I would highly recommend this contractor. He was very honest and upfront and did not play a Numbers game as other contractors do. We have a turret on our home and he did an excellent job rebuilding that and topping it off with fancy shingles. He is a great guy, which makes working with him even better. I highly recommend this company. Our house was a fixer-upper and I've ran into a lot of problems with contractors. He is the only contractor that did not give us a runaround and actually did phenomenal work above our expectations he is fair and honest and upfront and that is what is most important, call him first!

Water damage in two room ceilings that with a flashlight he should have seen. Dry rot on the outside by a gutter that was obvious. Honestly I've just started looking and I can't believe all the things he missed, during his "quality home inspection". He blamed on not looking on the outside because there must have been less than an inch of snow the day before and apparently that you can't inspect the house with that much snow.

How they allow livid contractor to talk to paying customers like he does is WILD. I found 2 other women on Nextdoor with similar experiences. I am now worried that siding wasn't properly taped as another one had the city come by to stop them installing. Maybe have a guy friend with you if you want to deal with the hostile siding guy, but his snotty, ragey phone call after I found issues with the installation were uncalled for. He also texted at 9:45PM in an angry tone. I 100% regret going with them, and if you want to walk on eggshells when you find issues and point them out, this is the place for you. Sabrina in the front office is amazing though, she's too good for the place. She didn't gaslight me or made me feel like an issue. Window World was also $6000 more than the 2 other quotes I had, but I was scared to go with smaller companies.
