Elite Seamless Gutters, listen to every concern I had, addressed the problems I had with home, devised a plan, and they delivered on everything they said they would and exceeded my expectations. When workers arrived, I asked the employees if they minded if I watched, asked questions, and take pictures along the way. None of the employees minded and actually encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. For the first two days, I spent all my time around the employees, watching, learning, and asking many questions. The employees were more than happy to answer all my questions, address concerns, and I learned a lot from watching as well. Knowledge; this company has the most professional workers I have ever encountered. Each one has their own specialty pertaining to the job and each worker so professional and all get along with each other so well. It was amazing to see that they truly enjoy their job and they enjoy working with each other. It was almost like best friends work atmosphere. Here is something amazing about the company as well. They custom build most all, and the work they do is to the customer 100% satisfaction. Now, at first, I found that a little hard to believe. However; there was a mistake made toward the beginning; communication mistake; wrong color..... I noticed this and made a comment, without hesitation, the person I spoke with ensured they changed colors, and they only had partial materials. Without losing any work time, they got on phone made some calls and had all the proper color materials onsite in less than two hours. Never noticed any slowing in job because they had some of the right materials in trailer. I said to one of the workers; good thing I noticed early otherwise I would have been stuck with white. Multiple workers, said nope; even if they had to tear everything down and start over it would be no problem at all. Customer satisfaction is number one concern so tearing down and starting over would not be a problem with them or company, because that is their policy. One other thing; they will not leave a job until the customers says they are happy with all the work, have no concerns, and everything completed to their satisfaction. I had a pretty big job that required a lot of work. While they were working on my home, I addressed maybe three things I would like done or added. When I addressed this with the workers; they just said yes, we can do that no problem at all. The workers are very accommodating to any of your needs. I will mention, items I mentioned were reasonable not outrageous. Wow, just don't see this from contractors. This truly is one of the best companies in the state and I give my highest endorsement for Elite Seamless Gutters out of Spring Valley, Illinois. The owner's name is John French. What a character this guy is. Just a great guy to speak with. So knowledgeable and I was surprised a company of this size had the owner come talk with me about the job, what I wanted done. I needed a company that could look at my roof, replace gutters with seamless gutters, replace sofit, facet, redo all windows (not professional work prior (different company), doors, garage door and install new underground downspouts. I would highly recommend this contractor. He was very honest and upfront and did not play a Numbers game as other contractors do. We have a turret on our home and he did an excellent job rebuilding that and topping it off with fancy shingles. He is a great guy, which makes working with him even better. I highly recommend this company. Our house was a fixer-upper and I've ran into a lot of problems with contractors.
