We had a dip/belly in our main sewer line that needed to be replaced. Molitor Plumbing was sent by…read moreour insurance company to replace the main sewer line. We didn't receive a courtesy call or heads up until 2 hours before they were coming. Some notice would have been helpful because we would have been able to save the flowers/decorative stones and notify our tenants beforehand. Adam Molitor lead this project and informed us at the end of that day that their work was done. They didn't level the yard or repack the dirt underneath the sidewalk, leaving large dips all over the yard and hollow spaces under the sidewalk. We would not be able to re-seed the yard the way they left it, and more importantly with no support underneath the sidewalk it will eventually collapse or crack. They also cracked a 2 ft section on our main driveway in the process, and when we mentioned these concerns to Adam his suggestion was for us to remove the sidewalk completely and leave that area with dirt, and "your driveway was brittle, so it was likely to break anyways". Because they did not get a permit prior to doing this job, no inspection was done after the job. With all the issues we were seeing, we decided to get the main sewer line scoped just to make sure everything was good. It was then that we found out that the old sewer line was still there and no new sewer line was put in. We called Molitor's office to inquire, and the office manager said to his knowledge the work was indeed completed. We also left a voice mail for Adam to call us back; no return call from Adam. We did receive a call from their office a few days later stating that we must have misunderstood Adam and they were planning to come back. I'm not sure why anyone would go through the trouble of putting the dirt back if they were planning to come back to finish the work. The insurance company got billed for the whole scope of work in the meantime. We then requested to have another company come to finish the work. This company got a permit, removed all the old sewer line and took a lot of pictures to show their work, and had the city inspector come to sign off on the work afterwards. They had to tear up the yard again and did not find any new sewer line put in by Molitor. We have worked with many companies in the past and we have never experienced anything like this. Not only did they not fix the problem, they didn't seem to care what damages they caused in the process, and billed for something they did not do. I would urge you to ask a lot of questions and ask for pictures and proof of work afterwards if you choose to use this company.

I agreed to the $195 quoted by the woman that answers the phone and solicits business at Worster Storage. I received a bill for $701.03 for services received in December. I watched the entire time from a house mounted camera. Service was preformed in 50 minutes for my house and 20 minutes for my sisters home. I called to complain. The receptionist just said I didn't know how hard they worked. I also received a call from an unknown man, who was too busy yelling into the phone that he never gives quotes or hourly rates? So how do they do their billing? Evidently make it up as they go. He called my disabled sister too screaming he is putting liens on our property if we don't pay. Wow. Running away. Who in their right mind thinks that $701.03 is a fair or reasonable cost and who would agree to that price?

The son (Jason) now has this A-Artman painting business. He comes across very nice and…read moreprofessional. Jason bid my job to keep the one guy he keeps on payroll, busy. Jason's interest is clearly not in the painting business but rather singing and playing in bands with his wife. I bought all the paint and delivered it to the house. The painter who came to paint missed areas on walls close to ceiling (ea area larger than a paint roller brush). When I pointed it out, the guy would say, "well it's only the first coat", and blew me off. So after the second coat, guess what: those 3 areas of different rooms, had only one coat. The painter used only one roller brush on the entire job. The walls were dusty and had not been painted in years. I was going to paint all the trim work so I told the painter if he rolled up against window trim it would be ok. Jason came to job on last day to collect payment. I was on my way to the house. On the phone I told Jason that I could not understand why I wasn't seeing bright white after 2 coats on the back bedrooms. Jason, ended up quitting on me over the phone and pulled his guy off the job. He left the deal without finishing 2nd coat on front room walls & ceiling, dining room ceiling, and 2nd coat on foyer ceiling and walls. He said he would adjust his bill price by discounting his bill by $100. I sent him a check and took off another $100 for the painting that was left undone. He received over $1,000.00 for painting (I bought all the paint) a vacant, small home, carpet ripped up, no window treatments, no hvac vents on walls/ floors. Only painted most walls and ceilings with the same cashmere white paint on everything (one roller). I knew early on that I would never use this company again. I repainted their entire work myself after I realized that sherwin williams brand called Cashmere in extra white does not give the same bright white as sherwin williams super paint extra white does. And they are supposed to be the professionals.
