When I asked to have someone come clean the table, someone came over to me with a dry rag and a spray bottle of something and sprayed it directly on the towel, wiped the table a few times and then said "is it better now?. Yea no, you're supposed to have sanitizer buckets to wipe the table down. If they aren't keeping the tables clean then what else are they not doing? Plus how rude to talk to someone like that? When I said something about it to the owner, he doubled down and defended the dirty tables. He babbled something about the paint being what made it sticky. The tables aren't painted at all. Idk it may sound petty but this used to be a good place but now they just act like they are high and mighty and it's started to become overrated. I like supporting small businesses but ever since the change in ownership this place has went way downhill. To drink, they offer a variety of small business made sodas for purchase. They also offer pink lemonade and have water. There is a small variety of what you would think of as "vegan" options such as salads, fried pickles, and roasted brussel sprouts. My favorite salad is the spring mango salad. A lot of their options are traditionally made from meat such as a spicy buffalo chicken sandwich or a tasty reuben. They have several different menu items that rotate every week or so.These items are made from different preparations of seitan and it's really good. I used to say this is a great place for a quick lunch meeting or getting work done on your own during your lunch but its went downhill. Not clean, not fast, your stuff will all stick to the table and the owner won't care. They just take your money and act like you're privileged to come there. I used to come here about once a week but I'll take more consideration where my money is going. It used to not be that expensive either but two people with a drink here is close to $50 so expect to open ur wallet for disappointment. If it's bad next time I will not be back whatsoever.
