He's responsive and does a good job. I've used him several times and highly recommend him.

Needed our whole house repiped, the galvanized pipes were corroded and causing problems. Plumbing Solution Specialist came out same day I called for our third bid which included the drywall repair and texture (not painting.) They were the lowest bid so we signed the contract. They came a few days later and completed the repipe job in one business day. They taped off all work areas with plastic and tarps on all floors so we would be dust free, and cleaned up immaculately after their work day was done. The following morning, the drywall crew came and repatched all holes, taped, puttied and textured. They were courteous and asked if they needed clarification about any work before they began. They also cleaned up after all the work was completed, and we could not be more pleased with all aspects of Plumbing Solution Specialist services. read more

Marcos is a good plumber. He knows what he is doing. Provide good device and fee is reasonable.

Our house was done with Repiping and water heater Installation last week with Plumbing Solution Specialist . The crew came on time and the repiping plus installation was done in one day. Marcos was very responsive to my calls for any questions and concerns and sending the plumbers right away to fix any requirement from City inspector. Drywall was done in another day after City provided note to do so. With fair price and warranty to stand for their job, I highly recommend this company and will continue to contact Plumbing Solution Specialist for any future plumbing needed. read more

Very upset!! I was experiencing a clogged kitchen sink and disposer which you can imagine is a huge inconvenience so I took to Google to locate a reputable plumber at a reasonable cost. I clicked on an add for this company that advertises, "Providing great quality service with honesty represents us"...so I took a chance. It was about 9:15am in the morning when I spoke to I believe the owner of the business who took my information and scheduled an appt between 130pm-230pm same day. I was relieved as I had gone overnight without a kitchen sink to cook and clean and having kids this is a nightmare. 130pm comes, 230 comes, then 3pm, no plumber so I call and he states they are running behind and will be there by 4 for sure and if not will call and let me know. No problem, I just asked him to let me know as I have other appts and needed to plan around this. 4pm comes, then 430pm...I call back after 3 tries, same guy answers and says, oh, they tried calling you..WHAT?? I asked him what time? He pauses and says 330pm. I know this is a lie since I had been staring at my phone since 4pm awaiting them. The tells me sorry, we wont be able to come until tomorrow. I would have been okay as long as he would have been honest and communicated with me. No thank you, I dont deal with businesses that lack honesty integrity, that's a precursor to being lied to about fees and pricing next...decided to go with another plumber who values my business. read more

I've used Plumbing Solution Specialists for every plumbing project within the last 8 months. Within those 8 months, I have remodeled 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Marcos and his team did a fantastic job taking care of all of the plumbing and repairs needed! Every time I would text or call they responded quickly!! I really appreciate their friendly service and willingness to resolve any plumbing issue!! read more

After interviewing 3 companies about repiping our house in copper, I was fortunate to call Plumbing Solution Specialists. All others wanted us to move out for between 5-10 days and the crew from PSS came and did the whole 5 +3 1/2 house on ONE day! They carefully draped and covered everything to minimize dust, and then the second day, another entire crew of wallboard/stucco patch specialists came and put it all back together like it never happened. We were so impressed with the entire crew of men and women! Call Marcos, he'll courteously and professionally answer any questions, and give you a bid that will meet or beat all others. Did I mention, they did the entire house in ONE day?!! 888-973-5422 read more

Very happy with the service I received from Plumbing Solution Specialist. I called in the morning and had plumbers in my home exactly at the time promised a few hours later that day. Plumbing Solution Specialist did a great job repiping my parents' house last week - they did honest, quality work and provided excellent service at a competitive price. Marcos is great to work with - super helpful, service-oriented and very responsive by phone & text. My parents had a slab leak and needed to get the house repiped very quickly. Marcos offered a good price and worked to keep costs affordable. The repiping was done the very next day and the drywall was repaired perfectly 2 days later (with 1 day for city inspection), so no repainting is even needed. Both the plumbing and drywall crews were nice guys who worked very hard, efficiently and professionally, and cleaned up well. Marcos handled all the city permitting, and the inspector complimented their work. Throughout the project, Marcos took care of all our questions and requests quickly and went above & beyond to be helpful. My parents and I are very happy with the work. Highly recommend this company and will call them again for any future plumbing needs! read more

Marcos was great. He came out to replace the tub drain assembly, and snake the drain. Despite my constant pleas to my children, they still kept harassing him while he worked, and he was too nice to say anything. Disrespectful and incompetent. First they yelled at my wife on the phone, than brought defective products, didn't complete job, didn't clean after himself, told me to clean and charged me $100 for stuff that was 8.99 at loewe's (I didn't know) and when I called him and asked about it, he said "yea, good luck taking your money back". Why would you use these people, go find a real plumber, there are a million of them read more

I'm quite surprised by the terrible service. Charges that are too high etc. They don't show up when they say they willl. Most surprising is how they coated yelp and complained my review did not have enough details and was deleted. read more

I agree that Marcos is very personable, but he charged me $749.00 to fix a leaky toilet/ i.e. replace the wax ring. Before he even looked at the toilet, he used a water leak detection device (that is generally used to detect slab leaks) on my upstairs tiled bathroom floor. It was $395 just for that. When I told my neighbor what transpired, he was shocked and called the company to let them know how unethical those charges were. I got a call from Marcos who agreed to come back the next day with a new invoice. So in the end I ended up paying $560 to have a toilet wax ring replaced. Not a bargain! I'll never use them again because I don't trust them and I feel that I was taken advantage of. read more
