Great amount of toys for kids to play with. My 3 yr old and 6 yr old live it here. Owners are nice and keep the place well kept. Just make sure to call ask if there parties going on before going. (The whole place is rented out for the party for a few hours). read more

Was gonna pick up some things at Baby R us and saw they had opened a play structure next door. Figured I would kill some time with my little one. This place is wonderful! They have a big play structure for older kids and a separate section for babies but accesible to watch both your kids at the same time. They have a little are for pretend play which was my son's favorite spot. And in the back some air hockey and basketball hoops for older kids. Very roomy and they have big party rooms as well! I had my sons 2nd birthday party here yesterday and it was absolutely perfect! The fact that I was able to have a private party sold me on having it there. It was so clean. The staff was amazing! Love this place! I've taken my 3 1/2 year old a couple times and we easily spend a few hours here. It's easy for me to take my baby with us as well as there is a room in the back with changing tables and a couch if I need to nurse. Very convenient to have snacks available to purchase as well. Our favorite place to be! I love that I can see my daughter play because of the open concept play area. Such an added bonus with the snack room. The owner is friendly and informative, always making sure toys are sanitized daily, and she is always cleaning to keep that brand new appearance. Play looks just as good as it did opening day! You wont find a better place to take your toddler. We hosted my daughters 3rd birthday here. Let me tell you, it's hard finding a place in the summer to have a birthday party especially for a toddler since many places post larger kids. This place is perfect for a party or just to take your kid when it's too hot for the park. It has perfect indoor play things where I don't have to worry about my daughter as much as I would at another play place. We got so many compliments on her party. I've never seen my daughter have so much fun at a Play Place. The owners are so kind and answered so many questions for us and I'm incredibly helpful. This was our first time here and my 1 1/2 year old had so much fun! This place is pretty big and super clean. Lots of stuff for the little ones to do. They have a bigger play area for toddlers and older kids with a bouncy house and slide, and an enclosed area for babies. There is also a nursing area/changing table room in the back. Love PLAY! It's CLEAN & SO CUTE. We celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday here recently, and it was a really great time! The only hang up for me was that I simply didn't have enough time to decorate the way I wanted to. When I asked, I was told that I could get there 30 minutes prior to the start of the party. But there was another party finishing up at the time, so I felt really bad and out of place hauling all of our stuff in when the other party wasn't even done yet. We were trying to go in as they were coming out. PLAY always posts the cutest photos of how creative people get with their decorating, and I just wonder how they have time for it? lol. I was still trying to put up decorations 15 minutes after our guests had arrived and started playing, and my husband finally told me to stop and get out there to join the party. This place is so great!! We came from Tracy because I had heard such great things about PLAY, it was worth the drive! I took my 1 year old son and he had a blast. It was so clean, tidy, & I loved that there is a little separate area for crawlers. Everyone was really friendly. I went basically at opening & I am glad I did because there was only a handful of kids there. My son isn't quite walking yet so I didn't want him to get run over haha. We had a birthday party fully paid for (several hundred dollars) with this place, and they are horrible people, refusing to give anyone refunds for birthday parties they can no longer provide during this global pandemic. We've had to get a lawyer and sue them. Our lawyer attempted to contact them, with no response back, so he is starting litigation proceedings against them this week. We also contacted the TV news stations who air segments about local businesses who do this kind of thing to customers. So all the customers that are being refused a refund for a service they can't provide, just need to do the same thing and get the word out around this area to protect more people from getting ripped off. I'm heartbroken for my daughter because this is her absolute favorite place, but it has such unethical people running it. Not only is our daughter not getting a birthday party now, but we couldn't even get her a birthday present because of them keeping all our money. They're stealing from the kids, not the adults. So terrible. They have the opportunity to do the right thing for their customers, and they are refusing. Horrible business practice and horrendous customer service. We're telling everyone we know, and all the other people they're ripping off should too. read more

The owner was so great and the facility was super clean. So much fun stuff for the kids to play with! And I was so happy to find a SAFE, CLEAN place that my kids can play and socialize with other kids. I love that there are different sections & rooms with many many activities for them. We enjoy the place overall but lately the "service" isn't the best anymore. When we started coming there was always someone out wiping down and cleaning toys/play structures and that's not the case anymore. I notice the owners aren't around much and maybe that's why all the cleaning has stopped. There also isn't much interaction from the staff lady working now like there was with owners. It's like she dreads her job as she's always sitting up front only. We will revisit the place in the future in hopes that the above have improved. read more

I went for the 1st time yesterday. Great place. Very clean. The owner was there. He was nice and personable. My kids had so much fun we will definitely go again. Remember to bring socks but if you dont have any they are available for purchase. There's an area to enjoy snacks that's away from the play area but still within a good distance and clear view of your kids playing. Water, juice boxes were some of the things I saw available. They have a play area for smaller babies and an imagination play area. There was a lot to do for busy toddlers. They have a space available for birthday parties as well. Love this place!! I took my 17 month old here and she had a blast!! We went during the week and there wasn't a lot of kids. My baby gets overwhelmed very easily but had the best time here!! We stayed for 3 hours and enjoyed lunch in the snack area. The owner was super sweet and talked with each parents. It was super clean and I loved that there was someone walking and wiping things down. The baby area is perfect and I loved that everything was so open. The baby area is surrounded by 'block ottomans' and so I was able to sit and watch my baby play. She crawled around the whole place and no other 'big kid' bugged her. All the kids were just playing together and it was nice to watch. I can't recommend this place enough!! We will be purchasing a membership because it's the perfect place for our daughter to play, especially when it's too hot to play at the park! Thanks for building this place!!
