Not only were they 2 hours late, but they didn't bring the proper tools to complete the job and charged us a $180 "service" charge for that day. They came out the next day to complete the job and charged another $375 to complete the job that should have been done the first day. Ended up having to pay $555 total for a job that we were told would be no more than $400. When my wife questioned the worker about the price, he lied and stated that he got everything approved by me, her husband on the phone, which was not true. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company unless you want to get swindled.

He stated that the system had not been in working order for quite some time before we purchased the property. I asked him if he would be willing to participate in a suit regarding this matter to which he said yes. He wrote a sworn affidavit confirming what I was told. 2 years later and thousands of dollars in legal fees later he was deposed by opposing counsel and recanted every detail he originally told me. By doing this my case was sunk and I was out all the time and money. All because the owner cannot tell the truth. I would not trust this business to be honest with any detail as I believe they are just trying to raid customers for money.
