I don't know him at all and just decided on him through a yelp search. After about a 15 minute phone conversation explaining the issue, Darrell said that he'd stop by the following day to take a look. He ended up giving me some suggestions so that I might fix the problem myself but said that he'd be happy to do the repair if I need him to do it. I'm very pleased to tell you that it's been a week and the leak seems to be fixed. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort. Very coincidently, my water heater went out later that day. I called Darrell and explained my dilemma and he agreed to change some appointments around so that he could install a new one the next day. One day without hot water is enough for me to Darrell was super friendly, honest, very capable, and allowed me to work with him as to save a little money on the labor. I'm definitely going to hire him whenever I have the need.

If you…read morebelieve in good customer service well this guy isn't pleasant to deal with and comes across very rude. Supposedly his phone doesn't accept text so I called him each time he text and I felt as if I was a bother. My cameras have him being at my home for a total of 30 mins from set up to clean up his materials. Rush job with bad results

I had to text him to ask if he was coming back and he said "I'll pass". This is how you do business? I should have listened to other reviews about how rude he is. He then he blocks me from his Facebook so I won't give him a bad rating, and blocked my husband after he made a post about his unprofessional service. If you want your time wasted, he's your guy! But truly, our job was not a big one, I have no idea why he walked off. I can only imagine I'm not the only person he's done this too. thankfully I dodged a bullet and can rent a washer for my house for $38 for a day instead of paying this jerk $250. As a former business owner, I would say the only way he would be flooded with bad reviews if he didn't block anyone who might give him a bad review.
