I then looked in the can, and it was empty! We thought all would be fine, and after paying $200, we hoped it would be. Then 4 days ago, we found sewage again! We called Eubanks, left a message, and after 48 hours, still no return call. Take your business elsewhere. We called Hamende Sewer instead and they came to find massive tree roots in the pipe that they correctly removed!

Not only were they 2 hours late, but they didn't bring the proper tools to complete the job and charged us a $180 "service" charge for that day. They came out the next day to complete the job and charged another $375 to complete the job that should have been done the first day. Ended up having to pay $555 total for a job that we were told would be no more than $400. When my wife questioned the worker about the price, he lied and stated that he got everything approved by me, her husband on the phone, which was not true. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company unless you want to get swindled.

Jim is very knowledgeable! We've used him a few times in the last couple of weeks to have our sewer…read moreline snaked. The first time he was out, he used a camera to show us how bad of shape our pipe was in. We had to have the difficult conversation that a whole new line was needed. He sat us down and went over everything in great detail. He started the replacement at 8am and was totally done replacing our whole sewer line by 4pm. It was a HUGE job, but he did it quickly and perfectly! We are VERY happy with the results and recommend him to everyone we talk to!
