I had catfish here and it was delicious, service was ok. Hours of operation are very limited. I would recommend this restaurant!

It is now called Platinum H Ranch Steakhouse. Not much variety in that little town, but fast food so we decided to try this place. Promptly seated where ever we wanted to be seated. Waitress asked us what we would like to drink? She immediately returns and asks what we wanted to order? We just looked at each other. We told her we would need menus in order to make that decision. She brought them out. Basic menu, like a K-Bobs. We shared a 10 oz Ribeye, but they could not cut it in half to do one medium and one rare. We had to ask for each item for our potatoes after they came out even when we told our waitress what we wanted when we ordered in the first place. Fake bacon bits. I asked if I could have chives or green onions. When she said we have purple onions, I said nevermind. At the salad bar, what did they have, whole green onions, you cut yourself. As we are almost 3/4 way through our dinner, waitress asks if we wanted dinner rolls? Whipped spread, no real butter. The table behind me was waiting on two others in her party to arrive, even though she and a young girl went ahead and ordered. I heard the waitress ask her what the other two would be drinking? The customer said, I do not know what they will want, so we just will let them decide when thr arrive. This was pretty much the worst customer service I have ever had. I finally caught this place open. Don't know why this place has such bad reviews. I was greeded with a smile and seated immediately. The waitress was very nice she ask me how was my day and I said busy. She responded with a smile. My order came out very quickly. I order the chicken fried steak with frys and okra. The food was very good !!!!!!! The only hang up I found about this restaurant is that it's not open enough during the week. I shall return again. Thanks for the great food and service. read more

I went to this restaurant with a high expectation to get good food. We ordered some mozzarella sticks and got them pretty quick. After we got our mozzarella sticks we of course ordered our meals in which the both of us got sirloin steaks medium well. After we ordered it got pretty packed and that's the point where our waitress stopped checking on us. Literally everyone had there plates but us and mind you it was only two of us and every other table was at least 4 or more. When we got our plates (about 1 hour later) our steaks were fully cooked and so dry. I was so irritated and I usually never complain but I did and asked if we could just get our steaks made right, the waitress then came back and said THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE STEAKS.... it's a STEAK HOUSE ??!!!!!! read more

Please be aware that is "steakhouse" has only 3 choices for steaks.. the sides were all canned or frozen. The patties are even frozen .. the rolls are fresh however. So beyond subpar food - the waitress was far more concerned with her phone than her tables. Keep driving travelers!! Don't waste your money on yucky overpriced food & poor service. read more
