Very unprofessional and would not recommend them at all. Larry came to our home and showed us samples. We picked out what we liked and he took measurements and quoted us a price. We said ok. He returned later that week to have us sign a contract and when he looked at the price HE had quoted became very confused and agitated. He then measured everything again and said he had made a big mistake and could not do the work for that price. We said "tell us the price." It was $400 more. We said "ok." We signed a contract and gave him a check for half. He called us a week later and said he couldn't find where he wrote down what flooring we wanted and asked if we had it written down. It was not listed on the contract. He wanted us to come to him to pick it out again. We said that would be inconvenient so he said he would come to us right then. He showed up with samples that were completely different from what we had picked out. When I told him that these were wood grain and what we had picked out was a stone pattern he became argumentative saying "this is vinyl not wood." Duh, but it's a wood grain pattern. He kept using the term "lvt" and was very snarky when I told him I didn't know what that meant (luxury vinyl tile). What we had picked out was NOT tile it was vinyl in a roll. Finally he said he wasn't going to make any money on this job anyway and maybe he should just give the check back. I told him I needed the work done and it wasn't my fault he lost his paperwork with the product names. He then complained that I wouldn't "help him out" by coming to his shop to look at the samples again. At that point I told him just to bring me back my check and I'd find someone else. read more
