Super service: - real people that have solutions - emails are returned promptly - phone calls are answered, not outsourced - delivery took a LONG time but I was always able to reach someone to set expectations - they use freight service and ship to their hubs, if the date/time don't work, just reach out for alternative ones And hallelujah - no cosmetic defects from shipping and handling. Can't say the same for Home Depot - had to refuse it and then restart the whole process, which brought me through more online research and to Plessers. They also carry manufacturers that the big box stores don't carry and a huge selection. So in the end I went with a whole different type and different brand - really happy with my final choice. I emailed them about a concern I had after the delivery - CS emailed me a solution and it resolved on its own. I totally forgot about it a few days later and they reached out to the manufacturer's warranty service and put in a ticket for me! Wow - that's amazing. Shout out to Nyra! Prices are slightly less or on par with competitors, but their delivery cost is a bit higher, basically if you don't pay the 'install' price they just drop it and leave. I didn't have any waterline or ice to install so I opted for just the basic and disposal of the old. Very pleased with my experience and will shop with them in the future. read more

When I agreed to purchase our new fridge from Plesser's, it was because they said it would ship out that day. This led me to think that it would be delivered soon. Perhaps the following week. No. In total, it seems it will take 3 weeks. This is also what GE told me, which is why I didn't purchase it from GE. Then when I called Plesser's yesterday to inquire about the whereabouts of our fridge, they said they'd called GE and it would be delivered around January 13. If this is the case, I should've just bought the fridge from GE. I apparently don't need a middle man. I can't help feel this is a bait and switch. I give 3 stars with hesitation. Depending on how this plays out, they're either keeping 3 stars or getting 1. I'm sorely disappointed and feel manipulated. read more

I have to say so far, so good although my appliances wont arrive for a month or so, and not because that's how long it will take Plesser's Appliance but rather because their accommodating my construction time but allowed me to lock in pricing and units at todays pricing. Adam, who helped me with placing the order was extremely knowledgeable and even mad some smart recommendations I would have never thought of, not to mention saved me from ordering the wrong Double Oven. If delivery and condition are anything like the ordering process it will definitely remain a 5 STAR PLUS rating. I needed a new 28,000 BTU in wall AC with a heat pump as well. Emily (from the East end location) is incredible in terms of customer service. She answered all questions, did research, problem solved and was extremely flexible and responsive in helping arrive to a place where we closed a deal in 24 hours and have a scheduled install date for June 27th. To owners Marc and Alan Howard: Why make a customer jump through hoops repeatedly and get bounced around between New Leaf service contracts and LG on a known lemon instead of advocating for LG or New Leaf to replace the unit?? The ice maker alone has been replaced several times but apparently, they are considering all the ice maker replacements as one, and now again the ice maker, in addition to compressor, Dryer Assembly, and door stopper. I NEVER had this problem with PC Richard, they always answer their phone and advocate for their customers. I purchased an LG refrigerator with a total cost of $3,314,15 including 5-year service contract, installation, everything but Plesser's can't dedicate someone to answer the phone???? Since we purchased this unit, the hardest part was getting someone at Plesser's to answer the phone! Every time this LG refrigerator breaks it is a complete hassle. I call repeatedly call but nobody answers the phone. I left messages but only one person returned my call, thank you to Kate, but unfortunately, I can't get back in touch with her. This LG refrigerator that has REPEATEDLY required service and parts and Plesser's, LG, or New Leaf needs to just replace this unit. I did some research, and I found that LG is well aware of the problem and even has a class action lawsuit against them for these units. I am getting the run around from the company New Leaf that handles the service contract. I have proof I emailed them the proof of purchase they requested and all documentation necessary, including pictures of the model number and serial number. Today I got another email from New Leaf again requesting proof of purchase that I already sent, again I sent it and forwarded them the original email including proof of purchase showing the 5-year warranty and cost of unit, installation and everything totaling over $3,314.15 Email is a form of documentation legally accepted in a court of law. Every time it breaks, we have to take a day off from work for the LG trained tech to come diagnose the problem AND then take another day off work for LG trained tech to come back and install the parts. We have lost more days of work than what this unit cost! Luckily, I purchased the 5-year contract because this unit is a know LEMON. The latest repair breakdown: Dryer assembly. $58.43 Compressor $318.76 Craft ice maker $170.11 Stopper door $4.33 Labor. $424.
