What a gem, just off the interstate, a great alternative for this traveler to the typical fast food choices. We were impressed by the beautiful building, shady porch area, landscaping, and the cute decor inside. The staff members were friendly and the food was yummy! We came for a lunch break during our travels and had the club and Cuban sandwiches, and shared a blueberry cheese danish for dessert. Amazing! We are from out of town and like trying local coffee shops. Arnold palmer and coffee were great! The blue berry muffin was the best I've ever had, and the feta spinach croissant was amazing. To top it all off the staff was friendly and patient. Lastly, but certainly not least it's a beautiful and clean environment. Superior coffee at a super convenient location off of I-95. We stop here every time we travel this corridor. There is no coffee better than PJ's and this is one of the better franchise locations. I've been drinking PJ's since 1995 and I'm so glad to have this location in Ridgeland. The cafe is spotless and pretty, the bathrooms are clean, the baristas are always friendly and the coffee is excellent. Do yourself a favor and grab a bag of coffee to take home. read more

Great service as well as great coffee. The atmosphere and seating is amazing, relaxing and pleasant. The coffee is very smooth no bitterness at all. I also got the velvet ice protein drink. We stopped by chance last year while traveling to Florida, my husband has been chasing that coffee high since! This week as we traveled home from our vacation we planned to stop and get him the Americano he has been craving. Thanks to traffic on 95 we were delayed and were not going to make it by closing, we were going to be 10-15 minutes late. We called and they made him his coffee and waited for us to arrive. Cannot rave enough about this place! We stopped here a year ago on our way to FL and had to make a return trip here this year because it's just so good. The service is phenomenal, very personable and they know their stuff. Willing to make a drink they hadn't heard of and it was delicious! They're maple sausage biscuit is incredible and the whole feel of the place is really so special. Definitely worth the trip and they have a drive through as well!! But I recommend going inside, the history of the location is so neat. Can't recommend here enough!! read more

We're from Pennsylvania and stopped here on our way to Florida, The staff couldn't have been nicer, the lady at the takeout window was so personable. Everything was delicious and coffee was fresh. They were also very pet friendly, I was able to get my pup a little walk out front (plz of course care after your animal and respect their beautiful property) And feed him before we were back on the road. They provided me w breakfast for my dog and some treats it was amazing. I wish there was one closer to my home I'd go all the time. read more

We have stopped here on our way to and from family vacations for a few years now. It is by far our favorite spot to stop for a coffee and snack. We plan our traveling times around their open hours. We love it for the delicious coffee but the charming atmosphere is always so cozy and welcoming. It also has the cleanest bathrooms! It's right off i95 and is a ln easy pit stop! The owner is so nice and treats everyone like a local. We will of course continue to go back and look forward to it each time! read more

PJ's location is beautiful, and every time I visit it's so clean and layed out nicely. The baristas are nice and welcoming. However, for the price of the coffee and the pastries it seems a bit overpriced, especially for the quality of the drinks. While the drinks are good, the good taste is not always consistent. read more

A little sip of Heaven we say.......heading back home to CA, we spotted the sign to PJ's Coffee, exit 21 on hwy 95. Everything was crisp and clean inside and out! Fell in love with the restroom paper towel holder made out of plumbing pipe and the brick work on the floor. The Owner and her Barista were so kind and helpful with beverage suggestions. I would highly recommend this little gem! They do have a convenient drive thru, though we recommend you order inside! Merchandise is enticing but our car was packed to the hilt!
