Two crews (5 guys total) showed up at exactly the right time. They were all very courteous and diligent in their work. They worked as a team and finished several hours earlier than I expected. The level of care and attention to detail was amazing, and they were careful to explain things we had questions about. They never seemed rushed but just worked steadily until everything was done to their/our satisfaction. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. We're looking forward to using the garage when the house is completed. read more

The crew was on time, courteous and professional. Started at the specified time. No mess left. Good job. How long should I wait to walk on it, and put lawn furniture back? read more

Although the final project looks good when first completed, the long term peeling and cracking continued just after 11 months. I reached out in early fall and was told to wait until springtime since repair work isn't done at that time. I reached out in spring and was denied a repair. I recommended neighbors soon after they saw mine and they also had damage. I would stick to regular epoxy coating that you can repair yourself and not use ExPENSIVE TSR coating. read more

I needed my stairs/ porch, and done. The guy that came out recommended part of the sidewalk too. The TSR crew that came out were amazing. Punctual and very courteous. These guys worked all day without taking a break. They showed care in their work which demonstrates the quality of what they were doing. They said the side wall part would be challenging, which they seam to tackle without a problem. I highly recommend TSR. As for the value of having this done, you get what you pay for, so a thumbs up on that. read more

TSR Concrete Flooring spilled an unknown liquid across my new concrete driveway while working at my property. The spill left extensive stains, footprints, streaks, and discoloration over multiple sections of the driveway. Although their workers made unsuccessful cleanup attempts, the concrete remains visibly damaged and uneven in appearance. After causing the damage, TSR refused to take responsibility for fully cleaning or professionally restoring my driveway to its original condition. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the problem, but they failed to provide an acceptable solution. I am now left with permanent-looking stains on a new driveway because of their actions. Based on the damage and their refusal to properly correct it, I cannot recommend TSR Concrete Flooring. read more

I'm am so amazed how my garage looks now it's unbelievable to put a rating of five is not even close to how it looks more like 100%. The color matches my Gladiator system cabinets I have. I really keep my garage nice as I can & now wow that about sums it up. I can't even begin to tell you how great Chad & Colin were. Explained everything not only to me but to my wife.. First class all the way... Thanks so so much.. I'll recommend TSR to anyone who is thinking about doing there floor..Thank You All once again.. read more

The installers were awesome and so polite. We would diffently recommend TSR. The floor looks beautiful and flawless

I just had the flooring done for my 2 car garage by TSR Concrete Coatings. The guy looked at my garage and said it would take about six hours and that is exactly how long it took. They answered all my questions and did a great job. It looks amazing! read more

made an appointment TSR called 15 minutes after the appointment was to begin received a call cancelling (he was still at his last appointment) I said that was fine, please contact me to male another appointment. They never called back. Then 2 weeks after the missed appointment I received a text asking me if I wanted to go ahead with the job. I responded with the above. I asked for a response after none received and received a very apologetic response asking me to reschedule. I was considering-I then received an email from the TSR asking me if I had any questions and did I want to go forward! This company seems to only want to go forward on jobs they never cared enough about to show up to and actually give an estimate on a job. read more

Great experience!! Online request for a free estimate to getting that estimate was only a day or two. The company communicates online, text or by phone.....your choice!!! TSR was a great choice for our garage renewal. The salesman was courteous and explained the process in a way we felt we understood it all. He gave us options for the edges and step up area so we understood the cost of additional area. The day of the renewal the workers were so very nice. They explained everything again as well as cure time. The whole process was great. Finally they have a great warranty if anything does start to chip or crack. Highly recommend TSR for garage renewal. read more

Had TSR Concrete Coating perform coating on driveway, walkway and 2 porches 2021. When we started having issues, we were told that they had ceased operations in AZ. I obtained a lawyer and received a letter for Jeff Gear, CEO of TSR stating that they could not assume the liability for work performed by a separate and unrelated company. On 4/10/2026, TSR has obtained License Number ROC 365029 as business entity name - TSR Concrete Coatings LLC based in Lena, IL dba Cardinal Concrete Coatings. They have also stopped responding to my requests to repair or refund for the services that were performed. read more

we had 3 visits from 3 crews. would up with mismatched colors, sloppy work and a mistake they didn't finish repairing. then they send me an invoice. and they promised 60% off. don't believe that! 100% impossible to reach when you need to complain. definitely find someone else. read more

TSR installed our coating on our patio. I called for service for some "lifetime warranty" but they said the lifetime warranty was null and void since they no longer had a service department in our area. And they couldn't offer any recommendation as to who could service it and that we were just out of luck and there was nothing they could do for us. So much for the lifetime warranty. So now I have areas that have chipped off and are dull and I can't do anything about it. read more

Signed a contract to get our garage floor done and the work was scheduled for the second week in march. They said that the floor must be dry which I understood but unfortunately we had very bad weather and temperatures were going to be around zero. I had concerns and there was not one number I called that connected me with customer service. Left messages, texts, emails and none were returned. Terrible customer service and would NOT recommend this company read more

two stars because the coating looks good, hopefully it holds up. Didn't get 5 stars because the sloppiness of their work. They got coating on my pillars and house, didn't tape anything up. Someone did come out a few weeks later to look at it and promised to paint the affected areas. Now 3 text messages later I am being ghosted and will now have to do the touch up paint myself. read more

Major issues with this Company! 1. Customer service. 2. Poor workmanship experience coating job left unfinished. 3. Gave no explanation. 4. Found out they would finish the job weeks later in the future. 5. Missouri & Ill residents use these folks at your own risk. 6. Scheduling an execution of work is not their strong suit. 7. Can't speak to the quality of their products because the jobs half done. read more

We have been out of our garage since 6/23/25. Don't want to move everything back in more than once. So we are paying storage. Initial install had problems. Sharp spikey protrusions in many places. Correction to install made it worse. Now there are more than 200 in our 27 x27 garage floor. Next correction scheduled for 9/12/25. We would have preferred a much sooner correction but the 'repair' crews are too busy! We were also concerned about what they call verticals-the concrete block sidewalls about 9 inches high. Two correction crews said they weren't aware of the verticals needing attention, even though initial inspection confirmed, floor and verticals were a problem. Management didn't seem concerned about the inconvenience to us. read more

Selected TSR because of there "claim" of being "4 times stronger than our competitors" and being "sold" by their commissioned salesperson that their product is by far the best... paid $3500.00 to have a relatively short sidewalk to my house coated only to have it crack in several places less than 1 year... called corporate only to be told "cracks are not covered" .... really???!! 4 times stronger? really?? I told corporate my "30 year old sidewalk is done shifting"... any 3 year old would know that... I guess that's their story and they're sticking to it. Terrible! I gave them $729.00 as a down payment in the summer of 2021 To do my garage floor. I had an appointment for August. Then I had water damage to my garage that ended up being a total tear down. With the tear down I had to replace the foundation. I called them but because I didn't give them enough notice they wouldn't refund my money. You have to cancel or reschedule before 6 weeks of your appointment. I kept calling them with updates of the progress which, by the way just was completed summer of 2024. They still won't refund my money!!! I don't need their services anymore with a new foundation. 3 YEARS AND THEY STILL WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! BEWARE.... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! WARNING! DO NOT USE. I had my newly poured garage slabs coated last year and, since installation, large pieces of the coating have simply detached from the area where the coating meets the driveway concrete. I am talking about chunks in the 3"*7" range. I've been trying to get a call back to schedule warranty work for months, finally reached someone at TSR today who informed me that the location in my town has closed and therefore my warranty is void. There appears to be another location in Denver, about an hours drive to my home, but apparently it's easier for them to wipe my warranty off the books than to send a guy down. This company's warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the product itself is worth even less read more

TERRIBLE quality - customer service even worse! In August of 2023, we hired TSR to apply a basement floor in our 1.5 year old home. The 1st time they came to our home to begin the project, we had 4 guys in our basement with hand held grinders removing the original concrete sealant on our basement floor. Well - 10+ hours and a thick layer of concrete dust covering our home later, our floor had hundreds of gouge marks from hand grinding. Supervisor (Ethan) came out - "Yes, this should never have been done with hand grinders. The team should have used the large floor grinder. I am confident we can fix this". Attempt two, result - "we cannot remove all the marks in the floor caused by the hand grinders". TSR sent their repair crew (lead by Gary) who told us that it would not be possible to remove/hide all the gouge/grind marks. After 3 failed attempts to install/repair/reapply the basement floor, TSR refunded our deposit and offered to remove their product in December of 2023 because they were unable to fix their gouge/grind marks on our basement floor. We reached out to several companies to assess the damage to our floors. Several companies would not guarantee their work due to the damage TSR caused, even after their product had been removed. We found two companies confident they could repair the damage. Not only did TSR cause damage to our basement floor, they blew our GFI (which they should not have even been plugged into) and damaged our walls - leaving holes in the drywall. We had to hire an electrician to repair the GFI and drywall/painters to repair the walls. Josh, the manager, told us to forward the bills and they would pay directly. After two weeks, the vendors called to inform us they had not received payment. We paid the vendors ourselves because we did not want our local vendors to not receive payment. We had our attorney send a letter in an attempt to resolve this issue outside of court. CEO Jeff Gear stated in a response that TSR would reimburse us for the electrical and drywall damage only, not for the additional costs we incurred to repair the floor. I wish we would have known how terrible this company was - we could have saved months of inconvenience and frustration. Luckily, we have photos and videos of our floor throughout the 5 month ordeal. Avoid TSR !! read more

Had my patio floor coated it lasted 1 yr 9 months. It has cracks all over the floor. Wrote to TSR with no reply back. Yes life time warranty if they would stand by it not likely. I had this done at my home in Gilbert AZ. The company left AZ and wouldn't stand behind their warranty. Can't get to talk to the owner they cover up for him. Check with other companies before you waste your money on TSR. Would give it zero stars if I could. read more

We contracted with TSR Concrete Coatings in Arizona where they also were doing business in addition to Illinois. When the workers were finished with our patio and garage, I questioned whether the finish was how it was supposed to be as it had a very smeary, dull appearance. I contacted our sales rep and could not get through only to learn that they were no longer doing business in Arizona. We hired TSR based on their lifetime warranty on the polyaspartic coating, for which we paid a premium a few years ago. I understand prices have come down more recently. TSR handed off their Arizona warranty issues to Cardinal Concrete Coatings who told us TSR would need to approve our warranty claim. WHAT?! That's like asking a convicted criminal to sentence himself! So we overpaid and have no lifetime guarantee and no recourse except writing this review. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

I came across a white TSR Concrete Coatings pickup truck this morning at the South Naperville/Rt. 59 Costco gas station (11/16/2022). One of the two TSR workers in the truck was filling a portable gas canister with a lit cigarette in his hand. The Costco attendant politely asked him to put it out and the TSR worker responded with a smug, abrasive attitude. I think people's genuine selves appear when they think no one else is looking and in this case it reflects poorly on the company. If you're looking for a coating contractor that values safety and isn't a liability to your home/work site, I would look elsewhere. read more
