First they say they have it in stock. Fantastic, I order the washer and dryer! Later I got an email saying I have to call before they can ship. He says because I have an apartment number I'll need a COI... Apparently that has something to do with insurance. I explain I'm the owner and I don't think I need to have extra insurance. He then says it won't be delivered until late next week. I have them cancel order, because others can deliver same day, same price. Then they call me. The woman explains that they had ordered the washer and dryer directly from the manufacturer and that it has already shipped. So much for "in stock", so in this case I would have to pay a restocking fee. I explained that the item couldn't ship until I made the phone call, according to your email, I made the phone call and cancel the order. When did you put in the order to ship? That doesn't seem to be a question she was willing to answer. Days later, Restocking fee or not, I still don't have my refund. As of tomorrow I will be denying the charge with my credit card. read more

I'm happy with my new LG ThinQ Washtower and glad I chose it. It's a very quiet Washtower. I thanks Gerard to help me to make decisions on which model is best. Once the Washtower delivered a week ago, the deliver guy put black rubber with Y hose in the back of the dryer should be stainless hose. I've reached out to Gerard to resolved the issue and I requested to have a guy to come back to pull it out due to it's too heavy to move to replace Steam Y Stainless hose. He's really a huge help. They really should have proactively reached out to let me know. Purchased new refrigerator in store sunday, Michael said that he would call when its ready monday at the warehouse in babylon. Called at 11am no answer. Called at 12pm no answer. Left a message, no callback. Called the plessers phone number was put on hold 45 mins before I finally hung up. Drove to store in th afternoon when I got nowhere on the phone. They checked and said it was at the warehouse for pickup. I licket it up. This had been at the warehouse since the morning. No call. No communication not acceptable. I should not have to drive to the store for an update, how there is none to answer a phone at the store is mind blowing. read more

Super service: - real people that have solutions - emails are returned promptly - phone calls are answered, not outsourced - delivery took a LONG time but I was always able to reach someone to set expectations - they use freight service and ship to their hubs, if the date/time don't work, just reach out for alternative ones And hallelujah - no cosmetic defects from shipping and handling. Can't say the same for Home Depot - had to refuse it and then restart the whole process, which brought me through more online research and to Plessers. They also carry manufacturers that the big box stores don't carry and a huge selection. So in the end I went with a whole different type and different brand - really happy with my final choice. I emailed them about a concern I had after the delivery - CS emailed me a solution and it resolved on its own. I totally forgot about it a few days later and they reached out to the manufacturer's warranty service and put in a ticket for me! Wow - that's amazing. Shout out to Nyra! Prices are slightly less or on par with competitors, but their delivery cost is a bit higher, basically if you don't pay the 'install' price they just drop it and leave. I didn't have any waterline or ice to install so I opted for just the basic and disposal of the old. Very pleased with my experience and will shop with them in the future. read more

I had ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and paid for and was told it included gas connection of dryer. upon delivery I was told they don't do plumbing and given a run around. The agent who took my telephone order for a double wall oven (Emily) was friendly and efficient. The process of cancelling my order was handled expeditiously. I cancelled the order because Emily added "delivery and installation" to the price and we talked about the reliability of the installer, but she failed to tell me that installation did not include any cabinet or electrical modifications to get the new oven installed. I found this out only by happenstance in talking to the installer about a delivery date. According to the installer, if any cabinet or electrical work will be necessary, the oven is left in your garage and you are on your own. I cancelled the order immediately. I would not use Plessrer's again unless the appliance required no installation modifications, such as a washer / dryer. read more

When I agreed to purchase our new fridge from Plesser's, it was because they said it would ship out that day. This led me to think that it would be delivered soon. Perhaps the following week. No. In total, it seems it will take 3 weeks. This is also what GE told me, which is why I didn't purchase it from GE. Then when I called Plesser's yesterday to inquire about the whereabouts of our fridge, they said they'd called GE and it would be delivered around January 13. If this is the case, I should've just bought the fridge from GE. I apparently don't need a middle man. I can't help feel this is a bait and switch. I give 3 stars with hesitation. Depending on how this plays out, they're either keeping 3 stars or getting 1. I'm sorely disappointed and feel manipulated. read more

I needed a new 28,000 BTU in wall AC with a heat pump as well. Emily (from the East end location) is incredible in terms of customer service. She answered all questions, did research, problem solved and was extremely flexible and responsive in helping arrive to a place where we closed a deal in 24 hours and have a scheduled install date for June 27th. I highly recommend Plesser's for any and all your HVAC needs. Their competitors sell the same product brands, but it was only Plesser's who also offered an install.
