The main binder was a slightly spicy sauce squirted on some lettuce and tomato with beans. They don't speak English but you can feel they are so genuine. They put their love into food they make. They made the fresh lemongrass chili tofu for me since it was sold out. My favorite is the sesame ball with mung bean filling. They are so fresh and with amazing SUBTLE warm toasted sesame aroma along with natural earthy mung bean sweetness!
