Stephanie arrived one hour before to set up and was really patient with us trying to figure out the extension cord situation. I never knew softplay was a thing until I stumbled upon recommended pages from browsing bouncer rentals. This is PERFECT for babies and toddlers! Most of my friends are first time parents so our kids aren't even big enough to be allowed in bouncers. Having a safe area for the little ones to explore and fall is amazing! All my parent friends were able to eat while watching their kids roll around I told Stephanie exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. I'm so lucky she's available because I literally reached out to her one week before the event. I pretty much got 2 packages put together, large play area, toddler jumper, 6x6 big ball pit. who doesn't want to slide into a ball pit?! All the equipment was spotless clean.
