It was a Saturday evening when we discovered a waterfall in the basement and we couldn't turn off the water line! Our regular plumber didn't even respond to our message so we realized we had to find someone who was willing to come out at 10:00 at night so we put out a request on yelp. Victor responded right away. To be honest we were waiting for a reply from another 24/7 listed plumber. In the meantime we described the problem to Victor, checked his reviews and decided we would take the plunge. Luckily for us Victor came out with his covid mask on late Saturday night to assess the problem and was willing to come back the next day to execute the job that was needed to stop the leak. First thing Sunday morning he cut through more of the drywall, found the leak, repaired the pipe and told us what to watch for.
