Called two weeks ago regarding a fuel pump open recall from GMC. Was told by the service advisor that they were awaiting the part, but that he would call me back when it arrived (within a few days, according to him). After over a week I called back this morning, gave my information again for a service advisor to call me back. Received no return call, and when I tried to reach out this afternoon, I was told I needed the VIN number for my vehicle, even though I had been there previously, and the last associate was able to pull up all of my information readily enough, including my callback number. Their communicaiton and levels of customer service are miserable. I understand this is a recall issue, and they make no profit on such work, but something as important as a part for the fuel pump should not be so easily brushed off. read more

June 2024 looked on line found this 2020 Ram3500 DRW. I was impressed w the whistles n bells. I didn't like the price. Paul met me outside we talked about the veh. It looked good. Description Said it was clear coated, Ranch bumper front. Electric tailgate, bed was scratched and bent ( inside) My trade 2013 F350 SRW. when it got down to NOT paying for the unnecessary "add ons" they were there. I wanted to walk, didn't feel good, ( $$$$) we decided to follow through. To My benefit was Paul agreed to remove my ATTA auxiliary fuel tank, and wiring and gauge. Paul helped me transfer the 45gal fuel to the Rams (31gal) I had to have the auxiliary tank reinstalled, I discovered the tailgate latch was faulty. Locked tight when shut to hard, had to remove the plate to unlock it. ( I have to have it for my 5th wheel.) I tried to fix it because I already took possession. I called Paul, Paul made arrangements to replace the latch, do a front end alignment. It drove with a vibration not felt before. Took it back, Paul got the entire 6 wheels rebalanced. what ever, body Shop did a poor job of fixing things. including the Rt. tail light($700+) lens was cracked allowed water to short out Turn signal ( no replacement because shop failed or hid the problem) * NOTE Paul Bustamante is the new manager, he brought in two salesmen To work with him. The Ram designated guy is Charles, & Michael is the other salesman that helped me. These two folks will answer your questions they do not seem impatient or disinterested. And I can tell you I called often, to hold them to the verbal agreement. Paul was never anxious or upset. They did what they said they would do to make me a happy customer. And they did. ** This truck belonged to a ranch in Terrell, damage to the LRQ, and other parts. ( clear coat? Not everywhere) thin paint, they polished the ( still a ghost) logo from the ranch off the front doors. read more

The Tahoe was in the shop almost 6 weeks. They "fixed" the leak and 6 weeks later here is my car being rescued with my wife and kids in the middle of nowhere because the oil plug wasn't properly secured after filling it back up. They refused a comparable loaner even after this is their negligence. They won't pay for a rental after their negligence. This might be the worst service I have ever had on a vehicle. Our 3 year old Tahoe has been in the shop 1/3 of the last 6 months. Their scheduling is basically drop off your car today, even if you have an appointment and then it waits in line for diagnosis. What is the point of an appointment if it doesn't get looked at when you drop it off. Just tell them you are 2 weeks out, so drop it off in 14 days and we will look at it the next day. We are now picking up our Tahoe without a diagnosis after it has been in the shop for over 2 weeks and bringing it somewhere else. If you leave a message for a manager, they won't call back. If you call their manager, then the person you left a message for 8 hours ago will finally call you back within an hr. It's a joke. When promised a call back, "they are on a ride along." They take more ride alongs than vehicles actually being serviced. read more

I took my car to Platinum Chevy to have my catalytic converters replaced. When I dropped it off I asked them to check the Wi-Fi and transmission as well. They immediately checked the Wi-Fi and informed me it was an onstar module that would be $1650 to replace; to which I told them I couldn't afford that at the moment. They proceeded to change the catalytic converters at a cost of $3000. After changing the catalytic converters they informed me that my transmission was going out. If informed of that I would have saved the 3k replacing the cats and traded the car in immediately. read more
