The people I talked on the phone and via text to were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Our new fence was installed on 12/30/2025. The fence turned out beautifully. Very professional crew from Freeport, IL. They arrived promptly as promised around 9am and finished our new vinyl fence by 3pm right before it started to snow. The asked me questions along the way during the installation and confirmed our preferences prior to starting the job. They did an excellent clean up job after the installation as well. NOTE: Attached photo was taken prior to new snow, while they were working on the other side of the house and prior to yard cleanup. One recommendation that would help improve people's decisions to go with Revamp might be to add to their website more information about the manufacturer of the vinyl fence products they use, a link to their website would be nice. I asked for the information which was provided promptly. It would also be good to add more information about the brackets used to keep the vinyl posts in place and keep them from moving on the galvanized steel posts (not wooden posts which rot out over time) and information about the reinforcement bar used on large gates for stability and to prevent sag. Again, all information was provided promptly upon request. I am probably more technical than the average requestor and I really wanted to make sure our new fence would stand the test of time. Revamp should advertise these features and installation practices on their website as they make this fence installer stand out above other vinyl fence companies. Chad was very knowledgeable about the fence products for ReVamp. He is a very personable person and explained the type of product it is and how it is installed also the warranty on it. We are so excited that this will be our forever fence. We started 40 yrs ago with chain link then wood privacy fence. Goodbye power washing and staining. He brought along all the samples to show the colors available and had pictures of previous fence projects. We knew right away this was going to be our new fence and so glad we did. Great service. All staff from sales, installers, and Jessica in the office were great to work with. Since my fence was installed in winter, there were a couple of rescheduled times due to weather but they were still able to get it in in a timely fashion. My property is not very level and the guys did a great job making it work. The fence looks really nice and will definitely add in looks this summer after landscaping is done. I put in the fence to contain my dogs. They have checked the perimeter, got in some zooming and gave a paws up! I would definitely recommend Revamp for quality and service.
