If you're looking to add a fun children's activity to your kid's birthday party, look no further!! PlaySoft is the best option around. Their pricing is competitive, their equipment is stunning, their staff are super kind and helpful, and Stephanie's communication is prompt! Planning birthday parties is challenging when you're doing it all on your own, but with the right vendors, everything feels so easy and smooth. We rented a large bounce house with slide and ball pit for my son's 3rd birthday and it was such a hit! Some of the kids didn't even want to go home. The equipment is clean, fun for the kids, and matched my aesthetics. I highly recommend using PlaySoft for all your party needs! (And trust me, I really shopped around, this is it mommas!!)

We booked the enclosed playpen from Stephanie for my son's 1st birthday, and it was a total hit! He absolutely loved it--especially the little toy car. The other kids were all over the ball pit and blocks too. It was such a lifesaver during the party, knowing my son could safely play in a padded space while we mingled with guests. Great set up and many entertainment options for kids. I used them for my daughter's birthday party and the kids loved it. Very easy to find bounce house rentals in OC but not too many play zones rentals so this was amazing to have. Stephanie was very communicative and the whole process was seamless. They were also very timely with delivery and pick up. Would use them in the future for sure and recommend to others as well.

The Play Soft team is amazing! It was so easy to communicate with Stephanie. We inquired a little early for our baby girl's first birthday, but Stephanie contacted us as soon as the date was open. We also needed a few changes after we had booked, and Stephanie made those changes for us right away. The team's timing for set-up and clean-up was perfect too as we had an event center! There are not that many soft play vendors in this area, so I am really glad that Play Soft worked out so well for my son's 1st birthday party. I contacted 2 other vendors and chose Play Soft (even though they were slightly pricier) because 1) communication was so fast, easy and smooth, and 2) the process was very professional and you can tell Stephanie is running a good business. Both delivery and clean up went without any problems. Stephanie and her crew came right on time and gave text notice before arriving. Everything was clean and well kept and the play area was an absolute hit. Kept all the energetic kiddos occupied for hours and kept all the parents sane. Even my son who can't walk yet had a great time throwing balls around and getting buried. Best money spent and highly highly recommend!

Established in 2020.

I started the company after spending tons of anxious weekends at different birthday parties and events, hovering over my one year old son as he wobbled his way into the giant jumper with 8 and 9 year olds, and unfortunately, I never really got to enjoy a moment of what should be a fun occasion for everyone. Play Soft specializes in safe play spaces, specifically for littles, so that everyone can relax and enjoy your event.

We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

Yes, this is a small order, but I was willing to pay the $50 delivery fee which was the same price as the actual order. It should be noted in their FAQ's online it specifically states there is no minimum order, but I guess this is not true! Additionally, if there is a minimum, this should be clearly on the order page and it should not let you check out if you have not met their unspecified minimum. I'll be renting elsewhere of course, but worth the warning to others throwing a smaller event.
