We are talking having to remove part of my wooden fence, Com Ed to take wire down, they took down cable wires, telephone wires, moved three Arborvitaes in pots, Take down a massive tree, reconnected wires when done, called Com Ed to replace my electric wire, move my pots back into place put back my fence, totally cleaned up everything and left. All in that short of time!!! They where like a well oiled machine as a crew. Everyone knew what they had to do and did it well. I'm beyond impressed. He followed up with a detailed quote explaining what all they would do which included dropping a 75 foot oak which had a lot of rot, trimming oaks which were close to the house and grinding three stumps. This one tree was a monster, maybe 80' tall, and 2.5' diameter at the base. They didn't have to do this for me knowing I couldn't pay in full or even pay much at all. They did it, because they knew it needed to be done. They did it, because they didn't want them to fall on my house or my kids. There aren't too many companies like this out there. Cherish them when you find them. Another company for example told me it would cost almost 3x as much, that they needed specialized equipment, and that they wanted me to take sections of my fence down too... Nelson's? They showed up, climbed up, used ropes, and saws... No damage to anything.

They charged us $2000 more than originally quoted because "they were big trees and took longer than expected". That was probably because the guys were on their phones so often as they only had 1 truck removing waste. He charged an additional $750 to clean up the back fence line but then left before the job was done. He claimed the fence line was covered in poison ivy (it wasn't) but wouldn't give us a refund either. We argued with him to come back to finish the job and he said he would but came up with excuses every time. We argued with him for several months before finally requesting the refund and refusing to listen to his claims of coming back and finishing the job. At that point he blocked our numbers and stopped responding to us. Unrelated to our service, my neighbor which is disabled, asked him to cut down a branch over her house. He never quoted her a price and charged her $800 when the job was finished.
