Lyndsay was super helpful and frankly I found it so much easier to speak with a person directly at Plessers than I did at Lowe's. Lowe's I kept getting put on hold and waiting and waiting to speak to someone, going through the phone systems that make you push a million buttons instead of speak to a person. In the current times where it is hard to get to speak to a human, my first choice will always be to work with a smaller company where I get to talk to a human being rather than get stuck with a recorded message, "Push 1 to speak to....". And their prices were competitive to Lowe's! The difference was $5 and they took that off to match Lowe's price. Excellent service and competitive pricing? I was searching for a double wall oven on the internet and thankfully I stumbled across Plessers, I called I spoke to Eric told him exactly what I needed he asked me for the model number of the double wall oven that is in place so he could compare every measurement to make sure it would fit with zero issues. We have had a very unpleasant experience. The sale and delivery of our LG refrigerator plus all other kitchen appliances was very smooth. Here's the issue...the barometer by which we judge a company is not how things are handled at purchase, but how things are handled when there is a problem. After 3 years our refrigerator broke. We purchased a service contract offered by Plesser. It was a harrowing experience. The company they contract out to for this insurance was disorganized, difficult to reach and did not repair the refrigerator in a timely manner. There were two workman visits, endless waits for part approval and difficulty getting repair appts. in a timely manner...the repair people only work 3 days a week! With all the jumping through hoops we had to do, it took almost a month before we had a working refrigerator. When we told them we are elderly and have medication that needs refrigeration, we were told to buy a bag of ice! For a month??? Outrageous. They finally got it fixed...but left us with another problem...a loud noise. Finally another repair man came and hopefully fixed the noise. I did not find Plesser helpful in dealing with the company they contract with for this insurance. They just kept telling us to deal with them. They were impossible to deal with. They sold us the policy...they should have been better advocates. Anyway, this was a very stressful experience. We should not have had to wait one month...with lots of aggravation in between...to get a refrigerator fixed. This was very disappointing service...horrific service. read more

Adam was excellent salesman.. easiest deal I've made so far. This is my first transaction at Plessers.. easy phone deal on a new stove. Adam earned my business, gave a great value for my needs and earned my future business! Update: had delivery. First impression: guys were quick , polite & professional install. My only complaint was the inconsideration on the removal. Let me explain: they took away the old appliance but left the box & packing garbage in the driveway to fly around. Now I should preface that I have disability and mobility is an issue- the lack of consideration was disturbing. It was 25' degrees out and windy - not the way I wanted to spend an afternoon chasing plastic bags. They could have asked for a garbage bag, or placed it in the huge bin I have or just placed the smaller stuff inside the appliance they removed. A little thoughtful consideration would have went a long way. They do charge to install & remove - so job not complete.. so I changed my star rating from original 5 to compensate. read more

I recently placed an order for a new induction stove with Plessers, since I was having trouble finding the model I wanted locally. I called to place the order, and the sales rep I spoke too was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had the stove in stock, and at a much better price than I had been quoted elsewhere. They offer free shipping (pay up front, but get a rebate). And since they do not have a store where I live, no taxes! I was told that it would ship in a few days... and be delivered in a week or two. It arrived in just over a week... very good service. I was concerned about possible shipping damage but took the chance. I am glad I did... the stove arrived in perfect condition, the delivery guys brought it in and put it in the kitchen as planned (I did the install myself). And I love this stove! I highly recommend Plessers, great service! Awesome product variety, and they did what they said they would do! I am very happy! read more

Plessers uses AM Home Delivery for their delivery service. AM Home Delivery is a horrible company. Just google them. I was promised that my refrigerator would be here by yesterday or today.. Let me began by saying, I knew nothing about this company until 3 weeks ago. I was shopping around for the CAFE CAE28DM5TS5 refrigerator and was pleasantly surprised by Plessers price which was far and away the best deal among other competitors and not just the price of the appliance but the extended warranties as well. We started calling different stores in May trying to find one with the oven we wanted in stock. Megan Finning assured us they had one in their warehouse. On May 23 we placed the order and she said it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Around the 3 week mark I called and left Megan a voicemail and sent a email requesting an update. She didn't respond. Finally at the 4 week mark we called the store directly and they said it hadn't even reached the warehouse yet. The warehouse she promised had one already. Finally on July 24 we received our oven. Over 60 days later. I have zero patience for liars or sales reps that give zero care to the customer after they get the sale. I will never shop a Plessers again. read more

After my initial purchase with another store of a gas range turned into a two month wait for delivery I canceled that order and went online to find a place had the same stove in stock. Customers service to order the products were great. But that is where it ended. Delivery took awhile and we looked over the appliances when delivered but apparently not quite enough. There was a dent in the box of the fridge that they will not replace. It is very difficult to get any customer service on the phone. The ice maker has already been replaced and the new one is still not working. We have had the fridge for maybe a month and it has been nothing but trouble. We did not pay for a used fridge. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Waited 4 months for a refrigerator and when it was finally delivered it had 3 dents on it, and the French doors were totally misaligned. They wanted me to keep it this way! I ordered 3 appliances in total and who knows when the other 2 would have shipped. I canceled everything and got a full refund.
