    Crispy Large Fries

This is based on a DoorDash delivery experience, so I cannot speak to the restaurant experience/service. The Hot Korean BBQ Shiitake Mushrooms are the best vegan wings that I've ever had and, honestly, one of the best wings, period! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. You can taste the mushroom but it's not overpowering at all - I think even those who don't like mushrooms might enjoy it. Especially because what you mainly taste is the sauce. It was delicious - the perfect balance of sweet & spicy! I'm seriously in awe in how they managed to perfect the texture and flavorings so well. I ordered their version of ranch dip, too, and enjoyed that but definitely prefer to eat the wings as they come. I also ordered the crispy fries and they certainly were crispy and well-seasoned, too. I ordered the remoulade sauce to dip them in, and it was tasty. I think the price point is very fair, especially seeing the portions that you receive. I will absolutely be trying again and look forward to going in person!

The absolute best vegan shrimp po'boy and crispiest fries in existence. I really like the owners and their story.

When I first walked into the restaurant I walked in with the mentality that I wouldn't dine in, but then I was greeted by Taina who was extremely friendly. She took the time to explain to me all of the different options provided on their menu, and even went as far as explaining to me what was in the burger I was interested in ordering. I ended up ordering the Bombay Bhaji Burger, fries, the Dominican styled raspberry lemonade, and the dessert that they offered. It took them 5 minutes to serve my burger and fries. I was very pleased with how quick and friendly they were while I was sitting and waiting. I highly recommend the Bombay Bhaji Burger to anyone who's wanting to stop by and dine it. The Bombay Bhaji Burger has two different patties with each patty having a different texture and unique flavor. The fries were also packed with lots of different flavors & the dip that was served with it added to the flavor. The Dominican styled raspberry lemonade was sweet and strong, but not too strong, I loved it and by the time I took the last sip I was ready for another one. The dessert was a piece of cake topped with Raspberries and coconut whipped cream. As far as the overall look of the restaurant they're still opening and decorating. They were very informative with all of the different decorations and additional spaces that will be added to the restaurant including a juice bar, more options on their menu, and some other different decorations. All of their napkins match the colors of their logo and are reusable napkins. One of the things that I was impressed with was how environmentally friendly the restaurant was. As mentioned they have reusable napkins, an environmentally safe washer, a goal to have no trash, and to be 100% composable! Plantastic Indy is one of my new favorite restaurants! For those traveling to the area or who haven't been I highly recommend you go!

omg omg omg you have to try this place!! their Simply Plantastic Indy Burger is in top 3 vegetarian burgers i've ever had (and i've been vegetarian for 12 years). im obsessed with the spicy sesame sauce. and their Crispy Large Fries are so well seasoned and flavorful! their menu looked so good i had to go to their website to double check it was actually all plant based. my meat eating bf said it was 5/5 for seeming like a real burger and 4/5 for flavor.

THIS place: everything on the menu was vegan, almost all of it was made in-house, and all of it recreated favorite dishes with plant-based ingredients -- wow! I used to love Reuben sandwiches, and theirs was really remarkably good, by any standards! Instead of the chips that came with my sandwich (their chips are really good corn tortilla chips), I upgraded to a light summer cucumber salad, with cherry tomatoes and onions in a creamy dill dressing. Cleaned my plate -- everything was delicious. They even had homemade mango lassis, which I couldn't refuse. Tasted like rich mango nectar. Tasty! Service is at the counter, although they bring your order out to you. Ambience is clean, tidy and cool -- simple diner decor, with a tiny private side patio that let us enjoy the fine day, but was a bit noisy with loud cars roaring past. I'm so glad I discovered this place! I'm definitely returning. And they do take-out too, for those days I'm too busy to cook a from-scratch meal...

Driving through…read morehere, you see the blight and the abandonment of this area of Indianapolis since the decline of manufacturing. Then again, it's not an uncommon story unfortunately- large parts of the city forgotten in terms of economic development but then suddenly needed during times of campaigning. Had taken Keystone and then Rural Street to get here, and the potholes are not kind. But, we had this place on our list and were determined to make it here at least once. Tlaolli stood out for its vegan offerings. Plenty of vegan taco options, birria (an absolute rarity to see vegan birria), and torta. They offer soy chorizo, jackfruit, and king oyster mushrooms as protein options. The exterior is colorful, and inside there are seating options. We had gotten our food to go, so I cannot comment too much on the service. Had placed our order online, and the food was ready within the estimated time in the order. We ordered the vegan birria tacos ($17.99), the vegan torta ($10.99 base but added soy chorizo, which was $3.99), and the no-no-no taco ($5.99). Our total with fees was approximately $45. Tlaolli offers outdoor seating, so when the weather is nicer this would be a good place to come. Next to the East Washington IPL branch, Tlaolli has a colorful green exterior with neon signage. Food: The food was very good. The proteins were nicely seasoned and juicy. The highlight for me was the birria tacos and the consome. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. 10/10. This is a great local business in the area to support: offers a diverse menu of options with food that is comforting and tasty.

We waited for about 40 minutes. They have a tiki bar vibe within the restaurant and definitely pride themselves on their unique alcoholic beverages. On this visit we didn't indulge in any speciality drink but by the look of it, people love them. My partner and shared a couple things during our visit. We ordered the gyoza, karage and the tonkotsu ramen. We ordered an extra side of noodles as well. I thought it was interesting that they offer the option to add on noodles but once I received my order I understood why. I would say portions are kind of light. I was happy that we added another bowl of noodles. The noodles were more of a thick cut noodle and I believe they are homemade. The noodles were not my preference but I was still interested in trying something new. The food was pretty good but I not sure if it on par with some of the other ramen that I have had. The karage was good and so were the gyoza. The vibe is very fun within the restaurant and has a great aesthetic for a date night.

This is explained on the website and I believe when I made a reservation online. With about 10 minutes yet to go on our 90 minutes, a person whom i assume was the manager came to our table to remind us. This was okay although it could have been worded differently. We were just paying the bill that had just arrived when she came back again stating she had a reservation waiting and she needed us to basically leave. We did not see anyone waiting either at the hostess stand or outside but rules are rules. Again it could have been worded differently and perhaps it could have been suggested we could finish at the bar (perhaps those are also reserved though) or to one of the empty tables outside. If you want excellent food and great service and you can be finished in 90 minutes I would recommend Bodhi. I also understand turning tables. Just know the timeframe does not allow for dessert (or an appetizer as we did) unless you hurry and you had best be watching the clock or the manager will make it clear you need to leave.

Establishments like BODHI highlight the true meaning of cuisine bridging together love and community - uniting people, sharing Thai cultural traditions and deepening human connections around a shared table whether in the dining room, the bar or their picture-esque patio! Jake was absolutely incredible. From our service to our desert we were left with full hearts (and of course tummies) for the duration of our trek home to Nashville. We of course had to order some cocktails, we ordered our birthstones or on their menu their collection from Gems of Siam "Black Star Sapphire" and "Ruby" The Ruby ended up being the star of the show! The most unique drink we both have tried! We have never experienced something quite like that! From the ruby chocolate swoosh with a boozy tropical gel to the coconut milk punch adding depth to the Song Cai Dry Gin I was left in awe. (Recommend a sip and then a bite of the chocolate to enhance the flavor profile) Our meals were created with such love. It was truly art. Played beautifully and tasted phenomenal. The noodles were light, fluffy, amazing. The Crab Puffs were incredibly light and delicate which gave me a new appreciation for them! I felt like I could devour them without feeling too full or guilty to finish my meal. The curry was spectacular. The spices, the aroma, the flavor profile everything was perfect. No notes. It's delicious. Each bite you understand why BODHI is a staple in the community. You taste their desire to make you happy. To fall in love again. Onto dessert! Salamat Cookies has always held a special place in my heart the moment I discovered them two years ago! As a Nashville resident, I have had their treats delivered to my door. To come to BODHI and to my surprise see Salamat on the menu could've have been a greater cherry on top. We ordered the Ube and Pandan blondies. The experience was put over the edge by the addition of a strawberry cold foam addition to the desserts. Even though we took our deserts to go they were packaged with care. Why will BODHI forever hold a special place in my heart and will always receive a visit or recommendation from me to anyone visiting, driving through or living in Indy? Simple. Love. Each bite you can taste the love that was put in. Every interaction from the staff from dining room, patio, to front of the house you feel the love. Every laugh, every clink of the glass you hear the love! BODHI was built on a strong foundation of love. Three generations of Thai women, three generations of true love, true grit, dreams coming true. (To those reluctant to give this place a whirl due to the time limit, my tip? Be mindful of how your time is spent. Of course be present with your family, friends, colleagues, guests. We were able to order 2 rounds of drinks, share an appetizer, delve into an amazing conversation, enjoy our dinner without rush AND order dessert, summing up our conversation in the allotted time. It's doable! There are also times where they may not have to strictly enforce, however if you know you like to spend more time on your meal and in conversation, try coming on a weekday or coming earlier! Peace Love and Hugs friends!)
