Where it used to be high priced and stuffy, now it's approachable yet really beautifully executed plates! There are a variety of seating options from the more casual taproom side to the elegant dining room and beautiful porch overlooking Main Street! Service is warm and attentive. You can tell that the staff really cares about the customer experience! The menu has a little bit of everything, from tasty wings with special "Hotel" sauce, green curry mussels, which were probably one of the best appetizers I've ever had... there are a variety of handhelds on the menu, their burger was huge and from a nearby farm - probably the best burger I've had in a long time! For entrées, the chicken Parm looked delicious.... There were a number of seafood dishes available, but the Osso Buco feature was the stuff that dreams are made of! The bartenders were really knowledgeable and friendly, servers seemedlike they were all best friends and the food runner was memorable as well! We are so happy to see the Naples Hotel on the upswing after a rocky few years. I would confidently recommend this restaurant to any of my friends passing through town.

We ordered calamari and on the menu it claimed to have cherry peppers added. No cherry peppers here. Our waitress passed by us a lot without coming to our table to refill drinks. Sat outside during a thunderstorm, which was perfect after a scorching hot day. Waitress did her absolute best to keep our food not wet lol. You could tell she was busy, but she went out of her way to communicate with us and make sure our food and drinks came out at a good time. Food was AMAZING. I ordered the Andouille with kraut and the strawberry rhubarb cider - incredible. The roll that the brat was served on was so fresh and delicious. The brat was perfect. The kraut was just the icing on the cake. The group of girls I was with couldn't stop raving about how good the food was. I felt like I was right at home, as I'm not from this area. Would 10000% come back if I'm ever in the area.

She was so attentive and quick to help if we had questions. We tried the sampler, and others at the table had different brats. Everyone said their meals were great-- the sampler is more than enough for two people, and can certainly be a snack for a group of four. Each of the brats are seasoned so well, but my personal favorite was the andouille-- it was spicy and seasoned to perfection with a crunch when you bite into it. The bread that came with the sample was also great- really crispy and warm! We were also able to try each of the sauces, and the banana pepper mustard and beer mustard are delicious! So much so, we bought a jar of the banana pepper mustard to take home with us. There were plenty of seats inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely would love to come support this place again in the future!

First let me say the facility is still the same beautiful place it has always been. That is where the good news ends. There is no longer table service. Meals are cafeteria style with limited options of BBQ. There were three of us for dinner at 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening. Two of us had pulled pork, potato salad and carrots. The pulled pork was so dried out it was not edible, the carrots were cold, and the potato salad was okay. The piece of johnny cake that came with the meal was the highlight of dinner. It was moist with just the right amount of sweetness to take it from cornbread to johnny cake. The other diner had the two meat platter of burnt ends and ribs with green beans and potato salad.Their comment was the burnt ends were beyond burnt, like trying to eat charcoal. The ribs were okay for four tiny ribs loaded in sauce. The green beans were delicious as was the johnny cake. The potato salad was okay but had an odd spicy taste. Here comes the really bad news; for two meals that were not edible, and one only half eaten our bill for cafeteria food was $92.00!! I find that pretty expensive for cafeteria style BBQ food, which isn't good. When talking with someone (not sure if they were the owners or not), they said the other food takes too long to cook when they have events. I would suggest that they have a regular menu on non-event nights, with a very limited menu on event nights. I would come back for an event but I definitely will NOT be returning for a meal. Very disappointing, expensive meal.

I wish they would blend the bison with a fattier meat to lighten up the meat patties. Because the meat is so lean the burger was quite dense. All of the sides were delicious. Just a note if you are a coffee drinker: they only had powdered creamer. It was fun roaming around the restaurant and watching the bison being fed. The parking lot is gravel and had muddy ruts.

Recently when ordering from there I was accidentally given a real beef burger and not the vegan one (which is the best vegan burger I've had!!) When notified of the mistake they didn't take it lightly. Like me they saw how bad this could be for so many reasons including allergies, religious, and moral reasons. Not only did they replace my burger, the manager Stephanie, wrote me a hand written letter that meant so much and reassured me that the Vegan burger have its own button so that never happens again. This is what I love to see in a business. Thank you so much Stephanie and Hollerhorn. You are not only amazing food but also amazing people.

At night, most of it is unmarked, and I was almost immediately told to repark into their other parking lot... which was unlit and barely marked, especially in the pitch black. Outside of your car lights, and the lights of the cidery, there was no legitimate lighting outside. Speaking as someone who did not grow up in a rural area, it felt sketch. I was a little disappointed with the lack of music as well, you're just listening to the ambiance of folks talking. If there was music, it was barely discernable. Ciders wise, here are two that you HAVE to try, that aren't sold by the can or anything, the Tart Cherry. (#7) and the Squeeze it Peazy (#9). My friend and I ordered several flights (4 drinks x 4 oz = $8) and enjoyed ourselves. Between the Tart Cherry and the Queen of Tarts, I definitely preferred the cherry. Pizza-wise, I kind of went nuts. However, I was a little surprised, and not exactly in a good way. It's a damn good thing they have the buy 2 get one free on the pizzas on Thursday night. The butternut squash/apple special pie was... sour? I asked the bartender if that was normal, and she said that the one she had wasn't sour, and that was apparently the end of that. Margherita is nothing special, and the pizza dough is a lot closer to a flatbread. Pizzas weren't staggered at all, which sort of seems counter-intuitive, they just brought them all out. The blueberry ricotta on the other hand was quite satisfying, I just wish it didn't cool as quickly. These weren't exactly brought out piping hot, either. Pretzel wise, you'd get better quality at a school cafeteria. The 'beer' cheese was just cheese, and the pretzel was as hard as dirt in winter. I'm 93% certain it was a microwaved SuperPretzel.
