Is still deciding if he wants my claim investigated. What a joke this company is, anyone from this company has reached out to me at all regarding this damage and now I'm being stonewalled by Ms.Masten and State Farm. So this sorry company and their worker can damage my property with no backlash. My home warranty service (Old Republic) provided a work order for Plumbers Inc. San Diego to help our family with our plumbing needs. I called 3 times and could never reach a person. It is several days after they received the work order and I cannot reach a person. Today, I received a random text from 224-803-2743 saying: "We were trying to contact you in regards to scheduling your appointment. This is our second attempt at trying to do so. If you can please give us a call back at (888) 379-4321. Thank you and have a nice day." I am not able to get a person with the provided number. Please don't use this company. They don't actually want to do plumbing work, but focus on collecting the $110 service fee for doing absolutely nothing. Stay far far away! read more

I am updating this review because I learned that unfortunately the way home warranty claims work is they handcuff the service provider. That is what happened in my situation and after investigating the circumstances of surprise charges I learned that the warranty will not pay for the actual services necessary to do the job unless they are itemized in a certain way. Steven and Damon have been outstanding and they go above and beyond to determine the cause of problems and they make every effort to make sure the warranty people will pay out the amount they're responsible for. They do very good work and are knowledgeable and friendly. I had a new issue arise recently and specifically requested that Plumbers Inc was sent because of their professional service. read more

Pretty Useless! I had them called out due to a plumbing stoppage via our home warranty company. These guys rescheduled multiple times and when they finally did show up, they said they needed to get back to us on how to repair the issue, tech left and we never heard from them. Then they canceled the ticket. The only saving grace we had was our home warranty company is going to issue us a refund for the service call because we had someone else fix the issue. Assigned Plumber's Inc. by my home warranty company. I had a leaking shower valve (bad enough that I had to leave my water shut off unless showering or flushing). Allan came out and installed a new seal. It stopped working the next day. Long story short, they said fixing my leaking valve would entail replacing my entire supply plumbing lines for $9,000. I specifically asked why an adapter wouldn't work to just replace the valve (old plumbing is smaller than new standard apparently). As with many others reviewing here, I gave up, called friend of a friend (T&C Plumbing) and Tom installed new valves with a new shower plate, all in less than 3 hours and that INCLUDED his time going to the store to get the right ... I filed a claim on 6/22/25 with my home warranty to fix a plumbing problem. They assigned me Plumbers Inc. They came out within a week to assess the situation and submitted their report on 6/27/25. Since then, it has been impossible to get the issue resolved. I called multiple times. The first 2 times I was told that a part needed to be ordered and it hadn't arrived. (Originally, I had provided the technician a copy of the work order from the plumbing company the HOA uses as I wanted my warranty to cover the expense) All this time I have been waiting for a "call-back" or "text" as promised, and got nothing Finally, I called again yesterday, 7/31/25 (now it's been over a month). They, Plumbers Inc, said they have been trying to contact me to get access. I mentioned to them that I HAVE NOT received a call or text which is why I was calling, yet again. The lady on the phone insisted that they had been trying to contact me and again I let her know that I had not received any calls, messages or text. Then, she said, "Your claim has been open for more than 30 days and a new one needs to be filed with my home warranty." I explained to her that it has been over 30 days because your company hasn't bothered to communicate. I have been more than patient up to now. Lastly, I called my home warranty again to express my dissatisfaction and for assistance. The 2nd agent I spoke to, Michael, was very helpful. He extended my claim and has assigned my claim to another company. They are coming today to assess the situation. I'm hopeful that this time around things will work out well. The service technician, Dan who was sent to the house could not have been more professional, friendly and competent. He was able to solve our problem quickly and efficiently and his demeanor during our time of stress was outstanding. Trying to get ahold of the office is another story. They were assigned by our home warranty company on Saturday on an emergency basis. Left messages Saturday, Sunday and 7am Monday morning. No calls back. I finally reached somebody in the office at 7:45 a.m. who told me they're not allowed to call customers back until after 8:00 a.m. that is absolutely ridiculous. We had a leak that was from our bathroom drain. It caused water to leak onto our laundry room floor downstairs. The plumber that arrived whose name is Gerald was very kind and efficient and experienced. He knew what was needed and got to it. Gerald replaced our cracked pipe and solved our leak problem. Gerald took the time to clean up as well. Honestly I was a little apprehensive based on reviews about Plumbers Inc, and Plumbers Inc was referred to me by my home warranty company but Gerald proved there are still good people out there that are willing to get the job done. So disappointed. Paid extra for home warranty claim as the "plumbing part" was not covered under home warranty. I decided to pay the extra as we needed this completed. After the work was done, the leak continued. I called back again and was told that I needed to pay another $850 to fix the problem that was caused by the original repair. (in the meantime I had another plumber look at the issue before and after-he also told me this was an unacceptable response from Plumbers Inc.). So unbelieveable. Dispatch called the day before to tell me their Plumber will be out from 10-2 instead of 9-1. Very professional of them to update the slight difference in window time. I received a text when he was enroute and Cesar checked various possibilities to determine where the issue was and he went to work and unclogged the drain. After dealing with unprofessional and defensive receptionist due to a mixup on scheduling on their part, the water heater was finally installed on Friday, November 3, 2023. To get that accomplished, I had to call them everyday for an update. Their response was always "someone or my supervisor will call you in 30 minutes" but no calls. Today, I called about the permit as their website says, they will take care of it and that is included with the repair fee. Again, I was told someone or the supervisor will call me because they don't do the permit that I will have to do it myself. Plumbers Inc. Is a scammer company! They work with some Home Warranty companies, and when they are dispatched to your property for diagnosis and fixing the plumbing issue, after a few minutes tell the customer that they have to check with the Home Warranty company that you are register with to see if such repair will be covered and then they leave. Of course they did not fix the plumbing issue and because of their trip to your property, they get paid. They falsify their report and justify for not fixing the problem and send it to the home warranty. You will then get denied and the reason would be that the problem is beyond the normal wear and tear which is not true. In my case, I had to hire another contractor and pay them to fix the plumbing issue for my tenants since the issue was urgent and they had to take showers. They came in and diagnosed the issue the way it supposed to, fixed the problem professional within half hour. I submitted the invoice which covered the correct diagnosis along with the compensation to the Home Warranty. I disputed the report by the Plumbers, Inc and asked for reimbursement which I have received after 10 days. Do not hire the Plumber Inc for any job, they are dishonest and not qualified! I would give Plumbers Inc. zero stars if I could. We called them through our home warranty to check out a leak at a property we manage. We had already received a separate estimate stating there was a cracked drain pipe in the upstairs bathroom that needed replacement. Wanting to get a second opinion, we scheduled Plumbers Inc. It turned into a nightmare. They rescheduled the appointment three times, originally promising to come on Friday, then pushing it to Monday between 9-1. By 2 PM Monday, they called again to reschedule for Tuesday. Then, they delayed again, stating they'd arrive between 2-5 PM Tuesday. Finally, at 4:30 PM Tuesday, I got a call saying they were running late but would be there by the end of the day. They finally showed up at 4:50 PM, stayed for just 5 minutes, and were incredibly rude to the tenants, dismissing the obvious water damage and claiming there was no issue at all. The service notes said that Esteban was the technician, but after calling to complain, I found out it was actually Miguel, who had been rude and aggressive. When I called Plumbers Inc. to address the poor service, Laura Rodriguez was condescending, rude, and offered no solution. She claimed Miguel was having "personal problems with his wife" and thats why he nad to rush the appointment, and said there was nothing they could do since they had closed the case, yet they still charged me despite doing absolutely nothing! After over a week of delays, rudeness, and a technician who stayed for 5 minutes and ignored clear evidence of a problem, they still charged me. I had a technician that came out to my house that seemed to not be interested in the work, was rushed and couldn't leave my house soon enough. Unfortunately, people like him, hurt companies and their clients. Still, the opposite is true and this is where Cesar, the technician that came to truly fix my bathrooms, went above and beyond, respectful, knowledgeable, most of all, he represents his trade and company as winner. This company is a joke don't waste your time. I was assigned by I home warranty company. The first available appointment was 5 days from the original phone call. On the day of service I received a text message stating they contacted me and my service would be on hold until I contact them. They did not contact me once. I called and they said there has been an emergency. This is after my day has been arranged. They rescheduled for 5 days later yet again. Before the service I was text notified of a time change for service call. The day of service after arranging my entire schedule and waiting around. No call no show. This was Monday evening I tried to reach them every day multiple times Tuesday-Friday no answer. I finally called my warranty company to cancel this one and be assigned another. After contacting my warranty company I received a text from this company that my appointment from the previous Monday has been cancelled because "they've been trying to reach me" they put it on the customer as if they've been trying to reach you when in fact they never tried to reach you and you can't even reach them and they don't show up! read more

When I spoke to them I explained the circumstances and they agreed that it was a valid dispute. Would not recommend- Plumbers Inc. was assigned through my home warrant company to address a possible leak in the wall. The plumber arrived, looked at the wall, talked to his supervisor on the phone, then recommended we call another company (home restoration) to assess the issue. He did not do a simple routine moisture detection or water pressure test. We called the company he recommended for a "no cost estimate." They did a moisture test on the floor and essentially indicated that we had a serious problem and needed a floor drying mat and work done immediately, which our home owners insurance would cover. After thinking about the matter further and feeling skeptical about both companies assessments, I called the home restoration company the following morning to cancel any plans to move forward and asked that they pick up their floor drying mat (which we did not use). I called another, highly-reviewed plumbing company, who triaged the situation over the phone and then came out for a truly no-cost assessment. This plumber was incredibly helpful, did a pressure test and moisture detection test and found the issue (which was very minor and not at all the urgent issue we were initially led to believe) within 30 minutes. Ultimately, the home restoration company Plumbers Inc. recommended charged us over $1,000 for an "emergency call" and floor drying mat. The entire experience was horrible, and feels both predatory and negligent. read more

If your plumber tells you "there's mold" bs... make sure you get some pieces of advice from friends and move forward. otherwise, they'll come in droves (Packing company, testing company, mold remediation company, contractor...etc) I have never claimed anything in my life so I wasn't sure what the hell I was getting into... A simple pipe leak fix (normal plumbing cost $350) turned into a whopping $15,000 insurance scam. Beware: plumbers like these guys who work primarily with home warranty companies tend to be less reputable and hungrier for business, which is why they accept drastically reduced negotiated rates from the warranty companies. Plumbers Incorporated seems to make up the shortfall by trying to squeeze $$ out of customers for repairs they do not need. Like everybody else here, I was forced to go with Plumbers Inc because of my home warranty company. It was a true emergency (backed up toilet with renters about to show up). But selecting the "emergency" option on the phone tree on a Sunday morning yielded a voicemail that wasn't returned for a full 24 hours. By then I was frantic. And like everybody else on this page, I had a technician show up for what should have been a simple procedure (toilet unclog). He didn't even TRY to snake it, telling me instead that I would need a $3K "clean-out" line installed on my property (which, of course, the warranty doesn't cover). I called a different plumber on my own dime, who came out right away and had the clog cleared within 30 minutes. But I'm still out the $85 deductable just for having Plumbers Incorporated come to my property and fix nothing.
