I went back to the cleaners Wednesday at 1pm and was told that it wouldn't be in until 6pm. I asked if I could pay for my cleaning and the girl gave me a totally different total than what I was quoted. I asked for the price to be matched to what I was quoted in the first place...totally fair in my opinion. At this point she rolled her eyes at me, began raising her voice and went so far as to mock me. I called management and she told me "That's the price and I can't do anything about it. What do you want me to do? Give it to you for free?" Nope...not what I wanted....just the price that YOUR employee quoted me. It's no wonder the snarky teenager at the front complained about the place being "Slow" when I dropped my stuff off...terrible business practices. I would advise anyone needing affordable dry cleaning returned in a timely manner to go somewhere else.

Robin called me after two days of trying to remove the stain & explained that she had tried to remove the stain unsuccessfully; however she had one more treatment but it could permanently damage the dress & wanted to advise me first. I told her to go ahead as I could not wear the dress with the stain so prominently showing, which she did & boy, what a great job! The stain is totally removed & the dress is as beautiful as ever! We have been going to Valet Cleaner's for 11 years & are always pleased with their work & the extra care given to our clothes. Valet does great work & their prices can't be beat! First time customer at Valet Dry Cleaning . We have been to…read moreone other dry cleaners and they were great but the location was not convenient for us so I was looking for something closer. When I found Valet I called and asked for pricing, they were nice and answered all my questions. The pricing was cheaper than the other dry cleaners I used. That was a nice surprise. The service was good, not chatty or overly nice but standard service. They asked if I wanted the shirts starched (I was never asked that before) and at what level light or heavy. I asked if it was extra charge (since everything is extra nowadays) they said no extra charge. That was another surprise to me. ‍ They definitely pay attention to detail in the way you receive your clothing back. For the suits they put plastic pieces in the collars, tissue in the sleeves and had card board on the hangers to ensure the suits kept shape. Above and beyond what our last place would do. It felt like our clothes were well taken care of. They looked sharp! For first time experience I have no complaints. Also surprised to see how big the operations were, they definitely have a system down. Very thankful for their service.

So when they referred me to this cleaner, I thought it might be the same. When i dropped off my items, the customer service was GREAT! When I returned to pick them up things changed. :( We were cleaning 3 two piece suits for my boys. They had worn them once. Apparently the envelope that comes with the suit that has the extra buttons was left in the pocket of the white suit ‍ and had bled blue on a couple of spots on the white jacket. The lady assured me that she could get it out, she just needed to keep it for 2 more days....fine When I returned 2 days later, the stains were still there, the other suits were pressed but still had food crumbs on the butt (my boys are little) so they weren't very clean. I dont know how much this stuff normally cost, but it cost me $40 and the only help I was offered was "go home and try a bleech pen" I think I'll try a different cleaners from now on.
