Boss has sent 4 different people out to "FIX it" and none of them were told what needed fixed by their management so each time had to go through the entire story again. One guy they sent out pulled nails out of my siding on my chimney to cover a cracked j channel instead of replacing it and in the process he put a hole in my siding and didn't say a word about it. The only 2 that came to fix things did fix most of it and pointed out other things but their management didn't want to spend more money to fix what their original crew screwed up. Been sitting and waiting for over a week to have Jeremy call me back when they will finally send someone in to treat the attic from all the water damage, replace the insulation, and repaint our ceiling. 2 Months later and they still aren't done and don't get back to you. Realistically I just want my money back so I can hire a real Roofing Company. Do Not Choose Boss Roofing unless you want a new leaking roof and months of not getting everything repaired they have damaged.

They treated the carpet to prevent any mold. After that they steam cleaned the carpet. Their team was always professional and respectful. I also recommend the following: 1. Add a penalty clause for work going past their original estimated completion date. In our case, the job took more than two months past their original completion date at great inconvenience. 2. Be very precise about everything you want, down to number of circuits, outlets, precise trim, etc. 3. Don't just discuss any extra work that might be needed, get a written estimate for your approval. They have a $55/hour charge for extra work. Ask for an exact accounting for how the $55 was allocated. Write in the contract that all extra charges that are over the original estimate must be approved *in writing*. Our final cost was almost 20% more than the original estimate.
