TCS did a fantastic job at replacing our roof, gutters, fascia, and soffit. They were very professional in their communication with us and their work ethic was absolutely outstanding. Our house has been restored to its former glory! We had been meaning to have this work done for quite some time, but were worried about the cost. However, we feel that the price was totally reasonable and well worth the money considering the way the exterior of the house was transformed. We highly recommend TCS! read more

MY NEW ROOF!! The best part of the TCS crew came out and did my second house roof and all i can say is WOW! Big boss Harley and his crew did a great job on my roof. Such clean lines and great craftsmanship. He took special care and managed the whole process from beginning to end. You never know what you got until you rip off the roof and to my dismay I had 27 bad boards on my roof (OUCH!) They replaced them all in an instant and i practically have an all new roof, needless to say.. These guys are hard workers! The flashing looks good on both of my chimneys and they installed a new quality fixed skylight. I can believe on how much attention to detail these guys did on my roof. They even went the extra mile for me and put a new j channel and replaced a piece of siding that looked weird. They even added a vent to my attic. I cant wait for them to come back out and do my gutter-work. I will recommend these guys time and again. TCS for the win!! TCS is a very unprofessional establishment. Don't like to own up to when they make mistakes. Poor customer service and communication with the office staff. Had them quote my house for an insurance claim. messed up the quote from the get go then told me they would fix it and still didn't get resolved. Took them 5 months to get the required paperwork done for insurance check and then blamed me for non payment. Troy told me he was on scene when the work was done when he never showed up the whole two days when I was present each day. Trying to double charge me for work and charging me for work that was not done and won't help resolve the issue just keep threatening to turn me into there attorney for non payment. Tells me they can't get ahold of me while I'm at work when I have told them at work I have no service but can text me and get ahold of me to threaten to turn me into their attorney. He refuses to talk to me over the phone tells me to just text him and still won't come to my house and look at the issues to resolve the issue at hand. I would not recommend them for an insurance job anyway. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would give them worse than a one. read more

TCS was scheduled to come out to provide an estimate regarding some recent storm damage to my roof and siding. They came out about 15 minutes before scheduled, which would have been fine had they called and informed someone in advance. Instead, we were startled to see someone in our back yard, apparently, assessing the damage before we even had a chance to meet and discuss it. I let Troy, the owner of TCS, know they need to call or knock before accessing my property next time. I received an estimate very quickly, and Jennifer was great to work with, by the way. However, the estimate was way too high to be considered. I asked if they could come down on price at all, but they declined. I don't recommend working with this company. Troy was unprofessional and the excessively high estimate was a waste of all our time. read more

Needs better communication skills. I had to do all the contacting because I was always wondering where they were at in regards to my project. I even went in there and let them know I needed them to give me the go ahead to buy the materials. I told them I needed to do that by a certain date so I could get the items on sale. I left under the impression they would. The date came and went. I heard nothing. Never did get my new doors. Talked to them since and just got excuses. Just own it TCS. You dropped the ball. I hope other customers will be more important to you than I was. read more

A big shout out to TCS Construction. We extended our garage and renovated our four season room with insulation, windows and flooring. They also built a first floor laundry/pantry room that other contractors said couldn't be done. I cannot say enough for this group of guys. Phillip, Carl, Haze and the entire crew were fabulous. There were no problems working with them. If a question came up, Phillip came to us immediately and not only solved any questions, but came up with alternative ideas that we never would have thought of. The owner, Troy Hernandez, was out here frequently checking on the status of the job and speaking with us. They were prompt, worked hard, and cleaned up debris as best they could on a daily basis throughout the job. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job and even fabricated some hot water heater covers that saved us a bunch of money. We would give this company a 5 star rating and would highly recommend their work. Although their job is complete, I'm going to miss these guys! read more
