I ordered a breakfast sandwich with an iced mocha, and my daughter had the cinnamon roll with a coffee as well. (Hazelnut and Caramel). When notified of the mistake they didn't take it lightly. Like me they saw how bad this could be for so many reasons including allergies, religious, and moral reasons. Not only did they replace my burger, the manager Stephanie, wrote me a hand written letter that meant so much and reassured me that the Vegan burger have its own button so that never happens again.
